1.Clinical Study on MicroinvasiveThread Embedding plusShe Gan Ma HuangDecoction for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2016;35(8):913-915
ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of microinvasive thread embedding plusShe Gan Ma Huangdecoction based on ordinary Western medications in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) (cold-phlegm obstructing the lung). MethodThe treatment group was intervened by microinvasive thread embedding plusShe Gan Ma Huangdecoction based on ordinary Western medications, while the control group was by the Western medications alone.ResultThe markedly effective rate and total effective rate were respectively 10.0% and 93.3% in the treatment group;the pulmonary function showed significant improvements in both groups.ConclusionMicroinvasive thread embedding plusShe Gan Ma Huangdecoction based on Western medications can produce a more significant therapeutic efficacy than dry Western medicationsin treating COPD (cold-phlegm obstructing the lung) in acute attack stage, and it can simultaneously improve the pulmonary function.
2.Progress in the study of peculiar enzymes of antarctic microorganisms
Chinese Journal of Marine Drugs 1994;0(04):-
Increased research and exploitation of the low-temperature enzymes of antarctic microorganisms have occurred over recent years. There are a lot of study on protease, lipase and amylase, and so on. In antarctic microorganisms while some peculiar enzymes of antarctic microorganisms are still less researched. The recent development of the peculiar enzymes of the antarctic microorganisms was reviewed in this article. The properties of chitinase, dehydrogenas,?-galactosidase,RNA polymerase,DEAD-box RNA Helicase and metalloprotease etc. were introduced in detail, and the prospects of their application were also discussed.
3.Epidemiology and drug resistance of fungal infection during early postoperative period in liver transplantation:an analysis of 26 cases
Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(10):-
Objective To investigate the epidemiology and drug resistance associated with fungal infection during early postoperative period after liver transplantation in the purpose of prevention and treatment. Methods A total of 118 cases of liver transplantation admitted from April 2004 to January 2009 in Nanfang Hospital were studied retrospectively, and the fungal infection and drug resistance were identified. Results Fungal infections occurred in 26 cases (22.0%).Totally there were 49 fungi strains isolated,of which mainly Candida albicans (57.1%),followed by Aspergillus (18.4%),Smooth Candida (10.2%),Candida tropicalis (6.1%),Candida parapsilosis (4.1%),and Candida krusei (4.1%).The sensitive rate of voriconazole, itraconazole, amphotericin B,5-fluorouracil,fluconazole were 92.0%,90.0%,75.5%,73.5%,and 55.1% respectively. Conclusion Because of the change of fungi strains and the increase of drug resistance,it’s important to identify the fungi and drug resistance for the purpose of prophylaxis and treatments.
4.Reflection on training methods for the doctor receiving in-service training in neurosurgery
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(10):-
Training of doctor receiving in-service training is the important part of clinical education in teaching hospital. It will improve the clinical and scientific research ability of the doctor receiving in-service training and will train high-quality medical persons for primary hospital by training before going to post, clinical teaching, surgical operation teaching, standardized special lecture, case report and various kinds of science activities.
5.HISTOCHEMICAL OBSERVATION ON ACID PHOSPHATASE ACTIVITY OF THE PRINCIPAL CELLS OF EPIDIDYMAL DUCT IN THE POSTNATAL 10-90 DAYS RATS
Yi ZHOU ; Shibin ZHENG ;
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1989;0(S1):-
By using electron microscopy histochemical method, light microscopy histochemical method and microspectrophoto meter, we studied the ACP activity of the principal cell of epididymal duct in the postnatal 10-90 days rats. The results revealed that ACP activity increased with the increase days. We also observed the following phenomena: in the postnatal 10 days rats the ACP activity was only localized on GERL and vesicles around GERL; by in the postnatal 19 days rats, the ACP activity was localized on lysosome; and 35 days later, the ACP was also localized on the saccules on the forming face of Golgi complex. The significance of the above changes in ACP activity of the principal cell of epididymal duct in postnatal rats was discussed in this paper.
6.Application of Floating Duct in Dilation of Eustachian Tube
Journal of Audiology and Speech Pathology 1998;0(03):-
Stricture and insufficiency of eustachian tube in 43 cases were treated by floating duct for dilation of eustachian tube under fiber endoscopy. Clinical observation lasbed 2-10 months. 23 cases were significantly effective, 13 cases effective. No intraoperative complications.
7.New challenge of liver surgery: associating liver partition and portal vein ligation for staged hepatectomy
Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2016;15(5):428-430
An innovative approach, named associating liver partition and portal vein ligation for staged hepatectomy (ALPPS),has made possible a marked increase in future liver remnant (FLR) over a short period of time, and has challenged the concept of unresectability. To date,ALPPS has been employed for a variety of primary and metastatic liver tumors from many centers across the world. Many technical variations of ALPPS have been described. However, much controversy has surrounded this procedure, and many problems remain to be solved, such as the reasons for rapid hypertrophy, the technical feasibility, safety and long-term oncologic outcomes, and the result compared with the conventional two-stage hepatectomy. These aspects are needed to be evaluated further in large-scale studies. We believe that the ALPPS procedure will has much room for further development.
8.Research of double-cranny eccentric photorefraction device
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(04):-
In order to improve the performance of the photorefraction device, shorten the detection time and improve the accuracy of measuring, the theory of a new kind of double-cranny eccentric photorefraction device is described. Some features and key point of technology are emphatically pointed out.A method is put forward to determine the ocular diopter by image processing.
9.Blood Samples with HBsAg and HBsAb Both Positive:An Analysis
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2005;0(11):-
OBJECTIVE To study the phenomenon of hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg) and antibody(HBsAb) both positive in blood samples.METHODS Using electro-chemo-luminescence immune system E170 to detect HBsAg and HBsAb in clinical samples and retest the both positive cases by another two reagents for HBsAg and another three reagents for HBsAb.RESULTS All 7332 samples showed 140 both HBsAg and HBsAb positive(1.9%) and 73 of them were retested for HBsAb by another three reagents which gave altogether 24 positive results, which was not related to each other. Those gave higher HBsAb value by E170 showed higher positive rate by Abbott reagent.CONCLUSIONS HBsAg and HBsAb both positive results are not rare.It may be due to the interactions between the patient and the infected hepatitis B virus.Besides, the quality of reagents and correct lab operating procedures may also affect the test results.
10.Biomarkers of bladder cancer
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(12):-
Bladder cancer is a common tumor with a high rate of recurrence and quick progression. Many biomarkers for the detection of bladder cancer have been identified, but none has been reported to date to have sufficient sensitivity and specificity.Recent researches are concentrated on p53,Rb,Cyclin D,P27kip-1,FGFR3,Cadherin,Survivin,Aurora,MMP,VEGF and DNA Methylation. In spite of their different sensitivities for bladder cancer of different stages or degrees, these biomarkers are valuable for its diagnosis and prognosis.
