5.Application of bedside ultrasonography in PICU
Chinese Pediatric Emergency Medicine 2015;22(6):361-365
Bedside ultrasonography is used to provide information about the cardiovascular system and the function and anatomy of certain internal organs, and help to guide the invasive procedures.Compared to traditional ultrasonography, bedside ultrasonography is more focused on the optimization of the treatment. It has become a necessary tool,as a powerful adjunct to the physical examination,in the management of critically ill patients in advanced countries. The development trend is the clinical protocol based on bedside ultrasonog-raphy.The application of bedside ultrasonography in China is limited, especially in PICU.Standardized educa-tion and quality assurance system are needed to its popularization.
6.Bacterial resistance and human microecology
Chinese Journal of Clinical Infectious Diseases 2016;9(2):129-132
Antibiotic resistance is a serious global public health problem, and China is one of the countries with the serious problem of irrational antibiotic use and bacterial drug resistance. The world is headed for a post-antibiotic era. With the rapid development of microecology, microbiota has been linked with antibiotic resistance. From microecological point of view, it is possible for researchers in different fields to innovate new techniques for bacterial drug resistance, and to explore the evolution of pathogenic bacteria as well as the mechanism of their resistance to antibacterial agents. This paper reviews the research progress in bacterial resistance and microecology, and prospects the future research needs that should be prioritized to tackle antibiotic resistance.
7.Scientific and standard promotion of organ donation and transplantation in China
Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2016;15(5):417-420
Under active exploration and practice of several generations of organ transpant workers, organ transplantation in China has developed rapidly since 2000 and achieved remarkble results.Techniques of transplantation become mature, and liver transplantation and renal transplantation have reached international advanced level, which benefit massive patients. With high attention and promotion of national government and health administrative departments, structural changes have occurred to source of national organ transplantation to form a China Model. The donation after citizen's death has become the new normal in the organ transplantation in China.Human organ donation work promots the rapid development of transplantation in China, but it also faces challenges of the donor organ shortage and quality improvement.Under the new situation, health, family planning and medical reform work of the national13th Five Year Plan puts forward new requirements on human organ donation and transplantation.Combined with practical work, this article gives a few opinions on how to scientifically further improve the quality and quantity of organ donation and transplantation and directions of future works.
8.The study on the influence of blood specimen collection to the hospital inspection results
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;(23):3632-3635
Objective To investigate the blood specimen collection site, inspection time and hemolysis influ-ence on biochemical test results. Methods The specimens of 2586 cases outpatients and hospitalized patients in our hospital who accepted blood routine and blood coagulation four check were analyzed. The hemolysis and qualified specimens of biochemical test results were compared. Results 2 586 specimens found unqualified blood samples in 18 cases, and the incidence rate was 0.70% (18 /2 586).Samples of different section and source were compared and found there were no significant difference (F =0.36,P >0.05).In 18 cases of unqualified blood samples due to technical problems and unqualified sample accounted for 88.89% (16 /18).The technical factors that lead to unqualified samples was significantly higher than that of the instrument factor or fixed factors, and the difference was statistically significant(χ2 =152.63,98.52,all P <0.05).In addition, hemolysis caused the most of the unqualified samples for the technical factors. To choose potassium infusion on the side ipsilateral to the site or from the opposite side of the site collected blood samples.Sodium, chlorine, creatinine, uric acid, glucose detection found in effect of blood on the same side of the infusion of the biochemical test results in varying degrees.Potassium, chlorine, sodium, creatinine decreased significantly, and uric acid, glucose and other indicators were significantly increased (t =4.51, 4.98,5.50,3.25,10.18,15.25,all P <0.05).Gamma transpeptidase, creatine kinase, sodium and uric acid and other index of hemolytic samples were significantly lower than those of normal samples, and alanine aminotransferase (ALT),direct bilirubin, potassium, phosphorus, serum creatinine and creatine kinase were significantly higher than those of the normal samples (t =14.85,21.21,7.15,4.86,10.33,4.02,3.11,8.20,7.54,5.11,all P <0.05).This may cause the depth in erythrocytes and some related substances. The time of collecting blood to sent to the room had obvious influence on the biochemical test results, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate amino transferase, glucose, creatine kinase and hydroxybutyrate and project them 1 h after submission were significantly lower than those of the standard inspection, and 1 hour after the submission of lactate dehydrogenase and creatine kinase isoenzyme index were significantly higher than those of the standardize inspection means (t =2.95,4.82,2.88,5.44,4.05,3.98, 4.89,all P <0.05).Conclusion Sampling sites, hemolysis and inspection time had effect on blood specimen,so for the collection of blood samples must be strictly in accordance with the requirements of the operation.
9.A meta-analysis of p53 codon72 polymorphism and the risk for cervical cancer
Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1982;0(04):-
Objective To evaluate relationship between p53 codon72 polymorphism and cervical cancer(CC) by using meta-analysis. Methods Studies from 1998 to 2004 were retrieved through Medline, Elsevier, EBMR, Ovid, CNKI and VIP databases without language limitation. The unpublished data of our study was also included. The inclusion criteria of studies were: ① case-control studies associated with p53 codon72 genotype/allele frequencies and CC. ② CC as the outcome of interest. ③ the risk for CC had odds ratio or enough information to calculate it. RevMan4.2 software was applied to process data. Results All studies were analyzed as subgroups according to pathologic histology and race/region. The outcome of CIN of Asia and European population subgroups showed no statistically difference with the control groups. However, in ICC subgroups the frequencies of Arg/Arg genotype were significantly higher than that in the control group(Z=2.43, P=0.01, OR=1.28; Z=2.44, (P=0.01), OR=1.45). Conclusion This study suggests that polymorphism at codon72 of p53 gene is not associated with an increased susceptibility to CIN. However, a slightly increased risk was observed for ICC of Asian and European population subgroups. A possible susceptibility role of p53 codon72 polymorphism at a late carcinogenetic stage of cervical cancer cannot be ruled out.
10.Chinese Farmers' Social Support Questionnaire:Revision,Reliability, and Validity
Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2000;0(04):-
Objective:To develop a succinct and effective social support questionnaire for Chinese Farmers. Methods:Based on the studies of Vender Poel Mart et al and combined with the interview data of 53 farmers,a pro-questionnaire was developed; An item analysis was conducted with a sample of 800 farmers of Zhejiang province;CFA was used to test another sample of 807 farmers from Zhejiang and other provinces.Reliability and validity were also tested.Results:Then,9-item questionnaire was formed;EFA indicated that farmers' social support consisted of four factors, namely:instrumental support, company support, emotional support and the utilization degree of social support, which explained 79.23% of total variance;CFA showed the 4-factor model was well fitted; The Cronbaeh's ? of the questionnaire was 0.72 and the split-half coefficient was 0.64;The correlations between 4 factors were 0.10-0.30,and all factor-total correlations were over 0.50.Conclusion:The structure, reliability and validity of Chinese Farmers' Social Support Questionnaire meets the need of psychometrics.
