Objective Study the relationship between the component of medium and spore formation of Bacillus sp WTFY. Methods Alter the carbon source、nitrogen source、inorganic concentration and kinds in turns, observe the sporulation circumstances of Bacillus sp WTFY.Results When glucose concentration was higher over 0.1%, spore did not emerge;Nitrogen source、phosphorus、magnesiumions concentration and kinds have some degree influence,but not significantly.Conclusion Carbon source concentration is a key factor that influence spore formation.

Objective Dentritic cell-specific ICAM-3 grabbing nonintegrin (DC-SIGN) is an important receptor for pathogenic microbes, and it acts as pathogen-recognition receptor (PAMP) and provides a bridge between the innate immunity and acquired immunity. It is meaningful to clarify whether DC-SIGN takes part in the course of cutaneous Trichosporon asahii infection and how it manages the other cytokines. Methods Twenty-five male mice were hypodermically injected with 3.2?107 CFU/ml of Trichosporon asahii suspension on one side of the back, the other side of the back received no injection to serve as control. Another five mice were treated with 0.9% saline solution as control. The cutaneous specimens were obtained on the 1st, 3rd, 7th and 14th day after inoculation. The expression of DC-SIGN gene and the other genes related to cutaneous immunity after cutaneous infection of Trichosporon asahii were investigated by RT-PCR and microarray. Results The DC-SIGN products containing 242 bp of nucleic acid from the skin specimens of the inoculated sites were amplified with RT-PCR on the 3rd, 7th and 14th day after inoculation. The results of microarray showed that a series of genes were down-regulated, including complement component 2, TNF-inducible protein cg12-1 (CG12-1), interferon-induced protein with tetratricopeptide repeats 3 (Ifit3), CD53 antigen, CD22 antigen, and prostaglandin E receptor 4. Conclusions The results suggest that DC-SIGN takes part in the course of Trichosporon asahii infection. DC-SIGN not only inhibits Th1 type of cell-mediated immunity, but also inhibits some of complement factors, prostaglandin E receptor and immunoglobulin binding protein 1b, thus resulting in chronic and intractable infection of Trichosporon asahii. The detailed roles of DC-SIGN in the course need to be further studied.

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Shenluo'an Decoction(SD) for the treatment of obese patients with early diabetic nephropathy and to explore the possible mechanism.Methods A total of 68 obese patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly assigned into control group and treatment group,34 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional western medicine treatment including lifestyle regulation,dietary control,and medicine for lowering blood pressure,blood glucose and blood lipids.Additionally,the control group was given oral use of Irbesartan,and the treatment group was given oral use of SD combined with Irbesartan.Before and after treatment,we observed the traditional Chinese medical syndrome scores,body mass index(BMI),blood levels of cystatin C (Cys C),β2-microglobumin(β2-MG),homocysteine (Hcy) and fasting blood glucose (FBG),and urine parameters of urinary monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 / urinary creatinine (UMCP-1/UCR),urinary factor of regulated on activation in normal T cell expressed and secreted / urinary creatinine (URANTES/UCR),urinary albumin-to-creatinine ratio (UACR) and urinary albumin excretion ratio (UAER) before treatment and after treatment for 16 weeks.After treatment,the clinical efficacy and safety were also evaluated.Results (1) During the treatment,5 cases were dropped out,and a total of 63 cases (32 from the treatment group and 31 from the control group) completed the experiment.(2) The total effective rate of the treatment group(90.6％) was significantly higher than that of the control group(67.7％),the difference being significant(P ＜ 0.05).(3)BMI of the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment (P ＜ 0.05).(4) After treatment,the traditional Chinese medical syndrome scores,blood parameters (Cys C,β2-MG,Hcy,FBG) and urine parameters (UMCP-1/UCR,URANTES/UCR,UACR,UAER) in the treatment group were decreased as compared with those before treatment and those in the control group after treatment(P ＜0.05).(5) A positive correlation was present among the parameters of UMCP-1/UCR,URANTES/UCR,UACR and UAER.(6) No abnormal changes took place in the blood and stool routine examination,hepatic function,or electrocardiography of the 63 cases.Conclusion SD combined with western medicine exerts certain therapeutic effect for obese patients with early diabetic nephropathy,and is effective on relieving clinical symptoms anddecreasing BMI,Cys C,β2-MG,UACR,UAER,UMCP-1 and URANTES.Its mechanism is probably related with the inhibition of chronic renal inflammation.

Objective To explore the factors influencing the hyponatremia of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods One hundred and five patients with hypertensive intracere bral hemorrhage recorded 7 parameters in patients:age,gender,the use of furosemide,duration of using mannitol,the frequency of using mannitol every day,hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage early clinical classification,bleeding broken into the ventricle.To get the obviously variability with the hyponatremia by single variable logistic regression analysis.To get the best equation by multivariable logistic regression analysis.Results The obviously variability with the hyponatremia is age,duration of using mannitol,hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage early clinical classification,bleeding broken into the ventricle.Conclusion Hyponatremia has intimate relationship with age,duration of using mannitol,hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage early clinical classification,bleeding broken into the ventricle.

Objective To investigate the potential roles of nucleotide -binding oligomerization domain (NOD)-like receptor in the pathogenesis of asthma.Methods Through rat asthma model,24 rats were randomly divided into three groups on average,named asthma group,control group and dexamethasone group.Expression levels of NOD1 and NOD2 mRNA were detected by Real -time PCR in lung tissues.Results The expression levels of NOD1 mRNA in the asthma group,control group and dexamethasone group were (0.62 ±0.34)RQ value,(1 .00 ± 0.00)RQ value,(0.65 ±0.33 )RQ value respectively.The levels of NOD1 mRNA in the asthma group was significantly lower than that in the control group(F =4.75,P <0.05 ),while there was no statistically significant difference of NOD1 mRNA level between the dexamethasone group and asthma group(P >0.05).Moreover,expression levels of NOD2 mRNA in the asthma group,control group and dexamethasone group were (0.92 ±0.32)RQ value, (1 .00 ±0.00)RQ value,(1 .50 ±0.56)RQ value,respectively.There was no statistically significant difference of NOD2 mRNA level between the asthma group and control group (P >0.05 ),but level of NOD2 mRNA in the dexamethasone group was significantly higher than that in the asthma group(F =5.64,P <0.01 ).And there was no significant correlation between level of NOD1 and NOD2 mRNA(r =0.1 5,P >0.05).Conclusion Expression of NOD -like receptor subtype was not at the same level,and their reaction to dexamethasone were different either.

Objective To investigate the surgical strategy of recurrent rectuvaginal fistula. Methods Retrospectivly analyzed the clinical data of 13 patients with recurrent rectovaginal fistula from December 2001 to December 2008. The etiopathogenisis and the ways of treatment were analyzed. Results All the 13 patients with a transverse colostomy surgical repaired with Mason operation in the secondary intention,and recepted closure of colostomy in the third intention for treatment, all patients were cured. No recurrent fistula was identified with postoperative follow-up 4 - 84 months. Conclusions After recurrent rectovaginal fistula with multiple surgical treatment,the blood supply of local tissue is poor,the scar is serious. Selecting the appropriate timing of operation, adequate preoperative preparation, the application of transverse colostomy and Mason operation in different period could significantly enhance the successful operation rate.

Objective To explore the clinical significance and safety in hemihepatectomy for hepatoma without inflow occlusion.Methods A total of 62 patients with liver cancer were divided into 2 groups.The inflow was occluded in group A (n = 28) and not occluded in group B (n = 34) during hepatectomy.Subsequently,the influence of the two approaches on the parameters including intraoperative blood loss,postoperative hepatic function and complications incidence rate was comparatively analyzed.Results Hepatectomy was successfully performed in the two groups.There was no significant difference between the two groups in intraoperative blood loss (P ＞ 0.05).Significant difference existed between the two groups in postoperative hepatic function and complications incidence rate (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The hemihepatectomy for hepatoma without inflow occlusion can reduce complications incidence rate and profit the recovery of postoperative hepatic function parameters.

Objective To study the chemical constituents from the wing twigs of Euonymus alatus. Methods Compounds were isolated and purified repeatedly on silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, open RP-C18 column chromatographies and PTLC, and their chemical structures were elucidated by their physicochemical properties and spectral data, such as 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, and EI-MS. Results Nine compounds were obtained and identified as: epifriedelinol (Ⅰ), stigmast-4-en-3-one (Ⅱ), 6?-hydroxy-stigmast-4-en-3-one (Ⅲ), ?-sitosterol (Ⅳ), methyl 2, 4-dihydroxy-3, 6-dimethyl benzoate (Ⅴ), methyl 2, 4-dihydroxy-6-methyl benzoate (Ⅵ), 7-methoxy-4-methylphthalide (Ⅶ), vanillin (Ⅷ), n-octacosanol (Ⅸ). Conclusion Compound Ⅶ is first reported as a natural product. Compounds Ⅴ-Ⅷ are reported from plants of Euonymus L. for the first time.

Objective To understand the Salmonella carrying situation among the employees of public places and dietetic in dustries in Chengdu railway area to enhance the health management among employees in catering and service industries and provide the basis for preventing the occurrence and outbreak of food poisoning.Methods The anal swab culture was adopted to perform the health carriage examination among the employees of public places and dietetic industries during 2011-2015.The isolated Salmonellas were identified by stereotyping and the relationship between Salmonella carrier state with seasons and years was analyzed.Results Among 86 971 detected samples,43 strains of Salmonella were detected with the detection rate of 0.49‰.Nineteen serotypes were identified,which were dominated by Salmonella derby,Salmonella Senftenberg and Salmonella typhimurium.The highest detection rate was in summer and autumn.Conclusion The stains types of Salmonella carried by employees in catering and service in dustries in Chengdu railway area were complex,and the detection rate was closely related to seasonal variation.It is needed to strengthen the health examination and prevent food poisoning occurrence.

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of cluster needling of scalp acupuncture combined with rehabilitation(Tang's Approach) on learning and memory and hippocampus SDF-1α mRNA in rats after focal cerebral ischemia.Methods60 rats was randomly divided into 4 groups: the control group (n=6), the model group (n=18), the acupuncture with rehabilitation group (n=18) and rehabilitation group (n=18). Photochemical activity was adopted to induce focal cerebral ischemia model. The acupuncture with rehabilitation group, the model group and rehabilitation group was divided into 3 subgroups by 3,7,14 days. 24 hours after molded, the cluster needle of scalp point with Water maze training was used in the acupuncture with rehabilitation group, Water maze training was used in the rehabilitation group, but the model group did not intervene. The learning and memory in rats was evaluated by Y-maze, and the expression of hippocampus SDF-1α mRNA was observed by RT-PCR method on 3th, 7th, 14th day after infarction.ResultsOn 3th, 7th, 14th day after infarction, the scores of learning and memory in other groups was less than the control group(P<0.05), but the learning and memory in the acupuncture with rehabilitation group had been restored, and the difference was statistically significant compared with rehabilitation group (P＜0.05) on 7th, 14th day after infarction; the expression of hippocampus SDF-1α mRNA has been risen in the acupuncture with rehabilitation group compared with the rehabilitation group (P＜0.05）, but the difference was not significant on 14th day after surgery(P＞0.05）.ConclusionThe hippocampus SDF-1α mRNA after focal cerebral ischemia increases by the cluster needle of scalp point with Water maze training, which may be one of the mechanisms to improve the learning and memory by Tang's Approach after focal cerebral ischemia.
