Objective To explore the effect of Zn 2+ on human leukemia promyelocyte (HL 60)cycle changes induced by multiglucoside tripterygii (MT).Methods ① HL 60 phenotype and membrane protein Fas expression was detected.② HL 60 was cultured with MT observing the cell forms and cell cycle changes,DNA electrophoresis results and the effect of Zn 2+ on the cell cycle change.Results ① The HL 60 were CD4 +CD8 -CD19 -IFN ? +IL 8 -,and the Fas protein expression was poorer.② Following culture of HL 60 with MT,the apoptosis relative cell cycle change appeared in HL 60.This change mainly affected G 2/M and S stage cells,and presented dose time correlation.③ Zn + nearly all blooked the effect of MT induced HL 60 cell cycle change.Conclusion ① HL 60 has Th1 lymphocyte like characteristics,and the Fas protein expression is poorer.② Zn + affects the MT induced HL 60 cell cycle change.It suggests that Zn + might affect the therapeutic and side effects during clinical treatment of many autoimmune diseases with MT.

Objective To investigate the relationship between Oxfordshire community stroke project(OCSP) classification and imaging classification in acute cerebral infarction. Methods Two hundred and thirty-six patients with acute cerebral infarction were retrospectively evaluated with OCSP classification and imaging characteristics. Results According to OCSP classification,of all the 236 patients with acute cerebral infarction,28(11.9%) experienced total anterior circulation infarction(TACI),71(30.1%) partial anterior circulation infarction(PACI),94(39.8%) lacunar infarction(LACI),and 43(18.2%) posterior circulation infarction(POCI).The consistency was found in 171 cases(72.5%) between the OCSP classification and imaging classification,with the accuracy of 76%(25/33) for TACI,81%(34/42) for PACI,71%(81/114) for LACI and 66%(31/47) for POCI. Conclusion OCSP classification can predict the location and size of cerebral infarction with a high accuracy,and is well consisted with the imaging findings.

Objective To evaluate the role of calcium/calmodulin-dependent kinase Ⅱ alpha (CaMK Ⅱα) in the central nucleus of the amygdale (CeA) in fentanyl-induced hyperalgesia in rats and the relationship with miniature excitatory postsynaptic currents (mEPSCs).Methods Thirty-two male Sprague-Dawley rats,weighing 50-80 g,in which the CeA was successfully cannulated,were randomly divided into 4 groups (n=8 each) using a random number table:control 1 group (group C1),fentanylinduced hyperalgesia 1 group (group FIH1),KN92 group,and KN93 group.Normal saline was injected subcutaneously,and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) was given into the amygdale in group C1.In group FIH1,fentanyl was injected subcutaneously (60 μg/kg per time,4 times in total,15-min interval,cumulative dose of 240 μg/kg) to establish the model of hyperalgesia.In KN92 and KN93 groups,KN92 and KN93 10 nmol were given into the CeA after establishing the model.The mechanical paw withdrawal threshold (MWT) and thermal paw withdrawal threshold (TWT) were measured at 6 and 7 h after fentanyl or normal saline injection.Another 12 Sprague-Dawley rats were selected and randomly divided into either control 2 group (group C2) or fentanyl-induced hyperalgesia 2 group (group FIH2) using a random number table with 6 rats in each group.The brains were removed and sliced 12 h later,and the frequency and amplitude of mEPSCs were recorded.KN93 10 nmol was then added to the artificial cerebral spinal fluid,and the frequency and amplitude of mEPSCs were recorded by whole cell patch-clamp technique.Results Compared with group C 1,the MWT and TWT were significantly decreased at 6 h after fentanyl or normal saline injection in FIH1,KN92 and KN93 groups,and at 7 h after fentanyl or normal saline injection in FIH and KN92 groups (P＜0.05).Compared with group FIH1,the MWT and TWT were significantly increased at 7 h after fentanyl or normal saline injection in group KN93 (P＜0.05),and no significant change was found in group KN92 (P＞0.05).Compared with group C2,the frequency and amplitude of mEPSCs were significantly increased before administration of KN93 (P ＜ 0.05),and no significant change was found in the frequency and amplitude of mEPSCs after administration of KN93 in group FIH2 (P＞0.05).Compared with the value before KN93 administration,no significant change was found in the frequency and amplitude of mEPSCs after administration of KN93 in group C2 (P＞0.05),and the frequency and amplitude of mEPSCs were significantly decreased after administration of KN93 in group FIH2 (P＜ 0.05).Conclusion Activation of CaMK Ⅱ α in the CeA enhances synaptic excitation in neurons,which is involved in fentanyl-induced hyperalgesia in rats.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effects of fluvastatin combined with aspirin on the related indicators of patients with diabetic lower extremity arteriosclerosis occlusive desease(LEAOD). METHODS:80 patients with diabetic LEAOD were ran-domly divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases). Based on convertional treatment,control group was given Rosuvastatin calcium tablet 5 mg+Aspirin enteric-coated tablet 100 mg every evening;observation group was given Fluvas-tatin sodium capsule 40 mg+Aspirin enteric-coated tablet 100 mg. They were treated for 3 months. Fibrinogen,plasma D-dimer, blood viscosity, cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), carotid intima-media thickness, compliance situation of TC, TG, HbAlc,LDL-C and HDL-C,cases of carotid intima thickening,plaque formation,stenosis and occlusion before and after treat-ment were observed,and the incidence of adverse reactions was recorded. RESULTS:After treatment,fibrinogen,plasma D-di-mer,blood viscosity,TC,TG,HbAlc,LDL-C and carotid intima-media thickness in 2 groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and observation group was significantly lower than control group;HDL-C in 2 groups was significantly higher than be-fore,and observation group was significantly higher than control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05). Compliance rates of TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C in observation group were significantly higher than control group,proportion of carotid intima thickening and carotid plaque formation were significantly less than control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05),there were no significant differences in the compliance rate of HbA1c,proportion of carotid stenosis and occlusion and the incidence of adverse reactions in 2 groups(P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Fluvastatin combined with aspirin can significantly improve the pa-tients 'blood viscosity,blood lipid,vascular endothelial function in the treatment of diabetic LEAOD,it can reduce the thrombotic disease risk,and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.

Objective To investigate the influencing factors involved in the long-term effect after interventional treatment of diabetic lower extremity vascular disease.Methods The data of 358 diabetic patients with lower extremity vascular disease were collected retrospectively.The ankle-brachial index (ABI) values at the 6th, 12th and 24th month after interventional treatment were documented and the factors may influence ABI value werc analyzed.Results Single factor analysis showed that after 24 months treatment, the proportion of ABI＜0.5 (severe ischemia) in the patients combined with obesity, smoking, older age were 15.0％ (31/206), 18.4％ (25/136) , 12.1％(19/157) ,7.5％(15/200) ,while non obesity,younger age,no smoking,no hypertension were 6.6％ (10/152), 14.8％ (33/222), 6.5％ (13/201), 1.9％ (3/158), and the differences were significant (P ＜0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that old age (OR =1.341,95％ CI: 1.281-1.496, P =0.045), smoking(OR=2.301,95％ CI: 1.903-4.844,P=0.028) and obesity(OR=1.299,95％ CI: 1.270-1.588,P =0.038) were the independent factors influence the long-term therapeutic effects on diabetic lower extremity vascular disease.Conclusion Obesity, smoking, old age are the main factors influence the long-term therapeutic effects on diabetic lower extremity vascular disease.

Objective To investigate the relationship between CIDE-B change and apoptosis by detecting expression of CIDE-B gene and protein under various injuring conditions(firearm injury and in- cision injury)and comparing neuronal apoptosis.Methods A total of 108 New Zealand rabbits were randomized into firearm injury group,incision injury group and control group.Samples were harvested at different time points after injury for measuring CIDE-B mRNA expression level by RT-PCR,demonstrating morphological distribution of CIDE-B mRNA by in situ hybridization and determining CIDE-B protein level by Western blot.Results Following nerve injury,CIDE-B mRNA expression in spinal cord was en- hanced markedly in the firearm injury group,increased from at day 1,reached peak at day 7,lasted for two weeks and declined after four weeks.CIDE-B mRNA expression was increased late,with small range in the incision injury group.The changes in CIDE-B protein level accorded with those in CIDE-B mRNA level.There was slight CIDE-B mRNA expression,distributing in spinal cord neuronal cytoplasma,in spinal cord tissues in the control group.Conclusions Following peripheral nerve injury,expressions of CIDE-B mRNA and protein are enhanced in spinal cord neurons and distributed in the grey matter of spi- nal cord.Such enhancement is more marked after firearm injury than incision injury.

Objective:To study the characteristics of stress faced by and coping style of patients with tempormandibular disorder (TMD). Methods: Thirty patients with TMD and thirty normal controls participated in the study. All subjects were asked to answer the psychological rating questionnaires, including life events scale (LES) and trait coping style questionnaire (TCSQ). The muscle electricity were also measured when the subjects were exposed to an acute stress situation. Results: There were significant difference in LES, TCSQ and response to acute stress. Patients with TMD encountered more life events than normal controls. They also used more negative coping styles and less positive ones. The responses evoked by acute stress situation were more intense and lasted longer than normal controls. Conclusion: Stressful life events, coping style and responses evoked by acute stress may play a significant role in etiology of TMD.

Objective To evaluate the clinicopathological features,treatments and prognostic factors of male breast cancer (MBC) patients.Methods Clinical data of 102 MBC patients with histopathology confirmation at Tianjin Medical University Cancer Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results All 102 cases got follow-up.The follow-up rate was 100％.The follow-up period was 3-279 months.The mean follow-up period was 65 months.During the follow-up period,recurrence was found in 21 cases,metastasis occurred in 28 cases (including pulmonary metastasis in 8,osseous metastasis in 7,hepatic metastasis in 9,brain metastasis in 3,and soft tissues and adrenal gland metastasis in 1).The 5-year disease free survival rate was 54.3％ and the 5-year overall survival rate was 72.8％.Univariate analysis showed that tumor size,axillary lymph node status,TNM stage,chemotherapy influenced the disease free and overall survival.Multivariate Cox regression shows that axillary lymph node status (P =0.085)was the independent prognostic factor of disease free survival for MBC.Tumor size(P =0.041)and axillary lymph node (P =0.024) status were independent prognostic factors of overall survival for MBC.Conclusions Early diagnosis and comprehensive treatment strategy consisting of radical mastectomy is essential to improve the survival of patients with MBC.

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of percutaneous kyphoplasty (PKP) by balloon dilatation between unipedicular and bilateral pedicle approach for the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures (OVCF). Methods From January 2012 to March 2014, 56 patients with single-level or double- level OVCF were randomly divided into two groups. 29 patients with 33 vertebral bodies were performed by PKP through unipedicular approach and 27 patients with 31 vertebral bodies through bipedicular approach , used PMMA bone cement filling vertebral. The clinical data of patients were prospectively analyzed and the clinical efficacy was compared between two groups. Results The VAS scores, Beck value, Cobb angle and ODI scores after operation improved in both groups (P < 0.01),but there were no significant difference between two groups(P > 0.05). The operative time, X-ray exposure time and volume of bone cement in unilateral group were less than that of bilateral group(P < 0.01). There were no significant difference in the incidence of bone cement leakage ,the pain relief and the incidence of complications between two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusion Both unipedicular and biopedicular PKP are significant improvement for the OVCF, vertebral strengthen showed similar efficacy, but the former has easy operation procedure, can shorten operative time and reduce X-ray exposure time and less volume of bone cement.
