Purpose:To analyze the differences between prem enopausal and postmenopausal female patients with T1 primary breast cancer as to pathological classification, rate of lymphatic metastasis and some relative rec eptors, and to discuss the appropriate mode of operation to T1 breast cancer. Methods:154 patients with T1 primary breast cancer were retrosp ectively divided into premenopausal group and postmenopausal group. The clinical data of the two groups were compared. Objective To Observe the effects of tumor necrosis factor ? (TNF ?) on cell proliferation and Intracellular free calcium concentraction ([Ca 2+ ]i) in endothelium of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) and investigate the pathogenesis of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome (PIH). Methods Confluent monolayer of HUVEC was directly incubated with TNF ? at following final concentrations: 500, 1 000, 2 000 U/ml for 24 hours. The percentages of different cellcycles and [Ca 2+ ]i were measured by flow cytometry and fluorospectrophotometry. Results Incubated with TNF ?, the endothelial cells were elongated and transformed into fibroblast like cells. Border of nucleus was sharp, clarity, and cells were in regular shape. But there were abnormal granules in cytoplasma and some cells detached at the concentrotion of 2 000 U/ml of TNF ?. Stimulated by TNF ?, the percentage of cellcycles from phase G 0+G 1 to S and G 2+M decreased significantly and it was dose dependent. [Ca 2+ ]i increased significantly and dose dependent as well. Conclusion TNF ? may injure endothelium directly and inhibit its proliferation and repair through the changes of [Ca 2+ ]i level. It may play an important role in the pathogenesis of PIH.

Objective To investigate the possible mechanisms of fasudil on acute myocardial infarction (AMI)by observing the changes of hemorheology and inflammatory factors.Methods 120 patients diagnosed AMI in our hospital were randomly divided into the two groups:60 cases in the control group were given the conventional treat-ment and the other 60 cases in the treatment group were added fasudil for 2 weeks based on that.Then we analyzed the changes of hemorheology and inflammatory factors.Results 2 weeks later,the whole blood restore viscosity,plasma viscosity,CRP,IL -1β,IL -6 and TNF -βin the two groups were all obviously decreased than those of before(P <0.05),while,packed cell volume in the treatment group was obviously decreased as well (P <0.05).Furthermore, the changes in the treatment group were more significant compared with the controlled group (P <0.05).Conclusion Fasudil intervention on AMI can improve the situation of hemorheology and relieve the inflammation more effectively than conventional treatment.

Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase (TIMP) in gestational trophoblastie diseases and its invasiveness.Methods The expression and distribution of MMP-7,MMP-9,TIMP-1 and TIMP-2 were determined by immunohistochemistry PV-6000 in 49 cases of hydatidiform mole (eight of them with malignant transformation),six cases of invasive hydatidiform mole,two cases of choriocarcinoma and 18 cases with normal villi in early pregnancy.Results The expression of MMP-7,MMP-9,TIMP-2 and MMP- 9/TIMP-1 was significantly higher in choriocareinoma,invasive mole and malignant transformed mole than that in normal villi in early pregnancy and non-malignant transformed mole (F=10.950,7.760,7.304, 3.442;P

Objective To study the adverse effect of house indoor air pollution on children respiratory system health in Lanzhou city.Methods A retrospective questionnaire investigation on 1 700 children respiratory health was carried out in three kindergartens,three elementary schools involving lower grade pupils in three districts in Lanzhou city.At the same time,the information about the home environment of the children and family background was collected.Applying logistic regression model, the influencing factors were analyzed.Results The over-standard rates of indoor air quality were from 12.4% to 43.8% in Lanzhou.In the non-heating period,the over-standard rates of formaldehyde,benzene,SO_2,NO_2,CO and PM10 in indoor air were 22.6%,14.5%,13.3%,12.4%,0% and 23.3% respectively.In the heating period,the over-standard rates of the pollutants were 27.3%,16.4%,34.6%,28.5%,32.3% and 43.8% respectively.Indoor air pollution was statistically associated with children respiratory symptoms and diseases,the related risk factors were someone smoking in home,house decorated,opening windows, ventilation,heating in winter,sharing bedroom and maternal education.The outdoor air pollution was one of the influencing factors. Conclusion Children respiratory diseases and symptoms are related to many air pollution factors,such as outdoor and indoor air pollution,personal characteristic and family factors,so to prevent and control indoor air pollution,a comprehensive way should be taken in Lanzhou city.
