Objective: To improve the database of medical equipment archives system and manage medical equipment more scientifically and efficiently. Methods:According to the needs of medical equipment management, the problems of medical equipment archives system would be analyzed and addressed. Results:In recent medical equipment archives system, the database of usage rate, cost-effectiveness, maintenance costs and property management should be improved. Conclusion:The improved archives system could provide reliable basic data and multi-faceted sharing for medical equipment dynamic management.

In recent years, the incidence of diabetes has been increasing year by year. Along with it, the problems of high medical cost and health resource shortage also make the diabetes the key chronic disease of health service management in our country. There are significant features and advantages in treatment of diabetes with traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore, the construction mode of two-way referral care for diabetes patients between TCM hospitals and community medical institutions is just unfolding. Based on the status quo of TCM treatment for diabetes, this article reviewed the present basic situation of the two-way referral care for diabetes patients in TCM hospitals and community medical institutions, discussed the significance of this mode for diabetes patients in TCM hospital, emphasized the feasibility and validity of implementing this mode, and provided beneficial exploration and consideration for further development of this mode for diabetes patients between TCM hospitals and community medical institutions.

Objective To study the management of female urethral syndrome complicated by mental diseases in the aged. The aim of the present study was to work on the efficiency of differential diagnosis of native hapten-gel diffusion assay (NH-GD) on the background of vaccination with S2 or Rev.1.The conditions of NH-GD assay was firstly optimized,its sensitivity,specificity,repeatability and ability of differential diagnosis were determined respectively,and its test result was compared with that of fluorescence polarization assay (FPA).The results showed NH-GD assay with good specificity and repeatability could differentiate Brucella-infected antibody from vaccinated antibody after vaccination with S2 or 122 days after vaccination with Rev.1.And the result of NH-GD assay was highly consistent with that of FPA,which was simple to operate and needed a few simple equipment.Therefore,NH-GD assay was a good method for sheep brucellosis surveillance in China and especially suitable for application in grass-roots areas.

Objective To discuss the clinical application value of ultrasound contrast on evaluating fallopian tube patency.Methods Ultrasound contrast examination was conducted on 84 patients suffering from infertility and the flowing status of contrast agent in the uterine cavity and the fallopian tube and the distribution condition in the pelvic cavity were observed under the real -time ultrasound to judge the patency condition of the fallopian tube.Results After 84 patients receiving ultrasound contrast,38 cases'bilateral fallopian tubes were unobstructed,26 cases'lateral fallopian tube were unobstructed and 20 cases'bilateral fallopian were obstructed.Comparing the result of ultrasound contrast with laparoscopy,the diagnosis accuracy was 89.5%,the specificity 86% and the sensitivity 94%.Conclusion Fallopian tube ultrasound contrast technique can make an accurate and objective evaluation on the fallopian tube patency,it is an effective method to check fallopian tube patency and it is of high clinical application value.

Objective To investigate the clinicopathologic features,diagnosis,differential diagnosis and treatment of sclerosing angiomatoid nodular transformation(SANT). Methods The clinical data,pathologic characteristics,immunophenotype and postoperative follow-up of SANT were analysed. Results There were no specific findings in the clinical manifestations of the 4 cases of SANT.Grossly,the cut surface of the masses was gray-white and vague nodularity was observed.Microscopically,it was characterized by the multinodular angiomatoid appearance in a fibrosclerotic stroma.The nodules were composed of slit-like,sinusoid-like vascular spaces and were interspersed with a population of spindly or ovoid cells.It was revealed by immunohistochemistry that the expression of CD34 in some vessels' endothelial cells was positive,and CD8 was negative.While in another vessels' endothelial cells,CD8 was positive and CD34 was negative.The expression of SMA,Actin,Vimentin,Collage IV and CD68 was positive in all of the 4 cases,while that of CD21,Desmin and NSE was negative.No relapse or metastasis was found during the follow-up.Conclusion SANT is a rarely encountered benign lesion of the spleen,which should be distinguished from the malignant tumor of the spleen.The diagnosis counts on the pathologic and immunohistochemical findings.It could be cured by splenectomy with a favourable prognosis.
