Objective: To improve the database of medical equipment archives system and manage medical equipment more scientifically and efficiently. Methods:According to the needs of medical equipment management, the problems of medical equipment archives system would be analyzed and addressed. Results:In recent medical equipment archives system, the database of usage rate, cost-effectiveness, maintenance costs and property management should be improved. Conclusion:The improved archives system could provide reliable basic data and multi-faceted sharing for medical equipment dynamic management.

In this article we discuss the correlation between the functional defection of beta cell and its pathogenesis in traditional Chinese medicine;we summarize numbers of studies on Chinese medicine's effect on beta cell in different aspects through ways of experiment and clinical research,thus reflecting the unique effect of Chinese medicine in curing diabetes mellitus and improving the function of beta cell and at last proposing the direction of further study on this subject.

In recent years, the incidence of diabetes has been increasing year by year. Along with it, the problems of high medical cost and health resource shortage also make the diabetes the key chronic disease of health service management in our country. There are significant features and advantages in treatment of diabetes with traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore, the construction mode of two-way referral care for diabetes patients between TCM hospitals and community medical institutions is just unfolding. Based on the status quo of TCM treatment for diabetes, this article reviewed the present basic situation of the two-way referral care for diabetes patients in TCM hospitals and community medical institutions, discussed the significance of this mode for diabetes patients in TCM hospital, emphasized the feasibility and validity of implementing this mode, and provided beneficial exploration and consideration for further development of this mode for diabetes patients between TCM hospitals and community medical institutions.

Objective To explore the effective using cycle of Lu Wofu lubricant preservation with different cleaning methods,and provide basis for change time of lubricant preservation.Methods 20 000 bricant was ensured under sterile conditions.400 pieces of the same equipment were extracted from surgical instruments every day,and they were randomly divided into the manual cleaning group and the mechanical cleaning group with 200 pieces in each group,each group adopted manual cleaning and mechanical cleaning.The Lu Wofu lubricant was reused and preserved for one week.Lubricant preservation was extracted and sent to do bacterial culture with fixed people,time and quantity.Results of two groups were compared.Results The qualified rate of the two groups at 24-hour was 100%,at 48-hour the manual cleaning group was 92%,the mechanical cleaning group was 77%,at 72-hour the manual cleaning group was 81%,the mechanical cleaning group was 19%,above 72 hours; both the manual cleaning group and the mechanical group was zero.Over 48 hours in the mechanical group and above 72 hours in the manual cleaning group appeared more than 10 million bacterial colonies.There was significant difference between the two groups.Conclusions The effective using cycle of Lu Wofu lubricant preservation was 72 hours for manual cleaning and 48 hours for mechanical cleaning,the manual cleaning delays one day over mechanical cleaning to change lubricant,which can reduce the waste of resources and cost savings.

Objective To elucidate the differences between invasive micropapillary carcinoma (IMPC) and invasive ductal carcinoma(IDC),and explore the clinicopathological and immunohistochemistry characteristics of invasive micropapillary carcinoma of the breast.Methods Invasive micropapillary carcinoma was identified in 51 patients by retrospective review of database from October 2004 to November 2007.Data were compared with 102 patients identified as invasive ductal carcinoma available in this hospital during the same period.Results Significant differences were observed in mammilla invasion,lymphatic vessel invasion,positivity of lymph node,lymph node metastatic level,extranodal extension,estrogen receptor,progestin receptor,triple negative between the two groups; while there was no significant differences between the two groups as to amenorrhea status,lesion laterality,number of metastatic lymph nodes,human epidermal growth factor receptor-2,local recurrence and distant organ metastasis.The median follow-up time of the invasive micropapillary carcinoma group were 46 months ( 16 - 75 months),and the 3-year overall survival and disease free survival was 90.2％ and 84.3％,respectively.Conclusions Invasive micropapillary carcinoma is a unique subtype of breast cancer which manifests an aggressive behavior tending to involve lymph node and extranodal soft tissues.Invasive micropapillary carcinoma of the breast had high expression of hormonal receptors,and triple negative breast cancer is less common in this type of breast cancer.

Objective To discuss the clinical application value of ultrasound contrast on evaluating fallopian tube patency.Methods Ultrasound contrast examination was conducted on 84 patients suffering from infertility and the flowing status of contrast agent in the uterine cavity and the fallopian tube and the distribution condition in the pelvic cavity were observed under the real -time ultrasound to judge the patency condition of the fallopian tube.Results After 84 patients receiving ultrasound contrast,38 cases'bilateral fallopian tubes were unobstructed,26 cases'lateral fallopian tube were unobstructed and 20 cases'bilateral fallopian were obstructed.Comparing the result of ultrasound contrast with laparoscopy,the diagnosis accuracy was 89.5%,the specificity 86% and the sensitivity 94%.Conclusion Fallopian tube ultrasound contrast technique can make an accurate and objective evaluation on the fallopian tube patency,it is an effective method to check fallopian tube patency and it is of high clinical application value.

Background:Single-balloon enteroscopy(SBE)is a new method for the examination of small intestine,its clinical value in suspected small intestinal diseases need to be further studied. Aims:To evaluate the diagnostic and therapeutic value of SBE in suspected small intestinal diseases. Methods:A total of 73 suspected small intestinal diseases patients who had undergone 81 SBE examinations from July 2011 to October 2013 at Chengdu Military General Hospital were retrospectively examined,indications,diagnostic and therapeutic value of SBE in suspected small intestinal diseases were analyzed. Results:Of all the 81 examinations,33(40. 7% )were obscure gastrointestinal bleeding,29(35. 8% ) incomplete intestinal obstruction,and 19(23. 5% )chronic abdominal pain or diarrhea. The intubation depth was 230 cm for the oral approach,and 100 cm for the anal approach. The diagnostic yield of SBE was 67. 9% ,the main lesions were small intestinal ulcer,small intestinal inflammation,small intestinal tumor,small intestinal polyp. A total of 8 patients underwent endoscopic therapy,of whom 5 underwent endoscopic hemostatic therapy and 3 underwent resection of polyp. No serious complications were found. Conclusions:SBE is a safe and reliable diagnostic and therapeutic method for suspected small intestinal diseases,and its main indications are obscure gastrointestinal bleeding and incomplete intestinal obstruction.

Proteolytic degradation has been a severe problem when Pichia pastoris is employed to express recombinant proteins.One alternative method to circumvent this problem is to construct protease gene disruptant.However,the main study of gene disruption is focused on nonrecombinant Pichia pastoris rather than recombinant strain.In our study,we established two different methods to directly disrupt PRC1 and KEX1 gene in recombinant Pichia pastoris.On the basis of this,we further discussed and compared the application and advantages of both methods.

OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction and its single agent by high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry to provide a scientific basis for the quality evaluation and control. METHODS: Agilent XDB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column was used for HPLC analysis with acetonitrile-water as mobile phase by gradient elution. Using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technology to collect data in positive and negative ion mode, combined with literature reports, the main chemical components of Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction were analyzed and identified. RESULTS: A total of 19 compounds were identified from Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction. The main components are naringin, neohesperidin, etc. The main component types include alkaloids, steroidal saponins, glycosides, flavonoids, etc. CONCLUSION: This study comprehensively clarified the chemical composition of Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction, and it has important reference value for the identification and quality evaluation of Zhishi Xiebai Guizhi decoction.
