1.Research progress on microRNAs in the regulation of lymphoma apoptosis
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2012;21(11):700-703
microRNAs are a class of highly conserved small non-coding RNAs with single-strand,which regulate their target mRNAs at post-transcriptional level. They have been shown to play an important role in the regulation of development of hemopoietic system malignancies.Evading apoptosis is a hallmark of tumorigenesis. In recent years, accumulative data have proved that aberrant expression of microRNAs participates in the regulation of many crucial pathways of apoptosis.By binding to their target mRNAs,microRNAs may inhibit apoptosis (e.g.miR-17-92 cluster,miR-21) or promote apoptosis (e.g.miR-15a/16-1,miR-150),which act as oncogene or tumor suppressor. In addition, the differential expression of microRNAs in lymphoma may provide new markers in determination of prognostic factors. Moreover, insights into microRNA expression in lymphoma may reveal potentially novel therapeutic targets.
2.Question discussion on Theories of Different Schools of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, "the twelfth five-year plan" teaching material.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2014;34(2):191-193
The several questions in Theories of Acupuncture and Moxibustion of Different Schools, "the twelfth five-year plan" teaching material, are analyzed and discussed. The expression of DOU Han-qing on "playing a role of meridians, collaterals, qi and blood" is not so accurate, which is suggested to modify as "attaching the importance to needles". "Theory of heaven, human being and earth" "theory of acupuncture on qi regulation" and "the eight therapeutic methods in treatment of disease" in Jinzhenfu (Ode to Golden Needles) are valuable academically and suggested to be supplemented. The expression of XI Hong on "reinforcing and reducing technique by following or against the running course of meridian" and the expression of XU Feng on "the magic turtle eight techniques" are not concrete. It is required to elaborate them in detail. These questions are put forward and needed to discuss with the editors so as to perfect the teaching material.

Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2014;37(12):884-886
Diabetes mellitus has became a growing public health problem, its acute and chronic complications threaten the patient's dramatically.HbA1c is recognized as the gold standard for blood glucose evaluation in patients with diabetes It has reported that the incideut rafe of diabetes related will decline remarkably when HbA1c decline by 1%,so the detection accuracy of the HbA1c is very important in the diabetes patient's management.Uncertainty of measurement can reflect the detation accuracy, which will benifite the value of HbA1c.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 2002;0(12):-
Objective:To explore the central mechanism of working memory impairments experienced by patients with schizophrenia. Methods:Using block-design,ten normal and twenty patients with schizophrenia perform digital recognition(remember two or five digitals simultaneous and make judgment about whether the digital presented latter is that appeared before)and direction judgment of arrows(toward to left or right)while proceeding blood-oxygen level dependent contrast functional magnetic resonance imaging(BOLD-fMRI).Results:On the condition of same cognitive load, abnormal activation of basal ganglia occurred in schizophrenics.Comparing to normal control, patients with schizophrenia exhibited a tendency of more activation in dorsolateral prefrontal cortex. Conclusion:Abnormal activity of basal ganglia and dorsolateral prefrontal cortex may be the critical cause of working memory deficit experienced by patients with schizophrenia.

Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2015;29(18):1630-1632
OBJECTIVE:
To study airway reactivity and impulse oscillation (IOS)-measured airway resistance indicators of residents of Zhenhai industrial area in Ningbo city.
METHOD:
In the form of follow-up, both. airway reactivity and respiratory functions of populations in Zhenhai industrial zone (n = 215) and urban (n = 203) were measured, comparing difference degree between different regions.
RESULT:
Ninty-five of 215 cases in industrial area were identified as suspected airway hyperresponsiveness, but only 43 of 203 cases were in urban areas. Forty-seven of 95 cases (49.5%) in industrial zone were positive, while only 14 cases (32.6%) in urban. The proportions of people in the two regions on different types of airway hyperresponsiveness were significantly different (P < 0.01). All airway resistance indexes of urban populations were significantly lower than that of industrial zone (P < 0.05).
CONCLUSION
The prevalence of airway hyperresponsiveness and IOS airway resistance aspects of industrial area residents was higher than that of urban residents. Monitoring and evaluating the airway diseases, inflammatory lesions and respiratory function in the region were good for understanding the severe pollution in the local area in certain significance.

Chinese Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology 2000;0(11):-
Objective To Observe the effects of tumor necrosis factor ? (TNF ?) on cell proliferation and Intracellular free calcium concentraction ([Ca 2+ ]i) in endothelium of human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVEC) and investigate the pathogenesis of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome (PIH). Methods Confluent monolayer of HUVEC was directly incubated with TNF ? at following final concentrations: 500, 1 000, 2 000 U/ml for 24 hours. The percentages of different cellcycles and [Ca 2+ ]i were measured by flow cytometry and fluorospectrophotometry. Results Incubated with TNF ?, the endothelial cells were elongated and transformed into fibroblast like cells. Border of nucleus was sharp, clarity, and cells were in regular shape. But there were abnormal granules in cytoplasma and some cells detached at the concentrotion of 2 000 U/ml of TNF ?. Stimulated by TNF ?, the percentage of cellcycles from phase G 0+G 1 to S and G 2+M decreased significantly and it was dose dependent. [Ca 2+ ]i increased significantly and dose dependent as well. Conclusion TNF ? may injure endothelium directly and inhibit its proliferation and repair through the changes of [Ca 2+ ]i level. It may play an important role in the pathogenesis of PIH.
