OBJECTIVETo summarize the experience of percutaneous fixation of scaphoid fractures with Herbert screws through volar approach, and provide a reliable and efficient treatment method for scaphoid fractures.

METHODSFrom April 2008 to September 2012,15 patients with scaphoid fractures were treated by percutaneous fixation with Herbert cannulated screws through volar approach including 14 males and 1 female with an average age of 35 years ranging from 25 to 45 years old. Among them, 10 cases were on left side and 5 cases were on right side. Durations from injury to operation ranged from 3 to 10 days with an average of 5 days. All these cases were identified as B2 type according to the Herbert classification based on X-ray and CT scan. In order to assess the function of wrist, all patients were calculated according to Krimmer's score postoperatively.

RESULTSThe follow-up period were from 5 to 18 months with an average of 10 months. At 3 months after operation,X-ray was re-checked every month. All the patients achieved bone union with a mean time of 10 weeks (ranged from 7 to 14 weeks) postoperatively. According to Krimmer's score, 14 cases gained 100 scores as perfect and one case got 90 scores as good. The small volar incision of all patients were union at the first period. No operation complications such as infection and nonunion occurred.

CONCLUSIONPercutaneous fixation with Herbert cannulated screws through volar approach is a reliable and efficient treatment method for scaphoid fractures with small invasion, high bone union rate, and fewer complications.

〔Abstract〕 Taking PubReader as an example , the paper introduces typical applications of HTML 5 in displaying medical information . By cases in medical information display , it illustrates advantages of HTML 5 in interface alternation , intelligent terminal support , multime-dia presentation , and local storage , etc.It also predicts its future development tendency and disadvantages .

OBJECTIVE:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of enhanced immunosuppressive therapy in the treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome (RNS). METHODS:Totally 76 RNS patients were selected from 2 hospitals during Jan. 2012-Mar. 2015,and then divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,with 38 cases in each group. Two groups were given Prednisone acetate tablet 50 mg,qd;decreasing to 15 mg,qd,after urine protein returned to normal. Based on it,control group was given Leflunomide tablets 50 mg,qd;decreasing to 20 mg,qd,3 days later. Based on con-trol group,observation group was additionally given Mycophenolate mofetil dispersible tablet 750 mg,bid;decreasing to 500 mg, qd,3 months later. Both groups were treated for 6 months. Clinical efficacies,follow-up recurrence rate as well as renal function in-dexes and inflammatory cell factors before and after treatment,and the occurrence of ADR were compared between 2 groups. RE-SULTS:The total response rate of observation group(92.11%)was significantly higher than control group(73.68%),and fol-low-up recurrence rate(5.26%)was significantly lower than control group(23.68%),with statistical significance(P<0.05). Be-fore treatment,there was no statistical significance in renal function indexes or inflammatory cell factors between 2 groups(P>0.05). After treatment,24 h urinary protein quantification,urinary IL-6 and IL-8 levels of 2 groups decreased significantly,while the content of serum protein increased significantly;the observation group was significantly better than the control group,with sta-tistical significance(P<0.05). There was no statistical significance in the content of serum creatinine between 2 groups before and after treatment(P>0.05). The incidence of ADR in the control group and the observation group was 34.21% and 44.74% respec-tively,without statistical significance between 2 groups(P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:Enhanced immunosuppressive therapy in the treatment of RNS can improve renal function,reduce inflammatory reaction and long-term recurrence risk,and have good therapeu-tic efficacy and safety.

The variability and number of appendixes, publication year and publication journals of full-text files conforming to the JATS standards, selected from 891334 full-text papers published in biomedical journals, were analyzed, which showed that the number of non-text files increased sharply with their appendixes reached 45, and jpg, png, tif accounted for 81%.

The implementation of cancer genome scientific program has promoted the diagnosis, prevention and tar-get treatment of diseases at molecular level with massive cancer genome data accumulated. Effective mining and use of cancer genome data have thus become the focus in the field of cancer genome. The cancer genome was annotated and demonstrated according to the mining of high-throughput cancer genome data from American National Cancer Research Center, namely the disease-named entity and drug-named entity were identified from the gene function descriptive text and the mined high-throughput data were annotated from their clinical application, in order to help scientific workers to find the relationship between diseases, drugs and genes in scientific literature.

After the current studies on mobile health in China and foreign countries were described, the mobile APP for health management of diabetes mellitus was developed using data mining technology, which can be used to assess the risk of diabetes mellitus, monitoring the symptoms and signs of diabetes mellitus patients, medication and diet management of diabetes mellitus patients, health-related knowledge push, and public health management.

In recent years, the virtual surgery training system with force feedback has provided a new way for young doctors to improve their surgical skills in a safe, efficient and flexible training method. Precise drilling force and realistic hand feeling of manipulation are the cruxes in the virtual surgery training, and the accurate simulation of bone drilling depends on the accurate establishment of drilling force prediction model. The establishment of force prediction model with finite element analysis is the key part in the development of virtual training system. In this paper, the current research status of finite element analysis of bone drilling presented in four aspects: bone model reconstruction, material model, mesh model and prediction of drilling force, especially the construction of bone tissue material model is discussed in detail and several important models are analyzed. This paper presented a relatively complete overview of the approaches commonly used in this research field to promote the establishment of more accurate force prediction models of bone drilling.

Objective To analyze the major adverse reactions of anti-hyperlipidemia drugs and their influencing factors.Methods The adverse reactions of anti-hyperlipidemia drugs in 579 patients were retrieved from the National Population and Health Scientific Data Platform.An adverse reaction-matched dictionary was established by normalizing the names of anti-hyperlipidemia drugs according to the drug name + dosage form and describing the adverse reactions according to the WHO adverse reaction terminology.The data set dimensions were analyzed by data mining.Results The adverse reaction rate of intravenous drip was 75.4% and manifested as chest distress,itching and dyspnea.The rate of adverse reaction involving organ systems was 61.1% and manifested as systemic injury,fever,discomfort and anorexia.Logistic regression analysis showed that the drug giving route was a factor influencing the severity of adverse reaction.Conclusion The adverse reactions of anti-hyperlipidemia drugs involve systemic,skin and its appendix injury.Drug giving route is the major factor influencing the severity of adverse reaction.
