This paper reviews twenty-eight Chinese medicine books with complete prescriptions prior to the Qing Dynasty, and analyzes the characteristics of acupoint selection and needling manipulations from the perspective of apoplectic symptoms. It is concluded that,in ancient times, apoplexy is often treated on the basis of its symptoms and a great number of acupoints are employed; hemiplegia is mainly treated by the acupoints of the Large Intestine Meridian and Gallbladder Meridian,with two key acupoints; coma is mainly treated by first-aid acupoints and qi-supplementing acupoints, with seven key acupoints; wry mouth and convulsion are mainly treated by the local acupoints; as for needling manipulations, moxibustion with moxa cones is principally used, while needling is less used.

Objective In order to know the operative key points of combined endoscopic nephroureterectomy. Methods Retrospective analyzed 16 patients with combined endoscopic nephroureterec-tomy, and then summarized perioperative nursing points. Results All the patients had successful operation without any complications. Conclusions Careful perioperative nursing are the guarantee for successful oper-ation, which can effective promote the rehabilitation for patients.

Objective To explore the relationship between the change of serum ferritin level and acute lung injury.Methods 192 cases living hospital patients with critical factor of acute lung injury were divided into two groups:acute lung injury group(study group,52 cases)and having critical factor of acute lung injury but not devel- oped acute lung injury group(control group,140 cases).50 people at the same time were selected as normal group. Objective: To observe the improving effect of muscle regions of meridians needling method on the upper limb function in children with cerebral palsy of spastic hemiplegic type. Methods: A total of 100 children with cerebral palsy of spastic hemiplegia type were divided into a treatment group and a control group according to the visiting sequence, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation plus conventional acupuncture treatment. The treatment group was treated with conventional rehabilitation plus muscle regions of meridians needling method. The electromyography (EMG) signal values of triceps brachii and pronator teres were detected before treatment, and 3 months and 6 months after treatment. The clinical efficacy was evaluated by Peabody developmental motor scale-fine motor (PDMS-FM) and fine motor function measure (FMFM). Results: Three and six months after treatment, the EMG signal values of triceps brachii and pronator teres, grasping scores and visual-motor integrated scores of PDMS-FM and the FMFM scores in both groups increased to varying degrees compared with the same group before treatment, and the intra-group differences were all statistically significant (all P<0.05). Six months after treatment, the results of the above three items in the treatment group were all better than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant (all P<0.05). Conclusion: Muscle regions of meridians needling method added on the basis of conventional rehabilitation can effectively reduce the muscle tone of upper limb and enhance the muscle strength, and improve the upper limb function in children with cerebral palsy of spastic hemiplegia type. The efficacy is superior to that of the conventional rehabilitation plus conventional acupuncture treatment.

Objective To provide the guidance for the control and treatment of blood stream infec-tion caused by Serratia marcescens strains through analyzing the homology and drug resistant genes of the iso-lates collected from the Intensive Care Unit ( ICU) of Shaoxing County Central Hospital.Methods Serratia marcescens strains were isolated from ICU patients with blood stream infection and also from the hands of health care providers in the ICU from June 1st to September 30th, 2013.The antibiotic susceptibilities of the Serratia marcescens isolates were tested.PCR was performed to amplify the common drug resistant genes. Pulse-field gel electrophoresis ( PFGE) was carried out for analyzing the homology of all isolates.The com-plete clinical data of the patients were collected and statistically analyzed with Spearman′s rank correlation coefficient.Results Seventeen strains were isolated in this study.All of the 17 strains were resistant to the first and second generation Cephalosporin, Gentamicin and Ciprofloxacin, and sensitive to Amikacin and Ceftazidime.The drug resistant rates to Carbapenems ranged from 11.76%to 35.29%.One of the isolates (5.88%) carried the TEM gene.The results of PFGE showed that the phenotypes of all isolates were identi-cal.Conclusion Serratia marcescens strains were critical hospital infectious pathogens.They were able to spread in the hospital and were resistant to multiple antibiotics.Clinical physicians should properly use anti-biotics for the patients based on the result of drug susceptibility test.A control regulation for Serratia marces-cens infection within hospital should be enforced to avoid the cross infection and the outbreak of resistant strains.

Objective To examine the antimicrobial susceptibility and prevalence of blaKPC gene in carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae (CRKP) strains isolated in Huashan Hospital,Fudan University.Methods The CRKP strains isolated in Huashan Hospital from January to December of 2014 were included in this study.The MICs of antibiotics were determined using CLSI broth dilution method.The blaKPC gene was amplified by polymerase chain reaction (PCR).Results A total of 205 CRKP strains were isolated,mainly from respiratory tract (76.1％,156/205) and urine specimens (18.5％,38/205).Antimicrobial susceptibility test indicated that CRKP isolates had higher resistance rates (85％-100％) to the antimicrobial agents except colistin (1.5％),tigecycline (0.5％),trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole (51.0％) and amikacin (74.9％).Most (87.8％,180/205) of the CRKP strains were positive for blaKPC gene.Conclusions CRKP are mostly isolated from patients with lower respiratory tract infection and/or urinary tract infection in Huashan Hospital.The strains were highly resistant to the antibacterial agents tested except colistin and tigecycline.Production of KPC-type carbapenemase is the common mechanism of carbapenem resistance in these K.pneumoniae isolates.
