1.Diagnosis and treatment of massive bilateral chronic subdural hematoma in elderly patients by clinical analysis of 25 cases

Objective To explore particularity of the diagnosis and treatment with massive bilateral chronic subdural hematoma (BCSDH) in elders.Method The clinical data of 25 elders with BCSDH treated in our hospital from 2007 to 2011 were analyzed retrospectively.All patients were examined with computerized tomography (CT) of 25 patients through the bilateral trephined hole.Results Twenty-four patients recovered better,the symptom significantly improved.After operative 1 month,14 patients? hematoma disappear,6 patents only had little bilateral subdural effusion,4 patents only had little unilateral subdural effusion.One patient appeared massive subdural effusion on the second day after operation,the familiality gave up therapy,and the patient was dead.Conclusion CT scanning should be taken before you make correct diagnisis.Bilateral single twist-drill craniostomy with irrigation and drainage is a chief method to massive BCSDH.
4.Research approach of cervical kyphosis

According to the concept of sagittal spinal balance, the alternating curves of cervical and lumbar lordosis and thoracic and sacral kyphosis enable the head to be positioned over the trunk and pelvis. But the sagittal imbalance represents departure from this ideal form. Cervical kyphosis may represent the most disabling of these imbalances, for it can cause pain, postural difficulties, or neurologic deficit. A summary and discussion is reviewed regarding the anatomy, biomechanics, etiology, clinical presentation, laboratory examination and treatment of this condition.
5.Determination of Kanamycin Sulfate Eye Drops by Dye Colorimetry

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for content determination of principal agents in kanamycin sulfate eye drops by dye colorimetry.METHODS:On the basis of the spectrometric features of ion pair compound produced in the reaction between kanamycin and bromcresol green in buffer solution with pH value of6.0,absorbance was detected at the wavelength of432nm and content was determined.RESULTS:The detected concentration of Kanamycin showed good linear relationship with its absorbance(r=0.9998)within the range of18.0~72.0?g/ml.The average recovery was99.3%(RSD=1.20%).CONCL_ USION:The established method is rapid,simple and accurate,and it can be used for quick test of this preparation during the production.
6.Inhibitory of ginsenoside on proliferation of human thyroid cancer cells and expression of C -myc and Bcl -2 protein in vitro

Objective To explore inhibitory effects of ginsenoside on the proliferation of human thyroid canc-er SW579 cells in vitro and expression of C -myc and Bcl -2 protein.Methods Human thyroid cancer SW579 cells were cultured according to conventional method.The study was divided into the control group and ginsenoside group (20,40,8ug/mL).Inhibitory role of ginsenoside on proliferation of SW579 cells was detected by MTT assay.Western-blot method was used to determine expression levels of C -myc and Bcl -2 protein in different group.Results The inhibition rates of 20,40,80μg/mL ginsenoside to SW579 thyroid carcinoma cell were 22.35%,51.76% and 68.24% respectively.Which meaned ginsenoside had obvious inhibitory effect compared with the control group(P <0.01),and inhibition increased with the increase of solubility(P <0.01).C -myc and Bcl -2 protein were reduced progressively in place with the increase of ginsenoside concentration by Western -Blot analysis (P <0.01 ).Conclusion Gisenoside may play the inhibitory role on proliferation of human thyroid cancer SW579 cells in vitro, and its mechanism may be related with down -regulation of C -myc and Bcl -2 protein.
7.Research of Ginsenoside on proliferation inhibitory of cultured tumor stem cells of human rectal carcinoma in vitro

Objective To observe inhibitory effects of Ginsenoside on the proliferation cultured stem cells of human rectal carcinoma in vitro.Methods Tumor stem cells of rectal carcinoma in human were cultured in vitro and divided into saline water group,reltitrexed group(3mg/mL),and Ginsenoside(25μg/mL)plus reltitrexed(3mg/mL) group,with dosage of qd and for 2 weeks.Cells growth was observed under the microscope,and immunofluorescence staining was used to detect CD +133 expression of rectal carcinoma cells.MTT colorimetric method was taken to measure inhibitory of Ginsenoside on proliferation of tumor stem cells of rectal carcinoma.Apoptosis of tumor stem cells of rec-tal carcinoma lead by Ginsenoside was observed by DAPI staining.Results Part of cells were growing up like ball and CD +133 immunofluorescence staining was positive.Inhibitory role of Ginsenoside plus reltitrexed on CD +133 cells of rectal carcinoma appeared on the first day,which was bigger than that of retitrexed by MTT method (P =0.03).Com-pared with the retitrexed group,Gisenoside combined with reltitrexed reduced CD +133 cells expression of rectal carcino-ma,in which optical density and area density of CD +133 cells were obviously decreased with statistical significance (P =0.007,P =0.006,respectively).Conclusion Gisenoside plays the remarkably inhibitory role on proliferation of CD +133 cells of rectal carcinoma.
9.Therapeutic Observation of Cupping plus Chinese Medicinal Fumigation for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Due to Phlegm-heat Obstructing the Lung

Objective To observe the effect of cupping plus Chinese medicinal fumigation on expectoration in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) due to phlegm-heat obstructing the lung. Method Eighty-two patients with COPD due to phlegm-heat obstructing the lung were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 41 cases in each group. The control group was given regular Western medications, while the treatment group was intervened by cupping plus Chinese medicinal fumigation in addition to the treatment given to the control group, once a day, 5 d as a treatment course. The therapeutic efficacies were observed after 2 treatment courses. Result The clinical effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, with a statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Cupping plus Chinese medicinal fumigation can enhance the expectoration in patients with COPD due to phlegm-heat obstructing the lung.
10.Pharmaceutical Care for Patient with Pulmonary Aspergillosis Complicated with Rhabdomyolysis

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the role of clinical pharmacists in the therapy for patient with pulmonary aspergillosis complicated with rhabdomyolysis(RM). METHODS:Clinical pharmacists participated in the therapy for RM patients with pulmo-nary aspergillosis,and assisted physicians to optimize and improve therapy plan from RM therapy,anti-infection and liver protec-tion:stop taking Bicyclol tablet,continue Micafungin for injection 50 mg,ivgtt,qd for anti-infection;suspend liver-protective drug Compound glycyrrhizin;closely monitor therapeutic efficacy and ADR. RESULTS:Physicians adopted the suggestions of clini-cal pharmacists,and the situation of RM were improved. The patient were discharged from hospital 24 d later. CONCLUSIONS:Clinical pharmacists participate in therapy for RM patient with pulmonary aspergillosis and assist physicians to improve therapy plan,which contribute to rational drug use and the safety of drug use.
