1.The clinical effect of Danhong injection in treatmant unstable angina and its effect on the endothelial function

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Danhong injection to treat unstable angina and its effect on the endothelial function.Methods 100 cases with unstable angina were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,each group had 50 cases.All patients were hospitalized for routine treatment,the control group was given Isosorbide mononitrate and 5% glucose solution or saline,while the treatment group was given Danhong injection and 5% glucose solution or saline on the basis of the routine treatment.Results After treatment,the efficacy of ECG and angina in the treatment group were better than the control group( all P < 0.05) ; the NO level of post-treatment was higher than pre-treatment,ET and CRP levels were lower than pre-treatment( all P <0.05 ) ;the NO level in the treatment group was higher than the control group,the ET and CRP levels were lower than the control group( all P < 0.05 ).Conclusion Danhong injection for the treatment of patients with unstable angina could effectively relieve the angina and improve the endothelial function.
2.The Influence pulmonary function and inflammatory factors of symbicort combined with ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To explore the influence pulmonary function and inflammatory factors of symbicort combined with ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( AECOPD) .Methods 86 patients with AECOPD were divided into control group 43 cases and treatment group 43 cases according to the computer random number table method.The control group was given intravenous injection of ambroxol hydrochloride 60 mg/time, 2 times/day, and the treatment group was given inhalation of symbicort 2 inhaling/times, 3 times/day on the basis of the control group.After 7 day treatment, the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of two groups were observed.The percentage of forced vital capacity ( FVC%) , percentage of forced expiratory volume of 1 seconds( FEV1 %) , percentage of mid expiratory flow predicted value( MMF%) , percentage of max volume predicted value(MVV%) were measured by pulmonary function test apparatus, and the value of FEV1%/FVC% was calculated.The levels of serum tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α), c-reactive protein(CRP) and interleukin 6(IL-6) were detected by ELISA.Results The total effective rate of treatment group and control group were 93.02%(40/43) and 74.42%(32/43), the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).After treatment the FVC%(2.58 ±0.25),FEV1%(1.87 ±0.15),MMF%(70.24 ±5.86)and MVV%(72.43 ±4.35) in treatment group were higher than the control group (2.21 ±0.27),(1.68 ±0.16),(63.14 ±5.68)and 65.12 ±4.16), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum TNF-α(13.87 ±4.12)μg/mL,CRP(9.14 ±3.76)mg/mLand IL-6(76.07 ±10.14)pg/mL in treatment group were lower than the control group (16.56 ±6.48)μg/mL,(12.46 ±3.89)mg/mL and(89.55 ±11.24)pg/mL,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reactions were mainly for heartburn, nausea, vomiting and skin rashes in the control group,and the adverse reactions were mainly for heart palpitations, headache, nausea, rashes, vomiting in the treatment group, the incidences of adverse reactions 23.26%(10/43) in treatment group compared to control group 18.60%(8/43) was no statistically significant difference.Conclusion The symbicort combined with ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of AECOPD have clinical curative effect, can improve the patient's lung function, reduce inflammation, have less adverse reactions.It was worthy of clinical popularization and application.
3.Diagnosis and treatment of urethral mucosa prolapse in female children

Objective To review the clinical characteristics of urethral prolapse in female children and summarize our experience of treatment.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical characteristics of 102 patients with urethral prolapse from January 2007 to December 2017 was conducted at The Children's Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine.The age of the patients ranged from 8-156 months with an median of 80 months.The presenting symptoms in the 102 girls were:bleeding in 57 patients (55.9%),mass in 31 patients (30.4%),and dysuria/urinary frequency,urgent and pain in 14 patients (13.4%).In all,58 patients were managed conservatively with Sitz baths as their masses were small,39 underwent prolapse reduction under topical anesthesia and Sitz baths because their mass were large,and 5 patients were treated by excision of the prolapsed urethral mucosa with four-quadrant excisional technique because thrombosed urethral prolapse at first visit.Results A total of 89 patients were cured after conservative treatment (87.3%),8 patients were converted to surgical treatment because frequent recurrence with conservative treatment.No urethral stricture,active hemorrhage and recurrent were found in 13 patients after operation.Conclusions The most common clinical manifestations of urethral prolapse are urethral mass and bleeding.Most patients can be cured by conservative treatment.The patients whose symptoms were severe or suffered from frequent recurrence of urethral prolapse should be managed with surgical excision.

As a strategic emerging industry of China, the biotechnology industry develops rapidly in recent years, which significantly increased the demand for creative and capable talents. As a core curriculum of bioengineering specialty, biotechnology equipment plays an important role in fostering such talents. To address the problems in biotechnology equipment course teaching such as limited equipment availability, limited engineering practice, and lack of learning motivations, curriculum reform and optimization were performed based on curriculum resource development, virtual reality-physical combined engineering training, and boosting learning motivations. The optimized teaching contents focus on fostering morality, intelligence, and creative practice abilities by connecting new requirements of social development, introducing new progress in biotechnology research, as well as new practices in research and development (R & D). Measures such as teaching methods innovation, assessment and evaluation methods optimization, cutting-edge R & D progress, diverse resources integration, and online-offline combined teaching, were developed to boost the learning motivation and foster the innovation competence of students. By above exploration and practice, the practice and innovation competence of students were significantly enhanced.
