OBJECTIVE:To probe into the status quo and tendency of the utilization of anticoagulant drugs in our hospital. METHODS:The utilization of anticoagulant drugs in our hospital from 2004 to 2007 were analyzed statistically with regard to drug varieties,consumption quantity and consumption sum as well as DDDs. RESULTS:The consumption sum of anticoagulant drugs in our hospital increased year by year. Of all the anticoagulant drugs,leading the list in terms of consumption sum were ozagrel,low molecular heparin calcium and clopidogrel. CONCLUSION:The utilization of anticoagulant drugs in our hospital is basically in line with the current medication principle of anticoagulant drugs and the general medication trend both at home and abroad.

Objective To evaluate economic benefits and clinical effects of internal fixation treatment of severe rib fracture so as to provide objective basis for improving medical treatment for rib fracture.Methods A retrospective review was made on clinical data of 50 patients with severe rib fracture hospitalized from January 2009 to April 2014.With varied treatment modalities,the patients were assigned to operative group (n =13) and non-operative group (n =37).Variables were recorded including length of stay,total hospital charges,length of ventilatory support,off-bed time,duration of antibiotic use and incidence of complications and used to perform cost-efficiency analysis.Results Between operative and non-operative groups,length of hospital stay was (25.9 ± 8.2) days vs (35.4 ± 7.0) days,total hospital charges were (121 676.2 ± 10 991.1) yuan vs (148 724.5 ± 21 254.3) yuan,length of ventilatory support was (7.9 ± 2.8) days vs (14.1 ± 3.3) days,off-bed time was (14.3 ± 4.9) days vs (26.1 ± 6.5) days,duration of antibiotic use was (12.4 ± 3.3) days vs (21.2 ± 6.2) days and complications occurred in 2 cases vs 13 cases respectively.The findings were length of ventilatory support,off-bed time and duration of antibiotic use differed significantly between the two groups (P ＜ 0.05).Cost-effectiveness ratios based on subjective and objective measures were superior in operative group (1 962.52 and 3 925.03) over those in non-operative group (1 931.48 and 3 718.10),suggesting operative treatment could yield higher economic returns.Conclusion Internal fixation can accelerate bone healing in patients with severer rib fracture and cut down medical expense,which should be promoted in medical treatment.

Objective To observe the effect of Naoling decoction on the expression of iNOS in hippocamal CA3 region in rats with Alzheimer's disease (AD), and to explore the potential mechanism. Methods Forty SD rats were classified into 5 groups: a normal group, a sham operated group, an AD group, a Naoling decoction group, and a Naofukang group. The Alzheimer's disease model was established by injecting Aβ1-42 into the hippocamal in the rats. Expression of iNOS in the CA3 region was measured with immunohistochemical staining. Results Compared with the normal group, the expression of iNOS protein in the hippocampal CA3 fields in the AD group increased (P<0.05). Naoling decoction decreased the iNOS expression. Conclusion Naoling decoction can significantly reduce the expression of iNOS in the AD model rats, suggesting that Naoling decoction can be used for AD rats.

Objective To observe the effect of Naoling decoction on hippocamal histomorphology and the expression of amyloid precursor protein (APP) in CA3 region in rats with Alzheimer's disease (AD), and to explore the therapeutical and the potential mechanism. Methods Forty SD rats were classified into 5 groups: a normal group, a sham-operated group, an AD group, a Naoling decoction group, and a Naofukang group. Alzheimer's disease model was established by Aβ1-42 injected into the hippocamal in the rats. The faculty of learning and memory was evaluated by Morris water maze. The changes of cell morphology were detected by HE staining. Expression of APP in CA3 region was mea-sured with immunohistochemical staining. Results Morris water maze experiment showed that the escape latency of hidden platform in the AD group were delayed significantly (P＜0.05) and the average times of passing was decreased (P＜0.05). In the hippocampal CA3 field of the AD rats, HE staining and immunohistochemical test showed that pyramidal cells disturbed, neurons decreased significantly and expression of APP protein increased (P＜0.05). Naoling decoction treatment improved pyramidal cellular disorders and decreased APP expression. Conclusion Naoling decoction can distinctly improve the learning and memory ability, and reduce the expression of APP in the AD model rats, suggesting that Naoling decoction can be used for the treatment of AD in rats.

Antagonism, esterase isozyme ployacrylamide gel electrophoretic (EST-PAGE) and cluster analysis was used in the study of 14 strains of Ganoderma. The results showed that there were 18 bands of EST with different Rf. Cluster analysis at 50% similarity level showed that all strains could be clustered into five groups, the first included Xian zhi, Da xian 823, Nan han, Yuan zhi 6, Tian zhi, Han zhi; the second included Chi zhi 10, Chi zhi 12, Chi zhi, Ri ben hong zhi; the third included Zi zhi, Hei zhi; the fourth included Xue zhi; the fifth included Bai zhi. And this result was similar to the result of antagonism and morphological characters. Because of its stablity, the technique of EST can be used for identification of Gamoderma.

OBJECTIVE: To analyze the possible effects of meteorological and environmental factors on the subjective symptoms of allergic rhinitis (AR) in children. METHOD: According to the daily subjective symptom records in AR children, the relationship between the subjective symptoms of AR in children and the meteorological environmental factors was analyzed. Mixed model was used to analyze the data. RESULT: The temperature and humidity had a negative correlation with symptoms score. Every 1 degrees C of temperature decrease was linked to 0.04 points increase in subjective symptoms scores (P < 0.01). Every 10% e in humidity decrease was linked to 0.04 points increase in subjective symptoms scores (P < 0.05). There was positive relationship between PM2.5, PM10 and symptom scores. Every 10 μg/m3 increase of PM2.5 or PM10 was linked to 0.02 (P = 0.0246) or 0.03 (P = 0.0293) points increase in subjective symptoms scores, indicating that air pollution could aggravate the symptoms of children in AR. CONCLUSION It suggested that higher temperature and higher humidity may induce lower sympotem while PM2. 5 and PM10 may induce higher sympotem in AR children.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the impact of environment and message information for the treatment efficacy of children with allergic rhinitis (AR). METHOD: To choose 100 cases of children diagnosed with AR. The parents of children record daily symptom scores of AR of children everyday. While the doctors send the short message to the parents by using meteorological environment warning forecast technology to tell the parents the risk of AR attacks. We observe the morbidity of AR of the children and the treatment efficacy of children for 1 year. The 100 cases control group children diagnosed AR, their parents do not record daily symptom scores of AR and the doctors do not give the short message. We also observe the morbidity of AR of the control group children and the treatment efficacy of the children for 1 year. RESULT: The 100 cases intervention group children with AR, there are 11 cases refused to participate the group. We included a total 89 cases, 74 cases of children did a full year of intervention, 15 cases of children gave up. The control group 100 cases, nine cases refused to participate, 91 cases were included. The average episodes in the intervention group was 4. 67 times, the control group was 8. 12 times,--there were significant differences between the groups statistically. The execution rate on the prescribed clinic date in the intervention group visits was 91. 5%, while in the control. group, was only 67%. The compliance of parents of children to complete course of medication in the intervention group was 95. 6%, while the control group was 74.1%. Both sets of data are statistically significant differences. The children with sinusitis in intervention group was 26.97%, significantly lower than the 64.04% in the control group. The incidence in the intervention group and the control group of secretory otitis media was 8.99% and 6.60%, there was no statistically significant differences. CONCLUSION It can significantly increase the degree of attention of parents of children with AR that the parents of children record daily symptom scores of AR of children everyday, while the doctors send the short message to the parents by using meteorological environment warning forecast technology to tell the parents the risk of AR attacks. It can also improve the execution rate on the prescribed clinic date and improve compliance of parents of children to complete course of medication. It can significantly reduce seizure frequency and severity of episodes of AR, thereby improving the quality of life of children with AR, reduce the economic burden on families and society.

Objective To observe the immunohistochemical changes of ICAM-1,MMP-2 and MMP-9 in the lungs of immunocompromised rats with Pseudomonas aeruginosa pneumonia and their relationships with lung inflammation.Methods After the establishment of pseudomonas aeruginosa pneumonia infected immunocompromised rat mode,the pathological changes of lungs were observed, lung wet/dry ratios and total protein concentration in bronchial alveolar lavage fluid were tested,and imunnohistochemical study of ICAM-1,MMP-2 and MMP 9 in lung tissue were performed.Results 1.The staining intensity of ICAM-1 in alveolar epithelial cells turned stronger in rats with pulmonary infection than those without of both groups(P＜0.05);2.The staining intensity of MMP-2 in lung tissue was stronger in rats with pulmonary infection than those without infection in both groups,and reached peak at 6～9 h after inoculation.Immunohistochemical changes of MMP-9 exhibited a similar pattern,4.Immunohistochemical changes of ICAM-1,MMP-2 and MMP-9 showed some correlation with numbers of polymorphonuclears in lung tissue(P＜0.05);5.A correlation between the stai- ning intensity of MMP-9 in bronchial epithelial eells and total protein concentrations were observed(r_s =0.484,P＜0.05),similar association were found between the staining intensity of MMP-2 in alveolar epithelial cells,endothelium of arterioles and venules and tissues beneath endothelium and to- tal protein eoncentrations in bronchial alveolar lavage fluid(r_s were 0.457,0.492 and 0.429,respec- tively,P＜0.05).Conclusion In immunocompromised rats,the staining intensity of ICAM-1, MMP-2 and MMP-9 in lung tissue of those with pseudomonas aeruginosa pneumonia were stronger than those without infection,and the changes were demonstrated some correlation with the levels of polymorphonuclears infiltration or severity of lung injury.

Objective To investigate the relationship between single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) of PRKCG gene (rs2547362,rs3745406) and osteosarcoma susceptibility in the osteosarcoma patients and the normal population.Methods Sixtyone patients with osteosarcoma who had been admitted in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2012 and 63 healthy adults were enrolled in this study.A 2-ml peripheral blood sample was taken from each participant.The RT-qPCR method was used to detect the genotype and allele frequency distribution of PRKCG gene at rs2547362 and rs3745406 in osteosarcoma patients and normal population.Osteosarcoma patients were divided into several groups according to the clinical parameters such as age,gender,histology,tumor location,Enneking classification,tumor metastasis and therapy,and then we analyzed the relations between the genetic polymorphism and clinical parameters.Results 1) The genotype of PRKCG gene at rs3745406 included CC,CT and TT.The differences of genotypes (CC,CT,TF) and alleles (C,T) frequency distribution at rs3745406 were not statistically significant between osteosarcoma patients and the normal population (P=0.490,P=0.554).2) The genotype of PRKCG gene at rs2547362 included CC,CT and TT.The differences of genotypes (CC,CT,TT) and the alleles(C,T) frequency distribution at rs2547362 were statistically significant between the osteosarcoma patients and the normal population (P=0.006,P=0.007).3) The differences of genotypes (CC,CT,TT) and alleles (C,T) frequency distribution at rs3745406 were statistically significant between patients with metastasis and patients without metastasis (P=0.000,P=0.000).The CT and TT genotypes and the T allele carrier frequency at rs3745406 were higher in patients with metastasis than in patients without metastasis.SNPs at rs2547362 were not associated with clinical parameters.Conclusion The genetic polymorphism of PRKCG gene at rs2547362 is associated with osteosarcoma susceptibility.The TT genotype and T allele at rs3745406 are associated with metastasis of osteosarcoma,which may be a risk factor for metastasis in the osteosarcoma patients.

Objective:To investigate the open method(OC) and laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) after bile duct dilation incidence of contrast.Methods:collected from 2006 December to 2014 December in the department of hepatobiliary surgery requires 412 patients underwent cholecystectomypatients hospitalized with cholecystolithiasis,chronic cholecystitis,gallbladderpolyps,were randomly divided into LC group and OC group,LC group of 207 cases,205 cases in OC group,and were respectively treated with LC and OC.Start regular follow-up after a month,the comparison of 2 surgical operation time,blood loss and postoperative application of antibiotics time,anus exhaust time,eating time and hospitalization time.And to observe the two groups the incidence of patients after bile duct dilatation in follow-up after operation.Results:207 cases of LC patients were 89 patients had bile duct dilation,205 cases of OC patients were 41 patients had bile ductdilation,statistically significant differences between the two groups (P＜0.05).In group LC,the diameter of common bile duct in operation half months began to increase,the increase continued until 3 months after operation.After 3 months of little change in the diameter of common bile duct.The averagepreoperative bile duct diameter is 5.3 mm,after 6.1 mm,there was significant difference(P＜0.01).Conclusion:LC is a safe and reliable operation method,Identifying cause dilatation of common bile duct after LC operation and attention as soon as possible to give the corresponding prevention and treatment,further can reduce complications occur.
