In view of the lack of health resources and medical treatment in Cangzhou City, especially at grass-roots level,Cangzhou medical college innovated the training mode for clinical medical students and actively explored the cooperation between school and hospital in the educational practice in an aim to improve the quality of talent training and to cultivate high-leveled specialized talents willing to stay in hospitals at grass-roots level and be useful.

Objective:To investigate the correlation between positive rate of thyroid autoantibodies in healthy people and thy -roid dysfunction. Methods:Fasting blood from 3218 healthy examined people in Cangzhou were collected and the serum was separa -ted.Automatic electrochemiluminescence immunoassay systems and reagents were used to determine the concentration of thyroid stimu -lating hormone(TSH),free triiodothyroninthyroid(FT3),free thyroxine(FT4),peroxidase antibody(TPOAb)and thyroglobulin antibody ( TgAb ) .TPOAb>34 U/ml and TgAb>115 U/ml was positives.Statistical analysis of test results .statistica analysis of test reults. Results:The positive rate of thyroid autoantibodies of tested population was 16.19%.The positive rates of TPOAb and TgAb were 14.57%,12.74%separately.The detection rate of TPOAb and TgAb was 11.12%in tested population. The positive rate of TPO-Ab and TgAb and TPOAb+TgAb were 6.92%,5.68%,5.03%separately in 1532 male subjects and were 21.53%,19.16 ,16.67%separately in 1686 female subjects, which were significantly higher in female group than that in male group (P<0.001).They gradually increased with age and reached a peak above 70 years old in female group and in 50-59 in male group. The positive rate and OR of thy-roid autoantibodies in hyperthyroidism and subclinical hyperthyroidism and in hypothyroidism and subclinical hypothyroidism and in hy -pothyroidism and subclinical hypothyroidism were statistically significant .Conclusion:The positive incidence of thyroid autoantibodies is higher in healthy people of Cangzhou .It is essential to follow-up these people of normal thyroid function with positive autoantibodies in order to facilitate prevention and early diagnosis and treatment of thyroid disease .

This article introduces the structure, principle and characteristics of a new anorectal therapeutic apparatus. The adoption of new technologies, new components and new materials lays the foundation for the compatibility for electric energy, magnetic energy and thermal energy as well as the safety and comfortability of the intracavitary electrode. The intracavitary electrode possesses the functions of electrotherapy, thermotherapy, magnetotherapy and massage, and thus can be applied to the physical therapies of colitis, irritable bowel syndrome and prostatitis. The apparatus has such advantages as reliable curative effects, no toxic and side effects, simple manipulations, low cost, etc, and thus should be popularized.

Objective To investigate the feasibility of 3-D printing technology in the application of proxi-mal tibial epiphyseal injury fracture surgery for teenagers. Methods Clinical materials of the 8 patients with proxi-mal tibial epiphyseal injury fracture who were admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to March 2016 were retro-spectively analyzed. CT data of all patients was collected before the surgery and was used for fracture 3-D recon-struction with Minics software to print out the 1:1 physical model. Meanwhile, surgical simulation was carried out on the 3-D model to design the internal fixation scheme, and all intraoperative operations were implemented in line with the preoperative planning. Postoperative brace immobilization and the early-stage function exercise were taken and growth situation of the affected limbs and fracture healing were observed and recorded. In line with the modified Hohl and Luck knee score standards, knee functional score was taken 12 months after the surgery. Results All pa-tients received postoperative follow-up service for 12 to 18 months, with the average of 15.3 months. All patients were bony union, with the excellent knee score rate of 100%. The full-length axis of two limbs was compared be-tween the postoperative reexamination and no premature skeleton closure. Pronation and supination of the knee,un-stable joints and other complications were investigated. No obvious differences were found among the activity of the affected limbs and 12-month growth length after the surgery and that of the uninjured side. Conclusions 3-D printing technology is a strong clinical guidance to the treatment of proximal tibial epiphyseal injury fracture surgery for teenagers.

This paper discussed the treatment of chronic cough of phlegm-dampness type based on the theory of “removing the earth stagnation”. It is believed that stagnation of qi in the middle energizer caused malfunction of water metabolism in the human body, which is the key pathogenetic mechanism leading to phlegm-dampness cough. Pathogenesis like cold and dampness attacking the spleen, dampness-heat obstruction, weakness of the middle energizer, failure to ascend clear yang, and internal blazing of yin fire may lead to “earth stagnation”, which triggered phlegm-dampness cough. The treatment advocated “removing the stagnation” to improve qi transformation in the middle energizer, eliminate stagnation, and use different treatment methods such as warming the middle, circulating qi, transforming phlegm and dampness based on different disease cause and mechanism to calm cough. As for prescriptions, Jiangling Banxia Decoction (姜苓半夏汤) could be used for cold-dampness syndrome, Banxia Xiexin Decoction (半夏泻心汤) plus Xiangsu Powder (香苏散) used for damp-heat syndrome, and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction (补中益气汤), Tiaozhong Yiqi Decoction (调中益气汤), Shengyang Yiwei Decoction (升阳益胃汤) and Bupiwei Xieyinhuo Shengyang Decoction (补脾胃泻阴火升阳汤) could be selected for spleen-stomach weakness syndrome according to different characteristics and pathogenesis.
