Guided by Chinese medicine culture, the strengthening of the cultural self-confidence of Chinese medicine is the cornerstone of the personnel training majoring in Chinese material medica. With the rapid development of modern medicine, the personnel training of the undergraduate students majoring in Chinese material medica in the universities of western medicine is facing several problems, such as lack of cultural identity, lack of professional confidence, unsteadiness of professional thinking, and changes of employment direction. For these problems, based on the main line "Solidify the cultural foundation of Chinese medicine, strengthen the self-confidence of Chinese material medica",our school selected the Chinese medicine cultural traveling, social practices and Chinese medicine employment guidance curriculum as the starting points, and carried out various of lively and vivid activities, which had positive impacts on the learning enthusiasm and professional love of the undergraduate students majoring in Chinese material medica.

Objective To explore the effects of husband and wife joint education model on marriage adjustment and birth and quality of life in female patients with infertility. Methods Totally 360 sterile females who received In Vitro Fertilization-Embryo Transfer (IVF-ET) in the Fertility Dpartment of a Class Ⅲ Grade A hospital in Wenzhou were selected using convenient sampling from June to August 2018. The study subjects were randomly divided into intervention (n=180) and control (n=180) groups. The conventional nursing method was used in the control group, and the husband and wife joint education model was applied in the intervention group after the conventional nursing. On the basis of transplantation, the dyadic adjustment scale and birth and quality of life scale were used before the patients were discharged to compare the result of marriage adjustment and birth and quality of life in the two groups. Results The martial adjustment score and birth and quality of life score in the intervention group scored (114.56±20.64) and (68.05±15.18) respectively, both higher than those of the control group, and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusions Husband and wife joint education model can not only promote the intimate relationship between patients and their spouse, but also improve their quality of life, which is worth applying in the clinical care of patients with infertility.

Based on the constructivism learning theory, we designed a new pharmaceutics of TCM experiment teaching course which focused on process of knowledge formation, including a self-designed experiments on the basis of primary experiment, a cooperative learning platform, and an formative evaluation system. The practice has showed that this new teaching method can arouse the participants' interest and initiative, help to enhance the teaching efficiency and performance.

ObjectiveTo investigate the synergistic cytotoxic effects and the mechanism of oncolytic adenovirus SG611 combined with cisplatin (DDP) on hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) HepG2 cells. MethodsHuman HCC HepG2 cells were infected by adenovirus vector SG611 carried with green fluorescent protein (GFP). The infection efficiency of SG611 on HepG2 cells were examined by flow cytometry. The synergistic cytotoxic effects of SG611 combined with DDP on HepG2 cells were evaluated by cell counting rit(cck)-8 assay and the cytotoxicity was assessed by crystal violet staining. The 4',6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) staining was used to detect the apoptosis. The expression of protein E1A was examined by Western blot. The comparison of experimental data was conducted using one-way analysis of variance and LSD-t test. Results HCC HepG2 cells infected by SG611-EGFP were observed under lfuorescence microscope. The GFP positive cells increased apparently with the increasing multiplicity of infection (MOI). The infection efficiency of SG611 detected by flow cytometry was 0.18%, 6.36%, 50.60%, 73.20%, 86.80% and 90.50%, which was with dose dependent. With the combined use of SG611 (MOI =10) and 1.5 μg/ml DDP, the cell viability was (33.2±1.2)%, which was significantly lower than (88.8±8.9)% of single use of SG611 (LSD-t=-7.83,P<0.05). The cytotoxic effects on HCC HepG2 cells of combined use was signiifcantly higher than that of single use of SG611. The apoptosis rate of HCC HepG2 cells was (23.9±1.5)% for combined use, which was signiifcantly higher than (15.3±1.0), (12.4±1.1)% for single use of SG611 or DDP (LSD-t=10.56, 21.34;P<0.05). In addition, E1A expression in HCC HepG2 cells significantly increased when combined use. Conclusions Oncolytic adenovirus SG611 combined with DDP has synergistic cytotoxic effects on HCC HepG2 cells. The action mechanism of the synergistic cytotoxic effects may be that the chemosensitivity of DDP is enhanced by SG611 and the proliferation of SG611 is enhanced by DDP.

Purpose: To evaluate the antiemetic effect of azasetron hydrochloride in patients with liver neoplasm after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization. Methods: 62 patients (33 with primary hepatocellular carcinoma and 29 with hepatic metastasis), who underwent transcatheter arterial chemoembolization( TACE) therapy 78 times in all, were allocated into the azasetron group( administration of azasetron hydrochloride) and the control group( administration of metoclopramide) randomly. The inhibitory effects on nausea and vomiting were observed in the two groups respectively. Results: The antiemetic CR ratio and the response rate( CR + PR) in the azasetron group was 81.0% and 99. 7%, respectively. These results were statistically higher than those in the control group( P
