2.General design of the methodology of regional health information resources planning

To identify the key elements and available tools of regional health information resources plamling,the study introduced an innovative I-beam map,aiming to solve the two key questions of what and how to plan The paper covered such issues of planning as what is the present situation of regional health information,how to divide functional categories of regional health information resources,what are included in the business subclasses,which core data are used in the business process,which data to share and exchange,how to regulate such data,how to manage the regulations and make continuous improvement,and how to evolve towards planning standardization discriminatively.The study also drew a midfield line with such seven fields as medical service,maternity and child care,disease control and Drevention,health administration,emergency management,blood management and primary healtheare.This midfield line is used,along with stakeholders,planning process,information flow and planning output make the four quadrants,describing the whole process in the I-beam form.This practice can provide the methodology ofhow to plan,in the hope of guiding regional health information resource planning from theory to practice.
3.Research on regional health information resources planning

Regional health planning is a leading and scientific management philosophy for healthcare development in the international community.Information resources planning paves the way for scientific development.In the ongoing health reform in China,planning of regional health resources will play a key role by leveraging information technology.From the viewpoints of health information resources and information resources planning,the paper defines the concept of regional health information resources planning in microcosmic perspective.It summarized the five features of public welfare,specificity,imbalance,small channel and low noise,and non-symmetry.Authors compared the five planning modes,namely the community medical information resources mode,the general hospitals as the center of information resource mode,the regional PACS mode,the regional health data resource mode,and the regional medical coordination resources mode.In the paper,the planning is rounded up as four key points,that is,the basic steps of situation assessment and analysis,routine work of health information standardization,the planning should both comply with general rules of information resource planning and characteristics of the health sector,in addition to guidelines of forward-looking concepts.
4.Correlation between expression of COX-2,Ki-67 and neoadjuvant chemotherapy in breast cancer

Objective To study the correlation between expression of COX-2,Ki-67 and neoadjuvant chemotherapy in breast cancer.Method COX-2 and Ki-67 were examined by immunohistochemical staining in 48 breast cancer samples.Results The overall response rate and clinical benefit rate to neoadjuvant chemotherapy were 70.8% and 95.8%,respectively.The expression of COX-2 and Ki-67 after the chemothempy [41.7% and (33.23±18.11)%] was significantly lower than those in prechemotherapy [62.5% and (46.81±23.17)%],P<0.05.Ki-67 index Was higher in COX-2 positive tumom than that in the COX-2 negative ones before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy,P<0.01.The effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy had a significantly negative correlation with COX-2 expression.Patients with high expression of Ki-67 were more likely to respond to treatment.Conclusion The expression of COX-2 and Ki-67 as molecular markers could be a guide for chemotherapy and prediction for neoadjuvant's response to chemotherapy in breast cancer.
5.Application of damage control surgery in treatment of severe electric burn

Objective To explore the effect of damage control surgery (DCS) in the treatment of severe electric burn. Methods Retrospective analysis on clinical data of 45 patients with severe electric burn was con-ducted. According to implementing DCS or not , patients were separated into DCS group and control group. In DCS group, tangential excision and transplanted xenogenic acellular dermal matrix was conducted for severe electric burn cases with deep Ⅱ degree wound, and escharectomy and VSD dressing for Ⅲ~Ⅳ degree electric contact burn wound at the first stage then skin-grafting or skin flap-grafting on the secong stage was applied. For control group , debridement, tangential excision or escharectomy and skin-grafting or skin flap-grafting to close the wound were conducted. We compared the difference in terms of operation time, length of stay, disability rate, mortality and complications between 2 groups. Results The operation time, incidince of disability and complications in DCS Group obviously decreased but there was no difference in length of stay and mortality in both groups. Conclusion DCS is effective for reducing complications and optimizing therapeutic effect for severe electric burn patients.
6.Pharmacodynamic Study of Reganling Oral Liquid in Treating Wind-heat Epidemic Syndrome

Objective: To study the pharmacodynamic effect of Reganling Oral Liquid(RGL) in treating wind heat epidemic syndrome. Methods: After RGL was administered ig to experiment animals, we observed its antifebrile effect by using pathologic hectic rabbit caused by typhoid bacterin and pathologic hectic rat caused by injection of 2,4 dinitro phenol, anti inflammation effect by weighing the tampon acestoma in rat, anti anaphylaxis effect by using delay anaphylactoid mice caused by injection of 2,4 dinitrochloro benzene. The Liquid Tube Observing Method was used to investigate the bacteriostatic activity of RGL on eight kinds of germina in vitro . Results: RGL could evidently inhibit the raising of animal heat caused by bacterin and chemical, and also could markedly restrain the weight of tampon acestoma in rat and delay anaphylactoid in mice. RGL also had remarkably bacteriostatic activity on eight kinds of germina in vitro which mainly caused wind heat epidemic syndrome. Conclusion: RGL had the evident effects of antifebrile, anti inflammation, anti anaphylaxis and bacteriostatic activity in vitro .
