Objective:To explore the effect of parental rearing behavior and related factors of personality dysfunction in adolescents Method:By means of stratified cluster sampling, 9574 students from 25 representative senior high schools in urban and rural areas of Beijing were investigated by PDQ-4 (personality diagnostic questionnaire-4), EMBU and general information questionnaire A case control study based on community was carried out afterwards The cases were the students whose total PDQ-4 score was 42 (means?1 645s) or more The controls were students whose total PDQ-4 score was 25 (means) or less Cases of personality dysfunction (n=531) were individually matched with 1062 controls by age and gender in ratio of 1:2 The single variable and multivariate conditional logistic regression analyses were performed to screen out the risk factors of personality dysfunction Result: The single variable conditional logistic regression analysis revealed that parental rejection, overprotection, favoring subject, rural area, type of school, poor parental relationship and single parent family increased risk of personality dysfunction, while parental emotional warmth was a protective factor The multivariate conditional logistic regression analysis gave the same results with OR=11 43 for parental rejection, OR=7 68 for overprotection, OR=13 94 for rural area, OR=4 15 for poor parental relationship, and OR=0 50 for parental emotional warmth There was no association between personality dysfunction and nationality, family income, single child family or level of parental education Conclusion:Personality dysfunction in adolescents is closely related to family environment

Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect and safety of Jian Shen Li Shui No. 1 for treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: The patients enrolled were randomly devided into 3 groups. The group A were treated with Jian Shen Li Shui No. 1, the group B with Xing Nao Xiao Zhong Capsules and the group C with 20% mannitol. Symptoms and signs, changes of urine volume, quality of life, routine examination of blood, urine and feces, function of liver and kidney, electrocardiogram, blood lipid, sugar, electrolytes, reological changes were observed. Results: The total effective rate in the group A was superior to that in the group B(P0. 05) ; while the cured and markedly effective rate in the group A was better than that in the group C (P

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of early rehabilitation on motor function, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP), interleukin-1(IL-1) and interleukin-6(IL-6) in patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods160 patients with ACI were randomly divided into rehabilitation group (n=80) and control group (n=80), who accepted early rehabilitation and routine medicine or medicine only, respectively. They were assessed with modified Edinburgh-Scandinavian Stroke Scale (MESSS) and their peripheral level of hs-CRP, IL-1 and IL-6 were detected before and 1, 2, 4, and 8 weeks after treatment. Results4 and 8 weeks after treatment, the level of hs-CRP, IL-1 and IL-6 were lower in rehabilitation group than in control group(P<0.05), as well as the scores of the MESSS (P<0.01). The incidence of improvement is more in rehabilitation group than in control group(P<0.05). ConclusionEarly rehabilitation can reduce the expression of hs-CRP, IL-1 and IL-6, and improve the neurological function in patients with ACI.

Aim To investigate the effect of curcumin on radiosensitivity of radioresistant nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE-2R and its mechanism. Methods The concentration of curcumin was screened by MTT assay.Dose-survival curves were obtained according to the colony forming test for L-Q matching and multitarget-single hitting matching, while SF2 and the correlation parameters of radiation biology were calculated. The changes of cell cycle in CNE-2R cells caused by curcumin were also tested by flow cytometry(FCM).The differential expression of genes related to cell cycle and DNA damage repair were detected by RT-qPCR.Results CNE-2R cells could not be inhibited by 10 μmol·L-1 curcumin.Dealt with 10 μmol·L-1 curcumin for 24 h,the value of α/β increased to 1 596 from 6.56;the value of SF2 decreased to 0.361 Gy from 1.93 Gy;the value of N decreased to 1.06 from 1.60;the value of D0 decreased to 2.12 from 3.27;the value of Dq decreased to 0.12 from 1.53.FCM showed that the cells in G2 phase had a significant increase and the cells in S phase had a significant decrease after dealt with 10 μmol·L-1 curcumin for 24 h.The expression of CDK4 was significantly up-regulated and GADD45g,BRCA1 were significantly down-regulated.Conclusion Curcumin radiosensitizes nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE-2R by changing cell cycle and affecting DNA damage repair through regulating the expression of CDK4,GADD45 g and BRCA1.

Objective To compare the therapeutic efficacy of plasmapheresis (PP ) and intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG) plus Rituximab for antibody-mediated rejection (AMR) after kidney transplantation .Methods From May 2015 to November 2018 ,a single-center retrospective cohort study was conducted for 540 recipients with high-resolution HLA undergoing kidney transplantation .According to the criteria of diagnosing AMR and patient selection ,20 patients were selected for PP+IVIG (group A ,n=12) ,PP+ IVIG+ Rituximab (group B ,n=8) .The efficacies and outcomes of two groups were compared .Results During a follow-up period of (12 .0 ± 5 .8 ) months ,no significant inter-group differences existed in basic profiles (P> 0 .05) .After AMR treatment ,serum creatinine levels decreased significantly from 283 .4 to 226 .4 μmol/L in group A (P=0 .001) and from 289 .4 to 166 .6 μmol/L in group B (P=0 .049) .And the magnitude of decline was more marked in group B (P=0 .023) .Meanwhile ,antibody MFI (log10) decreased from 3 .73 to 3 .62 in group A (P=0 .012) and from 3 .57 to 3 .02 in group B (P=0 .043) .At months 3 and 6 , serum creatinine level was lower in group B than that in group A (125 .0 vs .166 .1 μmol/L , P=0 .03 ;127 .0 vs .169 .0μmol/L ,P=0 .048) .The serum creatinine levels of AMR patients were 249 .8 and 233 .8 μmol/L respectively ( P= 0 .182 ) .Serum creatinine levels were 176 .1 and 120 .3 μmol/L ( P=0 .045) and 180 .2 and 114 .8 μmol/L at months 3 and 6 (P=0 .044) respectively .Serum creatinine levels were 202 .8 and 122 .5μmol/L (P=0 .049) in group A and 142 .7 and 107 .0μmol/L (P=0 .046) in group B respectively .Four recipients developed allograft failure .At month 6 post-operation ,AMR occurred in group A (n=3 ,25% ) and group B (n=1 ,12 .5% ) .And the incidence of leucopenia was 37 .5% and 0 (P=0 .049) in groups A and B respectively .Conclusions PP and IVIG plus rituximab is more efficacious for AMR .The earlier occurring time ,the better prognosis .
