The high medical education must follow up the "talent doctor" view.In other words, virtue, erudite, high skill and far-reaching aspiration should be embodied in the training of talents.

Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(05):-
The attributes of hospital is one of important factors which affect the health service polices and medical practice.the current situation of doctor-patient relationship and frequent doctor-patient dispute was deviate from these attributes. The hospital attributes must return to its nature so as to lessen the contradiction of doctor-patient relationship and decrease the dispute, and use these theories as base to make scientific and rational health polices, and promote the development of our health service.

Objective To investigate the effect of oxygen free radical (OFR) on the injury of small intestine in rats treated with burn, sulfur mustard or sulfur mustard plus burn. Methods Totally 95 SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: 30 rats subjected to 30 third-degree TBSA scalding (B), 30 injected subcutaneously with 2 ml/kg sulfur mustard (S), 30 subjected to both (SB), 5 as normal controls (C). Activity of diamine oxidase (DAO) and superoxide dismutases (SODs), contents of malonaldehyde (MDA) in plasma, and pathological changes of ileum at 2, 6, 12, 24, 48, 72 h after injury were observed. Results Three treatments could induce significant decrease of activity of SODs (P

Objective To explore the air pollution in indoor air and outdoor air of countryside Methods The concentrations of PM 10 and SO 2 in indoor air and outdoor air of 324 families randomly selected in coutryside of southwest Anhui province were mornitored during the period from January to April in 1999,and the use of fuel for cooking and heating was investigated by questionnaire in every selected family Results The average concentrations were more than 150 mg/m 3 for PM 10 and less than 150 mg/m 3 for SO 2 in indoor air and outdoor air. There was no significant correlation between the concentrations of PM 10 and SO 2 Conclusion There existed heavier air pollution by air particulate pollutants, which caused by the burning of firewood for cooking and heatining the observed countryside area in winter

Objective To study the effects of sulfur mustard on chromosomal aberration in Chinese hamster fibroblast cell line (CHL cells) and the micronucleus (MN) frequency in the bone marrow cells of mice. Methods CHL cells (with and without S9) treated with different concentrations of sulfur mustard for 24 h were harvested for the preparation of chromosome. Subsequently, the frequency and the type of chromosomal aberration were examined. The KM mice were sacrificed at 24 h after subcutaneous injection of sulfur mustard. The number of micronuclei-containing polychromatic erythrocytes (PCEs) was counted by means of bone marrow smear and Giemsa staining. Results Sulfur mustard might increase the chromosomal aberration frequency of CHL cell in a dose-dependent manner. S9 had no effects on the classificaiton and the frequency of chromosomal aberration. The types of chromosomal aberration included gap, break, deletion, polyploid, and so on. Compared with that in the control group, the MN ratio in every group increased significantly (P

Objective To assess the applicative effect of the flipped classroom in nutrition and food hygiene. Methods 48 students of Class One from Grade 2011 majoring in preventive medicine were taken as the TBL group, with 49 students of Class Two as the flipped classroom group. The TBL group used TBL and the formative assessment, while the flipped classroom group used the flipped classroom and the forma-tive assessment. The teaching effect was evaluated through the unified examination and teaching satisfaction questionnaire survey. SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used for the data t test between the groups, and Wilcoxon test, chi square test were used for the linear correlation analysis of the usual grade and final grade of the flipped classroom group. Results The experimental scores (9.21 ±1.14) and the final scores (66.76±4.53) of the flipped classroom group students were significantly higher than the experimental scores (8.31±1.01) and final scores (61.31±4.37) of the TBL group and the difference was statistically significant (t=4.50, P=0.004; t=5.45, P=0.003). The excellent distribution of the flipped classroom group's overall results were higher than that of the TBL group (u=21.36, P=0.002). The usual scores and the final scores were positively correlated (r=0.960, P=0.000) in the flipped classroom group. The results of the question-naire showed that the flipped classroom group students' satisfaction with the positive impact the teaching methods had on all aspects of their own was higher than that of TBL group (P<0.05). Conclusion The flipped classroom teaching can help improve the students' learning enthusiasm, thinking activity and com-municative competence.
