Objective To study the relationship between HCMV infection and endothelial function disorder and its possible role in CHD and acute coronary syndrome (ACS).Method HCMV-DNA, IgM, IgG, ET, sICAM were detected in 59 patients with CHD(CHD group) and 27 patients without CHD(non-CHD group ).
