Journal of Practical Stomatology 1995;0(04):-
Objective: To study the effective treatment methods of arteriovenous malformation(AVM) in jaw bone through retrospective review. Methods:33 patients with jaw AVM were analyzed by history, treatment methods and outcome. Results: Among the 33 patients 6 were treated by embolization only, 12 by curretting, 10 by resection of the bone lesions. The cure rate in the three groups was 2/6,11/12 and 10/10 respectively. Conclusions: Embolization combined with curretting may be the effective methods to treat facial bone AVM without resection of bone.
2.Correlation between the surgical effect and clinical factors in retinal detachments with macular hole
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2005;11(6):485-486
ObjectiveTo investigate the correlation between the surgical effect and clinical factors in retinal detachments with macular hole patients.Methods71 patients were picked up from the rhegmatogenous retinal detachment (RRD) database in our hospital. All patients were well informed with clinical data and followed up. Logistic regression statistical analysis was performed to analyze correlation between the effect of operation and clinical factors.ResultsAll patients obtained successful retinal replacement and macular hole closure, but retinal detachment was relapsed in 10 patients from 3 days to 3 years after operation. Effect of retinal replacement was related with proliferative vitreoretinopathy (PVR) grade and course (P<0.05), while eyesight improvement was related with PVR grade, age and course (P<0.05).ConclusionAge, PVR grade and course affect the surgical effect.

Chinese Journal of Urology 2014;35(5):326-329
Objective To compare the safety and efficiency of retroperitoneal laparoscopic and transperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy by meta-analysis.Methods A systematic review of the literature about laparoscopic radical nephrectomy was performed, searching Medline,Embase,Cochrane library,CBM,CNKI,VIP and Wan Fang database from January 2000 to October 2012.The key words were transperitoneal, retroperitoneal, laparoscopy, radical nephrectomy. Two researchers evaluated the quality of included studies.A meta-analysis was conducted using Review Manager 5.0 software. Results Nine controlled clinical studies were concluded, including 1 306 patients (520 in retroperitoneal group and 786 in transperitoneal group). The extracted data were comparable.Meta-analysis results showed that significant difference existed in operative time and complication rate (OR =16.23,95% CI 1.62,30.84; OR =2.44,95%CI 1.35,4.41) (P<0.05).It seemed that the retroperitioneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy was prior to the transperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy in those items. There was no significant difference between transperitoneal and retroperitioneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy in incision length, estimated blood loss,stay-in hospital, conversion rate,5-year disease-free survival and 5-year overall survival (P> 0.05).Conclusions Retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy demonstrated significant lower operative time and complication rate than those in transperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy. However, there is no significant difference in efficacy. Each center can choose a modality according to their convention.

Objective:
To investigate the prevalence of Internet addiction among primary and middle school students in Jiaxing City, so as to provide insights into the development of interventions for Internet addiction among primary and middle school students.
Methods:
A total of 1 701 students were sampled from two primary schools, two junior high schools, two senior high schools and two vocational high schools in Jiaxing City during the period between September and October, 2021, using the stratified cluster sampling method. The Internet addiction status was evaluated using the Internet Addiction Test, and the depression status was tested using the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9), while the anxiety was assessed with the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale (GAD-7).
Results:
The participants included 783 men (46.03%) and 918 women (53.97%), and 873 rural students (51.32%) and 828 urban students (48.68%). The overall detection of Internet addiction was 6.53% among the participants, and the prevalence of moderate and severe Internet addiction was 5.88% and 0.65%, respectively. A higher prevalence of Internet addiction was detected in rural students (χ2=4.695, P<0.05), junior high school students (χ2=65.337, P<0.05), students with a poor relationship with family members (χ2=39.231, P<0.05), teachers (χ2=28.799, P<0.05) and classmates (χ2=36.341, P<0.05). The prevalence of depressive and anxiety symptoms was 23.81% and 21.52%, respectively, and the prevalence rates of depressive and anxiety symptoms were both higher among primary and middle school students with Internet addiction (68.47% and 56.76%) than among those without Internet addiction (χ2=130.556 and 87.327, both P<0.05).
Conclusion
The prevalence of Internet addiction is high among primary and middle school students living in rural areas and with poor interpersonal relationships in Jiaxing City. Students with Internet addiction are more likely to develop depressive and anxiety symptoms.
