Chinese Journal of Schistosomiasis Control 2016;28(6):724-725
Objective To understand the current status of Oncomelania hupensis snails and the change rules,so as to pro?vide the evidence for formulating the snail control strategy. Methods The data of snails were collected and the factors influenc?ing the changes of snail status were investigated, and all the data were analyzed in Hailing District from 2007 to 2014. Results There were 18 environments with snails in 17 villages of 3 townships in Hailing District from 2007 to 2014. The snail area was 7.832 4 hm2. Among these environments and snail areas, 6 environments and 2.134 5 hm2, snail area were detected by the village snail investigation groups, and 12 environments and 5.697 9 hm2 snail area were detected by the township snail investigation groups. In addition, in 5 non?endemic villages, 3.126 3 hm2 snail area was found. In 2008, 2012 and 2013, a total of 2.274 0 hm2 snail area was found again. Conclusions In recent years, the snail situation rises again after schistosomiasis transmission has been interrupted. Therefore, this situation should be paid attention to.
3.Ethics of nursing to high-consuming group
Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(06):-
High-consuming group is a special group which has good economic base, differmental culture and relgional belif customs. These patients alwanys need high quality medical service. How to integrate with these characteristics and make the nursing model of making patients' belife, moral ideas respcted, and rights proteded is a difficult problem. The author put forward we should rule nurse staff' s ethics and actions, provide a medical envionment from which can meet high-consuming patients physical and mental needs.

6.Study on correlation between serum HCV-RNA level and Anti-HCV with liver fibrosis indexes in patients with chronic hepatitis C
International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2015;(1):47-48
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum HCV-RNA level and anti-HCV with liver fibrosis indexes in the patients with chronic hepatitis C.Methods The serum samples were collected in 96 cases of chronic hepatitis C.The HCV-RNA level was determined by real time fluorescence quantification PCR and Anti-HCV was detected by ELISA.LN,PCⅢ and CⅣlevels were detected by the electrochemical iuminescence analyzer and HA was examined by radioimmunoassay(RIA).The correla-tion between the HCV-RNA and Anti-HCV levels with the liver fibrosis indexes was analyzed with the statistic software. Results Among these 96 cases of Anti-HCV positive chronic hepatitis C,52 cases (54.2%)were HCV-RNA positive. With increasing of the S/CO value of Anti-HCV,the detection rate of HCV-RNA was increased, which were 9.5%,37.1% and 92.5%.The differ-ences in HA,LN,PCⅢ and CⅣ levels between the high viral load group and the low viral load group had no statistical significance (P >0.05).Conclusion The positive detection rate of HCV-RNA is related with the S/CO value of Anti-HCV,the higher the S/CO value, the higher the positive detection rate of HCV-RNA.But the HCV-RNA level has no correlation with the liver fibrosis in-dexes.
8.New treatment for sepsis:stem cell therapy
Journal of Central South University(Medical Sciences) 2013;38(7):754-760
Sepsis is the systemic inlfammatory response to infection and a major cause of mortality in critical patients. The severe disorder of immune system is the common pathophysiological changes in septic patients. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have shown great immunoloregulation properties in recent studies. It can increase the level of IL-10, an anti-inflammatory cytokine, promote the secretion of prostaglandin E2 (PGE2), indolamine 2,3-dioxygenase (IDO), and regulate the proliferation, differentiation and function of the immune cells such as mononuclear macrophage, t-lymphocytes, natural killer cells and so on. MSCs may provide new ideas for the treatment of sepsis.
9.A comparative study between reverse chopper-assisted prechop phacoemulsification and stop-and-chop phacoemulsification for cataract with Ⅳ degree hard nucleus
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2016;34(7):613-618
Background The pre-chop technique can decrease the use of ultrasound power, and thus reducing the loss of corneal endothelial cells (CECs) and injuries of other intraocular structures. Many currently developed manual pre-chop techniques restrict the wide application of the pre-chop technique because of their intrinsic disadvantages. The present study describes a manual pre-chop technique for pre-slicing the lens nucleus by using a novel reverse chopper, which has not been reported yet. Objective This study was to compare the efficacy and safety of pre-chop technique using a reverse chopper and stop-and-chop phacoemulsification technique on Ⅳ degree hard nucleus cataract. Methods A prospective clinical-controlled interventional study was performed.Thirty-two eyes of 32 cataract patients with Ⅳ degree of nucles were enrolled in People's Hospital of Hetian District from March 2015 to January 2016.The patients were randomized into the prechop group and matched stop-and-chop group according to random number table. The self-made reverse chopper-assisted pre-chop phacoemulsification surgery and stop-and-chop phaco surgery were performed on the eyes of corresponding groups, respectively. The ultrasound power, effective phaco duration, corneal endothelium loss rate, the eye number of different grade of cornea edema after operation and vision outcome were compared between the two groups.Written informed consent was obtained prior to relevant examination and surgery. Results The mean effective Phaco durations were 42.56 (39.31,45.81) seconds and 78.63 (73.85,83.40) seconds in the prechop group and stop-and-chop group, with a significant difference between them (Z =-4.937,P =0.000).The eye number with different degree of best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) was significantly different between the two groups,at postoperative day 1 and day 3 (P =0.013,0.033).The number of corneal endothelial cells (CECs) 1 month after surgery was (2 026.05 ± 154.03)/mm2 in the prechop group, and the number was (1 866.50-± 117.16)/mm2 in the stop-and-chop group, with a significant difference between them (t =3.298,P=0.003).The CECs loss rate was (13.36±2.85) % in the prechop group, which was lower than (25.77±3.81) % in the stop-and-chop group (t=-6.996,P=0.000).The eye number with different degree of corneal edema was significantly decreased in the prechop group compared with the stop-and-chop group at postoperative day 1 and day 3 (P =0.001,0.002).Conclusions Compared with the stop-and-chop phaco technique,a reverse chopper-assisted pre-chopping technique can decrease the intraoperative complication, lighten the postoperative damage of CECs and accelerate visual rehabilitation in hard nucleus cataract eyes.
