Objective To investigate the effects of 8-week Grade 2 and 5 Aerobic Dances on physical fitness and visual evoked potentials(VEPs)of female students.Methods ① Forty five female student volunteers were randomly divided into three groups:control group(C).Grade 2(G2)and 5(G5)Aerobic Dances groups.The aerobic dances groups took part in Chinese National Aerobic Dance Grade 2(135 tempo/min)and 5(148 tempo/min)separately,lh/day,3 days/week,for 8 weeks.②Physical fitness in three groups was compared before and after 8 weeks.③The NDI-200 neural electricity tester(Haishen)was applied to measure the PR-VEPs in all subjects before and after the experiment,and the changes in VEPs latencies,inter-peak latencies and peak to peak amplitudes were compared.ResuIts①The number of sit-ups with 90°knees flexion and sit-and reach,and maximuin oxygen uptake of both groups G2 and G5 increased significantly(P<0.01),especially in group G5.②As compared with the pre-test,the VEPs latencies in both groups G2 and G5 shogened,and the VEP P100 latency shortened more significantly in group G5(P<0.01).③No significant differences were found in both the VEPs inter-peak latencies and peak to peak amplitudes among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Both Grade 2 and 5 Aerobic Dances could improve the physical fitness and shorten the VEP P_(100) latency,especially the Grade 5 Aerobic Dance.

ObjectiveTo observe the effects of Sanqi-Tongshu capsule on the hemodynamics in patients with acute cerebral infarction (blood rheology, blood lipids), and to explore the clinical efficacy.Methods60 patients diagnosed of cerebral infarction by clinical and CT scan were randomized into a contrast group and a treatment group, with 30 patients in each group. The contrast group was treated with conventional western medicine the treatment group was treated with Sanqi-Tongshu capsule based on the contrast group. Hemorheology and blood lipid changes were observed before and after treatment. Results After the treatment,the treatment group's blood rheology [high shear whole blood (3.89±0.16) mpa·s, low-shear whole blood (8.12±0.06) mpa·s, erythrocyte aggregation index (1.164±0.24), erythrocyte rigidity index (3.53±0.40) ] and blood lipids [cholesterol (5.84± 0.92) mmol/L, triglycerides (1.54± 0.23) mmmmol/L, low-density lipoprotein (2.12 ± 0.54) mmol/L] showed statistical significance(all P＜0.05)compared with the contrast group.ConclusionSanqi-Tongshu capsule can effectively improve the blood theology and lipid metabolism It is an effective drug for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.

Retinal degenerative disease is the leading cause of visual loss,the mechanism is not clear and has no effective treatment method.In recent years,the field of stem cell research has made great progress.Stem cells have the potential of differentiating into all the body cells.Embryonic stem cells (ESCs) can be used to differentiate a variety of retinal cells,which has brought a new promise for the treatment of retinal degeneration disease.However,the most important step of this treatment is how to differentiate ESCs into photoreceptor cells and retinal pigment epithelium (RPF) cells.In this paper,we introduced the recent progress in the differentiation methods of ESCs into retinal cells,which contains spontaneous differentiation method,co-culture method,growth factors and small molecules induced method,adherent monoculture method,three dimensional differentiation method.

Objective To explore the rule for treating salpingemphraxis infertility with TCM . Methods A comprehensive analysis was made based on relative literatures and self clinical experience. Results TCM had experienced a relatively big progress in treating salpingemphraxis infertility from etiology, treatment based on syndrome differentiation,combined therapy of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation, specific formula for specific disease, acupuncture,massage, paste of Chinese medicine, and lab researches. Conclusion TCM had sound clinical effects in treating salpingemphraxis infertility.

Nineteen patients with low rectal cancer underwent laparoscopy-assisted anterior resection with prolapsing technique for sphincter preservation.The clinical data were retrospectively reviewed.Fecal continence was preserved successfully in all patients.There was no perioperative mortality,only two cases with anastomotic leak and one case with local recurrences.Laparoscopy-assisted anterior resection with a prolapsing technique for low rectal cancer is safe procedure and can be an alternative sphincter-preserving operation.

Objective To explore the effect of biliary stenting combined with ademetionine on malignant obstructive jaundice.Methods According to the digital table,60 patients of malignant obstructive jaundice were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The patients in the control group were treated with biliary stenting individually,and the observation group received biliary stenting and combined treatment with ademeotionine.The variety of liver function and C-reactive protein were observed.Results The liver function and index of Creactive protein of patients in the observation group were significantly superior to those in the control group (all P ＜0.01).Conclusion The treatment of malignant obstructive jaundice by biliary stenting combined with ademetionine is effective.The mechanism may be related to the effect of ademetionine on promoting cytothesis,glutathione synthesis and eliminating free-radicals.

Zinc, copper, manganese, cadmium, vitamin A, E and folic acid status of 36 pregnant and 40 nonpregnant women was studied. The results showed that dietary nutrient intakes of the pregnant women were more than that of the nonpregnant controls, but both of which were less than the corresponding values of the RDA. Serum zinc, folic acid and hair manganese concentrations were lower, while serum copper, cadmium, vitamin A and E were higher in pregnant women than that in nonpregnant women. The simultaneous occurrence of serum zinc decrease and cadmium increase during pregnancy may be a potential risk for the growth and development of foetus. So the interfering role of cadmium should not be neglected whenever we estimate zinc or copper status.

Objective To provide the exact anatomic basis for guidance of inserting catheter promptly.Methods Thirty five cases of adult crania were fixed by 10% liquor formaldehyde. In turn with precise discection of surrounding tissues and exposing carotid C 5～C 1 segments, paid attention to observe and measure vessel's trend, angulations, and direction of routes. Analysis of 50 cases of negative result of normal brain DSA is then taken as the basis for further application. Results Angulations of siphon were divided into 3 kinds of angulation and 1 characteristic curve but, the difference with the counter part is insignificant. Conclusions Mastering the applied anatomy of carotid could improve catheter maneuver and the rate of success.

Objective: To study the efficacy of purging the lung and removing phlegm and blood stasis method(泻肺化痰祛瘀法) on animal model of pulmonary hypertension induced by monocrotaline and explore its mechanism.Methods: The model of pulmonary hypertension induced by monocrotaline was established in rats.Sixty healthy and clean male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model group,low and high dosage of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) drugs for purging the lung and removing phlegm and blood stasis groups.From the 15 th day after model establishment,two dosage groups were treated with the drugs in the prescription containing the main ingredients as follows: 9 g prepared rhubarb(制大黄),(2 g)(prepared)(euphorbia) kansui(炙甘遂),15 g lepidium apetalum(葶苈子),9 g ligusticum(川芎) and 15 g(scutellaria)(黄芩) infused into the stomach once a day for 7 days.Normal control group and model group were given normal saline infused into the stomach.Mean right ventricular pressure(MRVP) and the mean(pulmonary) artery pressure(MPAP) of rats were measured by right cardiac catheterization,and the(pathological)(changes) of lung tissues were detected by hematoxylin and eosin(HE) stained sections.(Results:) The MRVP and the MPAP in high dosage group((13.37?4.22)mm Hg and(12.26?2.79) mm Hg,(1 mm Hg)=(0.133 kPa)) were lower than that in the model group((16.27?2.27) mm Hg and(14.77?(2.39) mm Hg),P
