With the development of hospital information construction,the focus has gradually changed from functions of the information system to data utilization.The utilization of medical data has great significance in health management,disease analysis,summary of treatment experience,and development of new technologies.By data mining technology,the paper extracts data related to the author's hospital,starts from intelligent diagnosis and simulates the establishment of the knowledge base for hospital clinical diagnosis.Upon verification,the relevance judged by the system is basically consistent with the clinical practice.Thus,it proposes the possibility to extend the application to hospital clinical pathways.

Objective To manufacture the skin suction blister apparatus and observe the curative effect of autologous epidermal grafting in treating vitiligo.Methods According to the theory of local skin suction blister: local skin suction blister is decided by the two facts of the negative pressure and temperature,the skin suction blister apparatus was manufactured based on feedback principle,and was applied to autologous epidermal grafting for treating vitiligo.Results The performance of skin suction blister apparatus was stable,the operation was relative simple,and the total survival grade of autologous epidermal grafting was 98.01%.Conclusion The skin suction blister apparatus is simple to operate and its curative effect is excellent for clinical application.

Objective To design and manufacture the injecting roll booster,by which Dipospan mix liquid is injected for treating keloid.Methods According to the principle that screw roll can save labour when it is circumvolved forward,the injecting roll booster was developed.Dipospan mix liquid(Dipospan1ml,Hyaluronidase1500U,5-Fluorouracil 2~5ml) was injected for treating keloid.Results The treatment effect of the injecting roll booster was apparently better than that of general injector.The Dipospan mix liquid and Dipospan for keloid were injected,and the total efficacies were 94.45% and 85.51% respectively.There was marked difference statistically(p

Objective To explore the safety and feasibility of VOLUVEN and HES used for acute hyperv-olemic hemodilution on selective Hepatectomy .Methods 42 patients ( ASAⅠ ~Ⅱ) were randomized to the two groups(Ⅰ,VOLUVEN group;Ⅱ,HES group),20 minutes before the operation,the two groups of patients underwent AHH with VOLUVEN and HES respectively at the same quantity and speed ,and then the changes of haemodynamics , blood gas analysis ,electrolyte and coagulation indexes were detected .Results InⅠgroup,the changes of HB、HCT, PLT,central venous pressure had statistical significance before and after AHH (t=7.880,32.257,7.303,22.812,all P=0.000).InⅡgroup,the changes of HB,HCT,PLT,central venous pressure had statistical significance before and after AHH(t=5.398,14.924,11.171,5.620,all P=0.000).For inter-group,VOLUVEN has less effect than HES on central venous pressure(t=2.367,P=0.023).Conclusion Using VOLUVEN or HES can keep hemodynamics stable and improve the ischemic tolerance for AHH in liver surgery .VOLUVEN has less effect on central venous pressure.

Objective To investigate the diagnostic significance of microcalcifications in breast cancer.Methods 120 cases of breast lesions with microcalcifications confirmed by pathology were included in this study,of them,97 cases were breast carcinoma,including infiltrating ductal carcinoma(n=71),invasive lobular carcinoma(n=23),and others 3 cases,23 cases were benign breast diseases.All cases underwent mammography,X-ray features of microcalcification were analysed in comparison with that of pathology.Results (1)The microcalcifications of breast in totally 120 cases could be divided into 3 types according to the density of calcifications,those were high (45/120),middle (34/120) and low (41/120) density.The middle and low dense microcalcifications were more seen in breast cancer(73.19%,71/97),high dense microcalcifications were more seen in benign breast diseases(82.00%,19/23).(2)The malignant calcifications were mostly less than 0.5 mm in diameter.The calcifications appeared as sandy in 68/97,bulky in 18,“Y”,“V”,branch or club in 8 and worm in 3.The benign calcifications were mostly more than 0.5 mm in diameter with regular form and defined margin.(3)Dense or clustered microcalcifications were often seen in breast cancer (82/97),scatter and/or bulky microcalcifications were more seen in benign breast diseases(16/23).Conclusion Microcalcification is important finding in diagnosis of breast cancer,espcially early cancer on macrography,but it should differentiate with benign breast microcalcifications.

Objective To assess myocardial contractility in essential hypertention(EH) of different remoldings by means of circumferential midwall fractional shortening (mFs), relation between mFs and circumferential end-systolic stress(mFs-cEss). Methods The eject fraction(EF), circumferential end-systolic stress(cEss), fractional shortening(Fs), mFs was calculated in 115 EH patients and 29 normal controls. Relations in mFs-cEss, Fs-cEss between the subjects were analysed with linear correlation and linear regression. Results In using EF,Fs,Fs-cEss to assess chamber function of the patients with hypertension of four left ventricular remoldings, it shows apart from eccentric hypertrophy, the rest three remoldings were overestimative. Objective To analyze the core authors, and their organizations, geographical regional distribution of Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics. Methods The core authors, coauthors and their organizations whose articles were published in Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics between 1995 and 2004 were quantitatively analyzed using literature search through CMCI, which programmed by the People's Liberation Army Medical Library and their geographical regions distribution, the organizations of whom had high quantitative publication were determined using literature metrology methods. Results There were 2660 articles published in Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics between 1995 and 2004. All of 1123 authors of 2660 articles had only one article published which accounted for 69.67% of total first authors on the Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics in ten years. There were 2385 articles with one or more coauthors and the cooperative rate was 89.66%, and cooperative degree was 4.11 in the period of time. There were 275 articles with single author, which accounted for 10.34% of total articles. The articles written by the authors from military hospitals, university affiliated hospitals and provinces-level hospitals were 646(24.28%), 1091(41.01%) and 706(26.54%), respectively during the period. There were 218 core authors with 959(36.05%) articles published and there were 20 high-quantities organizations with 1007(37.86%) articles published in this study. The number one region of published articles was Beijing with 667(25.08%) articles. There were 2443 (91.84%) articles pressed from the organizations of affiliated hospitals of universities, provinces-level hospitals and army hospitals. Among them, Tianjin hospital (101 articles), Beijing Jishuitan hospital (100 articles) and affiliated Xijing hospital of the 4th military medical mniversity (79 articles) occupied 10.53% of the pressed papers and they were in the first three positions. Conclusion Authors of Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics have a wide distribution and highly cooperative rate. There were a group of active and talented core authors who has a great influence on the journal.

Objective:To study the effect of retinoic acid(RA) which is used in malignant tumor therapy on the secretion of C3 and factor B in human lung cancer cell line A549 induced by TNF-? and IL-6.Methods:C3 and factor B in the culture medium were measured by ELISA and Western blot,the mRNA expression of C3 and factor B was analyzed by RT-PCR.Results:When using TNF-?(10 ?g/L),IL-6(50 ?g/L) and RA(1 ?mol/L),the results of ELISA,Western blot and RT-PCR showed that TNF-? and IL-6 promoted A549 cells excreting C3 and factor B and their mRNA expression;RA alone did not affect C3 and factor B;in TNF-? group and TNF-?+RA group,the amounts of C3 were 91.40?12.59 and 133.59?11.25(ng/10~6 cells) respectively(P0.05),and the amounts of factor B were 13.07?2.50 and 32.89?4.22(ng/10~6 cells) respectively(P
