Objective To compare the effect of dopamine and norepinephrine in the treatment of shock and the effect on renal function.Methods 100 shock patients were randomly divided into norepinephrine group and dopamine group,50 cases in each group.On the basis of other anti-shock treatment,norepinephrine or dopamine was used in group A and group B.The mortality of the 7th day and urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine values (CRE) 12h,72h after treatment were observed.Results There was no significant difference between two groups in the 7th day mortality (x2 =0.765,P ＞ 0.05).However,the proportion of arrhythmia in dopamine group was 34％,which was significantly higher than the norepinephrine group(16％) (x2 =3.84,P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the BUN and CRE levels in both two groups recovered,the norepinephrine group recovered better than the dopamine group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Norepinephrine and dopamine in the treatment of shock has similar clinical effect,but norepinephrine is more effective in the improvement of renal function compared with dopamine.

Objective To investigate the image characteristics of Synovial Sarcoma, and improve the diagnostic accuracy. Methods The clinical materials and image findings of synovial sarcomas proved by pathology and were retrospectively analyzed in 13 cases.Results ①Most synovial sarcomas located in close proximity to joints, especially large joints of lower limbs . ②The mass diameter was usually more than 5cm ,and most masses presented moderate density, and some with calcification inside it on X-ray films. ③Most masses density was not homogeneous and lower than that of the muscle on CT, the demarcation was clear or not. ④On T2WI /STIR of MRI, most tumours presented slightly hyperintense "cobble" nodules , with hypointense septa among the nodules. After contrast, the nodules were unenhanced or enhanced slightly,the septa were markedly enhanced. Conclusion Some image features of synovial sarcoma ,especially on MRI, are helpful for the diagnosis of it.

Objective:To investigate the dysfunctional attitudes of hypertension patients with depression.Methods: After evaluating 1088 patients with essential hypertension by HAD,patients with HAD positive result were evaluated with HAMD and HAMA.The subjects with positive results(n=262)were compared with the normal group(n=306).They were assessed with the dysfunctional attitudes scales(DAS).Results:①The sequence of dysfunctional attitudes of hypertension patients with depression were cognition philosophy,seeking applause,and compulsion.②Significant gender differences were found in dysfunctional attitudes.③Most of the subscales of DAS were significantly positively correlated with depression symptoms(P

Objective To investigate the change of serum insulin like growth factor Ⅰ (IGF Ⅰ) level in newly diagnosed senile patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) before and after regular insulin (RI) therapy. Methods Body mass index, blood pressure (BP), 24 hour urinary microalbumin (24hUAlb), fasting blood glucose (FBG), 2 hour postprandial blood glucose (P2hBG), serum insulin (Ins) and C peptide (C P), HbA 1c and IGF Ⅰ were measured in 60 senile type 2 DM patients newly diagnosed by oral glucose tolerance test (OGTT) and 40 healthy senile subject (controls); RI 8 U, 6 U, 6 U were injected to type 2 DM patients before three meals respectively. Two days later, above tests were repeated. Insulin resistance index (IR) was calculated. Results The serum IGF Ⅰ levels were (349.0?49.5)?g/L in control group, (231.8?64.4)?g/L and (294.2?46.2)?g/L in patient group before and after RI therapy, The IGF Ⅰ level was significantly lower before RI therapy than that of controls (P

AIM: To investigate the effect of activation of JAK/STAT signaling pathway on the transdifferentiation induced by high concentration of glucose in renal proximal tubular epithelial cells(HKCs).METHODS: Cultured HKCs cells were divided into four groups: low glucose group(LG),high glucose group(HG),high mannitol group(LG+M),and HG+AG490 group(AG).Immunoprecipitation and Western blotting analysis were used to determine the expression of tryosine phosphorylated Janus kinase 2(p-JAK2).The protein expressions of STAT1,STAT3,p-STAT1 and p-STAT3 and expressions of ?-SMA,E-cadherin were observed by Western blotting.The contents of TGF-?1 and type I collagen in the supernatants of the cultured HKCs were detected by enzyme-linked immunoadsorbent assay(ELISA).TGF-?1 mRNA were measured by reverse transcription and polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).RESULTS: Compared with low glucose control group,the expression of JAK2,p-STAT1,p-STAT3 and TGF-?1 mRNA was significantly increased in HG group at different stimulated time from 6 h to 72 h.Meanwhile,the contents of TGF-?1 and collagen I in the supernatants and the expression of ?-SMA were increased,the expression of E-cadherin were decreased.The expression of JAK2,p-STAT1,p-STAT3 and TGF-?1 mRNA and the levels of TGF-?1,collagen I in the supernatants in HG+AG490 group were obviously lower than those in HG group.The expressions of ?-SMA and E-cadherin were also decreased in HG+AG490 group.CONCLUSION: Activation of JAK/STAT signaling pathway may be involved in the high glucose-induced transdifferentiation and overproduction of TGF?1 and ECM proteins in HKCs.
