1.Using CT density-difference postprocessing in early diagnosis of acute middle cerebral artery occlusion

Objective To examine the feasibility by applying the CT density-difference postprocessing in early diagnosis of middle cerebral artery (MCA) occlusion. Methods The possible MCA occlusion patients were scanned with CT in early stage (within 3 hours) and divided into two groups randomly.Each group included 50 samples and one was processed technologically by CT density-difference and the other one was not.The two groups were scanned once more in 24 hours later and the data being processed by statistical method. Results The results showed that the accurate diagnosis rates were 14.3% within 60 minutes,93.3% from 60 to 119 minutes and 100% from 120 to 180 minutes .In comparing these two groups,there appeared no significant differences in the situation within 60 minutes and there was found significant difference in the other two situations. Conclusion Applying the technology of CT density-difference postprocessing,the middle cerebral artery (MCA) occlusion in early stage might be diagnosed.
2.Investigation on Indoor Air Pollution in Newly Decorated Houses in Jiaozuo City

Objective To know the indoor air pollution status in the newly decorated residential houses in Jiaozuo and to study the effect of decoration materials on the pollution. Methods To monitor formaldehyde, ammonia and benzene levels in the indoor air of 39 newly decorated rooms in Jiaozuo. Results The exceed standard rates of formaldehyde, ammonia and benzene in the indoor air were 73.6%, 84.7% and 25.8% respectively. Exceed standard rate of formaldehyde in the room which held the new furniture was the highest, 88.8%. Conclusion Decoration may cause indoor air pollution, the most part of the pollutants are formaldehyde and benzene. The level of the pollution depends on the different usages of the rooms.
3.Long-term follow-up of osteonecrosis of the femoral head with repair and reconstruction

[Objective]To evaluated the clinical results of treatment of osteoneerosis of the femoral head(ONFH)with repair and reconstruction through long-term follow-up.[Methods]A total of 313 patients(382 hips)operated on from November 1986-March 1997 who had a mean age of 36.4 years(range,18~65 years)were reviewed retrospectively.The hips were 151 Ficat and Arlet stage Ⅱ,142 stage Ⅲ,89 stage Ⅳ.All patients were followed up for a mean of 12.1yrs(range,10~20 yrs) and were assessed clinically and radiologically according to Harris scoring and variation of Ficat stage respectively.The patients were analyzed by the Kaplan-Meier method with replacement for any reason as the end-point.[Results]Ninteen hips underwent total hip replacement postoperatively.Preoperative and postoperative Harris score were 56.2 and 85.8.Clinical success rate was 85.6%and radiological success rate was 75.4%.Kaplan-Meier survivorship curves showed there was a lower long-term survival on stage-IV、abuse of hormone alcolutic indulger and above 55 years old patients.[Conclusion]The long-term efficacy is satisfactory to be confirmed by repair and reconstruction in treatment of osteonecrosis of the femoral head.This procedure will improve the curative effect of preserving head treatment of ONFH and early-middle clinical results being satisfied.
4.A Discussion of Design Principles and Utility of Traditional Chinese Medicine Literature Metadata

The standard of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) literature metadata is the technological basis and premise of the TCM resource administration and sharing. This paper studied the TCM literature metadata design condition by defining the object of description and discussing the necessity of TCM literature metadata preliminary. It put forward metadata framework structure and element extension principles so as to carry out the specific design work. In order to enhance the practicability of metadata, two means of expression including system table and metadata dictionary were designed with special provisions on description detail rules of metadata dictionary. The design principle of TCM literature metadata was summarized. The issue of balance between accuracy and entirety was considered in the metadata designing.

7.Diagnostic value of chromoendoscopy combined with EpCAM detection in Barrett′s esophagus

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of chromoendoscopy combined with EpCAM detection in Barrett′s e-sophagus .Methods 95 patients diagnosed BE under routine endoscopy were recruited in the study ,and in which 49 patients were stained by 2% Lugol′s solution and undergone biopsy as group A ;46 patients were undergone biopsy by routine endoscopy as group B .The expressions of EpCAM were also detected by immunohistochemical SP methods in biopsies of group A .Results 39 patients were diagnosed BE by routine histology in group A ,in which 15 Colonic type metaplasia of BE were found ,an EpCam expression was observed in 28 Barrett′s esophagus patients conformed by histology with HE staining .And 23 patients were diagnosed BE by routine histology in group B ,in which 8 Colonic type metaplasia of BE were found .Both diagnostic rate of BE and colonic type meta-plasia of BE were significantly different between group A and B .Conclusion Targeted biopsies directed by Lugol′s solution staining can improve the diagnostic rate of Barrett′s esophagus ,and diagnostic rate of colonic type metaplasia of BE can be improved fatherly by detecting the expression of EpCAM .
8.Evaluation of the effect of cluster nursing measures to prevent ventilator associated pneumonia: a Meta analysis

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of cluster nursing measures and conventional nursing measures to prevent the ventilator associated pneumonia.Methods The domestic related literatures were searched using computer,and the results underwent comprehensive analysis according to RevMan 5.2 in the Cochrane collaboration.The quantitative comparison of two different nursing measures in reducing the incidence of ventilator associated pneumonia was conducted.Results A total of 23 articles which contained 6 146 patients met the inclusion standard.Due to heterogeneity between the included studies,the random effects model analysis was adopted to merge the RR combined (Total)=0.46,95% CI(0.38,0.56),showed that cluster of nursing measures to significantly reduce the incidence of ventilator associated pneumonia.Conclusions The effect of cluster nursing measures for ventilator associated pneumonia prevention is superior to the conventional nursing measures,which should vigorously be advocated in clinic.

In recent years the incidence of acute kidney injury (AKI) has increased, with a high mortality rate and poor prognosis.The key of improving the prognosis of AKI is early diagnosis and intervention.Due to the lack of biomarkers of early diagnosis in AKI, the effective early treatment is generally delayed.Traditional diagnosis biomarkers such as serum creatinine and blood urea are delayed and affected by various factors.Recently, some new potential early diagnostic biomarkers have been found.MicroRNA(hereinafter referred to as the miRNA) is a kind of endogenous non-coding small RNA, and studies have shown that it is related to the development of AKI.
