Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2016;23(7):1002-1004,1005
Objective To investigate the adverse reactions of different doses of mifepristone in treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods 60 patients with uterine fibroids were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with high dose mifepristone of 20 mg/d, while the observation group was given 10mg/d of low dose mifepristone. The clinical efficacy, uterine fibroid volume, uterine volume and adverse reactions occurrence between the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than 73.33% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 =7.584,P<0.05).The uterine myoma size and uterine volume in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment, which in the observation group after treatment were (35.74 ± 7.69)cm3,(139.54 ±12.57)cm3 and significantly lower than (49.21 ±8.55)cm3,(178.36 ±14.02)cm3 in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (t=7.846,8.229,all P<0.05).The occurrence rate of headache, loss of libido and the incidence of nausea and vomiting in the observation group were 0.00%,0.00%, 3.33%,which were significantly lower than 13.33%,16.67%,20.00% in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(χ2 =9.523,10.885,8.527,all P <0.05).Conclusion Low dose mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroids can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion.

Objective:To investigate the important role of the activation of complement system on the experimental hepatic necrosis. Methods:The complement activation of classic pathway was evaluated by detecting sexum CH50.The local hepatic deposition of C3 in rat hepatic necxosis was detected by immunohistochemical technique. Results:Compared with the controlled, serum CH50 decreased on different degree in all the administrated groups alone with prolonged observing time-page.Submassive hepatic necrosis was observed in Ga1N/LPS treated rats in H-E sections, and SP.Stainning showed the local hepatic deposition of C3 existed limited to the kupffer cells, the membrane, hepatocyte and the necrotic hepatocyte zone.GaIN caused gentle liver tissue injury, namly monocyie infiltration, hepatocyte balloon degeneration and focus necrosis, but none of deposition of C3 was observed.LPS caused the same changes as that by Ga1N,but the local hepatic deposition of C3 was limited to the endothelial cells and kupffer cells. Conclusion:The activation of complement in serum, especially the local hepatic activation of complement, play an important role in Ga1N/LPS-induced acute hepatic necrosis of rat.Extra-LPS may cause the activation of complement system the in classic activation of C3.Pathway of rat,but the hepatic injury may probably be related to the local hepatic deposion.Ga1N induced hepatic injury may has no direct relationship to the complement activation in serum.

Volume concentration determination for atmospheric krypton and xenon is very important for krypton-85 and radioactive xenon isotopes monitoring. An injection setup integrated adjustable quantity sample injection and quantitative dilution function was designed. The effects of EI source parameters on the sensitivity of MS detector were studied. The optimized values were as following: ionization energy of 70 eV, emission current of 40 mA, cathode voltage of 27 mV, focus voltage of 85 mV and lens compensation of 20 V, respectively. A GC-MS method for the determination of krypton and xenon in atmosphere without of sample pretreatment was developed. The minimal detected concentrations for krypton and xenon were 3. 3×10-8(V/V) and 2. 6×10-9(V/V). Moreover, the krypton and xenon concentrations in the ground level air around our laboratory were measured with the results of 1 . 1 × 10-6 ( V/V ) and 9 . 3 × 10-8 ( V/V ) . The related combined standard uncertainties for krypton and xenon results were 2. 38% and 3. 15%, respectively.

An information service platform was constructed for infectious disease epidemic by standard collecting, organizing and systematizing the information of related infectious diseases, which could provide information support service for data store, knowledge share, online education and decision-making. The platform is consisted of special news module, self-developed database module, encyclopedic knowledge module and background management module, and can thus meet the needs of related persons in countries and regions along the One Belt and One Road.

An integrated retrieval platform for online biomedical literature citations with the functions of one-stop retrieval, automatic removal of duplications, automatic grouping, and rapid output of standard citation report, was constructed on the basis of CMCI, with the C/S structure as its model and the NET framework as its development platform, in order to solve the problems of different citation databases in our library, such as inconsistent retrieval methods, inconsistent displaying methods of retrieval outcomes, and non-standard citation description, which can thus improve the efficiency of searching and citing biomedical literature.

Objective To analyze the use of the semantic type of the top-level ontology of military medicine in order to find problems with the semantic type framework and make it more scientific and comprehensive. Methods Using data driven method, the frequency with which the semantic type of the top-level ontology of military medicine was used in military medical core concepts was statistically analyzed. Results By ranking the use frequency of the semantic types, the semantic types which had higher or lower frequency, and those that had never been used were analyzed. Conclusion The established semantic type framework of the top-level ontology of military medicine is basically consistent with the expression of military medical knowledge and can be constantly updated and improved with the development of military medicine.

Objective To explore the construction method of semantic types of military medical ontology and to establish a framework for the semantic types of the top-level ontology of military medicine in order to lay the foundation for the construction of military medical ontology and provide support for knowledge organization, knowledge disclosure and knowledge service of military medical information resources. Methods Using the method of document measurement, the core concept set of military medicine was constructed. On the basis of the framework of the top-level semantic types of Unified Medical Language System(UMLS), the semantic type framework was completed by the combination of bottom-up and top-down modes, using semantic analysis and expert consultation. Results By classifying the same kind of knowledge points of military medicine into one semantic type, the hierarchical structure of the semantic type framework of the top-level ontology of military medicine was obtained. Conclusion The proposed method is effective and practical for the construction of the semantic types of military medical ontology. The established semantic type framework of the top-level ontology of military medicine could reconstruct military medical knowledge and provide the basic framework for the establishment of the semantic relationships of the top-level ontology of military medicine.
