1.Clinical observation of speed-thorn Ghost-point combined with three-edged needle puncture bleeding and cupping in treatment for hyperplasia

Objective To investigate speed-thorn Ghost-point combined with three-edged needle puncture bleeding and cupping in treatment of breast hyperplasia in order to expand the scope of the treatment of Ghost-point.Methods 35 patients with breast hyperplasia were treated three courses with speed-thorn Ghost-point combined with three-edged needle puncture bleeding and cupping.The changes of breast pain and tumor size were observed before and after the treatment.Results 35 patients with breast hyperplasia were significantly improved in their symptoms of breast pain by Ridit analysis(P<0.01),and compared with those before treatment after treatment there was signifi-cant difference,and a total effective rate was 86%.Conclusion The speed-thorn Ghost-point combined with three-edged needle puncture bleeding and treatment of cupping could effectively reduce breast pain and tunlor size in pa-tients with breast hyperplasia,and the method was simple and curative effect.
2.Effect of repeat transurethral resection for superficial bladder cancer

Objective To investigate the effect of repeat transurethral resection for superficial bladder cancer. Methods One hundred and twenty patients who were newly diagnosed superficial bladder cancer were divided randomly in to two groups by mechanical sampling method,60 patients underwent second of prostate TUPKVP 4 weeks after initial transurethral and received adjuvant MMC intravesically (experiment group) and the other 60 patients received adjuvant MMC following the initial TUPKVP(control group). The two groups were followed up by cystoscopy at 3-month intervals,and then compared the recurrences between the two groups. Carcinoma in situ or muscle invasive disease were excluded from the study. Results Mean following up time was 6-24 (12.0 ±6.5) months, within the following up period,recurrence was observed in 13 (21.7%, 13/60) patients in experiment group and in 38 (63.3%,38/60)patients in control group, there was signiticantly statistical difference between the two groups (P< 0.01). Of all the recurrences, the recurrence rate of high grade tumor was 26.2% (11/42) in experiment group and 70.0% (35/50) in control group,the recurrence rate in experiment group was obviously less than that in control group (P < 0.01). Conclusions Repeat transurethral resection can lower the recurrence of superficial bladder cancer (especially for the high grade tumor) which with initial resection, it can improve the classification of malignant rumor, and find the residual tumor, so it has value in clinical treatment.
3.The clinic significant of determination of T-lymphocyte subsets in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis combined with diabetes

Objective To investigate the clinical diagnostic significance of detecting T in peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets (CD4+,CD8+ and the ratio of pulmonary tuberculosis with diabetes) and explore drug therapy of the five thymus peptide combined anti-tuberculosis on the diabetes complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods Eighty cases of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes mellitus were selected as our treatment subject,who were treated with anti-tuberculosis drug treatment and five thymus peptide regulating immunity treatment.T lymphocyte subsets (CD4 +,CD8 + and their ratio) were detected.Meanwhile acid-fast bacilli and image detection were performed.Another 80 cases were as our control group that treated with anti-tuberculosis drug.Results Following the thymus peptide five treatment for 1,2,and 6 months,T lymphocyte subsets were (CD4+:(34.34 ± 7.32) %,(39.23 ± 6.62) %,(41.06 ± 7.13) %),(CD8+:(31.42 ±8.91)%,(32.52 ±8.58)%,(32.12 ±8.59)%),(CD4+/CD8+:(1.23 ±0.31),(1.34 ±0.30),(1.36 ± 0.32),higher than that of before treatment (30.26 ± 8.25) %,(30.36 ± 9.86) %,(1.13 ± 0.42) CD4 +.Through 2 months treatment,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ of patient in treatment groups were different with that of control group (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05).80 patients after anti-TB plus application thymopentin regulating immunity for 2 months,normal sputum negative conversion rate of CD4+ was 97.2% and improvement rate was 98.0%.However cases with high CD4+ T lymphocyte subsets showed 78.6% negative rate of acid-fast bacilli and 88.0 % cured rate,and there was significant difference (x2 =4.764,7.680,respectively,P < 0.05).Conclusion Thymic peptide five might have the ability of improving the cellular immune function in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and diabetes.The prognosis is better when T lymphocyte subsets CD4+ of patient was back to normal through treatment.
4.Relationship of S100B protein expression and the pathogenesis of early-onset and late-onsetpreeclampsia

Objective To investigate the relationship of S100B protein expression and the pathogenesis of early-onset and late-onset preeclampsia.Methods Sixty patients with preeclampsia who received caesarean section at Qingdao Municipal Hospital from October 2010 to September 2011 were enrolled in this study.Thirty cases were early-onset preeclampsia( referred as early-onset preeclampsia group,< 34 weeks),and the other 30 cases were late-onset preeclampsia (referred as late-onset preeclampsia group,≥34 weeks).Thirty women who received caesarean section because of pelvic structural deformities,breech presentation,macrosomia and social factors were included as the control group.The expression of S100B mRNA in the placenta was detected by reverse transcription ( RT)-PCR.The expression of S100B protein in the placenta was detected by immunohistochemistry.Results ( 1 ) S100B mRNA was expressed in the trophoblasts of preeclampsia and control groups.The expression of S100B mRNA in early-onset preeclampsia group (0.73 ±0.11 ) was significantly higher than the control group (0.58 ±0.08) and lateonset preeclampsia group (0.64 ±0.10,P <0.05 ).There was no significant difference between late-onset preeclampsia group and the control group ( P > 0.05 ).(2) S100B protein was expressed in the plasma membrane and cytoplasm of the trophoblasts,correlated positively with the brownish yellow and brown particles inside the cells.It was expressed in all the three groups.Immunohistochemistry revealed that the expression of S100B protein in the placenta of early-onset preeclampsia group was 100% (30/30),significantly higher than those of late-onset preeclampsia group and the control group,in which the positive rate were 70% (21/30) and 63% (19/30) respectively (P <0.05).There was no difference between late onset preeclampsia group and the control group (P >0.05).Conclusion Early-onset and late-onset preeclampsia may have different etiology and pathogenesis.S100B may be a factor in the pathogenesis of early-onset preeclampsia.

Objective: To evaluate the inhibitory effect of Yichuanping capsule (易喘平胶囊) on the airway mucus overproduction in asthmatic mice and its mechanism. Methods: Thirty-two male BALB/c mice were randomly divided into normal control group, asthma group, dexamethasone group and Yichuanping capsule (YC) group (n=8 in each group). Asthmatic mouse model was established by intraperitoneal injection of ovalbumin. The number of goblet cells and secretion of mucus were detected with periodic acid-Schiff (PAS) staining, and mucus protein MUC5AC mRNA was detected with reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RTCD*2PCR). Number of total cells and eosinophil in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) were counted with special staining. The contents of interleukinCD*24 (ILCD*24) and ?CD*2interferon (IFNCD*2?) in lung tissue were assessed by enzyme-linked immunoadsorbent assay (ELISA). Objective To study the change and clinical significance of serum sex hormone levels in patients with Alzheimer's disease(AD).Methods The 1:1 case-control study,male AD group in 25 cases,control group in 25 cases,female AD group in 25 cases,25 cases in the control group.The serum sex hormone levels were measured by chemiluminescence immtmoassay in the two groups,and the data were analyzed.Results There was statistically significant difference in estradiol level between female patients and the control group[(40.820 ± 23.249) pmol/L vs.(153.700 ±113.900) pmol/L,t =4.85,P < 0.001].There were statistically significant differences between male patients and the control group,in estradiol[(99.243 ± 34.657) pmol/L vs.(124.t00 ± 38.432) pmool/L],testosterone [(7.904 ±3.944) nmol/L vs.(19.142 ±7.882) nmol/L] levels (t =2.40,6.37,all P <0.05).No significant difference was observed in testosterone level in the female groups (P > 0.05).The promoting follicle stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone,progesterone,prolactin levels between the male group and female group had no statistically significant differences (all P > 0.05).In patients with simple intelligent screening scale (Mini-Mental State Examination,MMSE),the score was significantly correlated with the level of estradiol (r =-0.281,P < 0.05).Conclusion The level of women's estrogen decline is related to factor in the pathogenesis of AD,estradiol,testosterone levels of male decline is related to factor in the pathogenesis of AD.Estradiol level is low,the severity of the disease moreand more heavy.
7.Ameliorative effect of water extract of propolis preconditioning on mesenteric microcirculation of rats subjected to small intestinal ischemia reperfusion

AIM: To investigate the ameliorative effect of water extract of propolis (WEP) preconditioning on mesenteric microcirculation of rats subjected to small intestinal ischemia reperfusion (I/R). METHODS: Thirty-two male Wistar rats were randomly divided into sham, I/R and WEP (100, 200 mg/kg) preconditioning groups. Model of small intestinal I/R injury was made by clamping super mesenteric artery for 45 min followed by 120 min of reperfusion in rats. Mesenteric microcirculation was detected at the end of reperfusion. The degree of small intestinal injury was The content of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1) in plasma and myeloperoxidase (MPO) activity in intestinal tissue were detected using enzyme linked-immuno-sorbent assay (ELISA) and spectrophotometer, respectively. RESULTS: (1) WEP preconditioning alleviated significantly the pathologic lesion in small intestine, and wet/dry ratio, compared to those in I/R group (P<0.01). (2) The disturbance of the blood flow in microvessel induced by I/R was improved significantly by WEP. In addition, WEP preconditioning alleviated significantly the decrease in diameters of microvessels and microcirculatory blood velocity (P<0.05 vs I/R group) and inhibited the adherence of leukocytes to venule (P<0.01 vs I/R group) in a dose-dependent manner. SICAM-1 content in plasma and MPO activity in intestinal tissue were decreased in WEP preconditioning group, compared to those in I/R group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). CONCLUSION: WEP preconditioning ameliorates mesenteric microcirculation of rats subjected to small intestinal I/R through suppressing the activation of polymorphonuclear neutrophils mediated by ICAM-1.

Objective:To evaluate the effect of presurgical nasal mode(PNM)combined with nasal diorthosis in the treatment of na-sal deformity and incomplete unilateral cleft lip(IUCL)in infants.Methods:35 infants with IUCL were treated by PNM followed by nasal diorthosis and cheiloplasty.The nasal asymmetry was analysed by measurments of nostrils height,nostrils width and nasal colu-mella angle skewness on the photographs at the initial visit(T0),pre-operation(T1),1 week after operation(T2),1 month after opera-tion(T3)and a year after operation(T4).The other 35 infants with IUCL without PNM treatment were served as the controls.Re-sults:Compared with the controls,the symmetry of nostrils height,nostrils width,nasal columella angle skewness in PNM treated children were significantly improved at T0-T1 and T1-T2(P <0.05).there was no significant difference at T2-T3 and T3-T4(P >0. 05).Conclusion:Nasal asymmetry can be improved by presurgical nasal mode treatment followed by preliminary nasal deformity di-orthosis and cheiloplasty.

Objective:To study the correlation between early postsurgery phonetic acquisition of speech stop and speech outcomes of young children.Methods:28 children with cleft palate were included in the study.An one-stage palatal repair procedure was per-formed by one surgeon for the children before the age of 1 8 months.Naming tests were used in the speech therapy room when the chil-dren were aged 23 months and 30 months.Stop consonant inventory number,percent correct consonants(PCC),percent correct man-ners(PCM)and percent correct places(PCP)were analyzed.Results:Number of stop consonant was significantly correlated with PCC,PCM and PCP at 24 and 30 months of age in the children.Coefficient of determination between stop consonant number and PCC was 0.535.Conclusion:Speech stop may be used as the “sensitive sound”for the analysis of speech development of the chinese children aged 2-3 years after cleft palate repair and as the individuation guideline to determine the best assessment and therapy time.
10.Analysis of the factors affecting the community of Alzheimer's disease

Objective To understand the risk factors of the elderly in community of Haining city in patients with Alzheimer's disease.Methods Take the elderly Chang street Haining city selected cluster sampling method 7 437 ≥60 years as the research subjects,by using a self-designed questionnaire Alzheimer's disease causes and clinical dementia rating scale,understanding the factors that may affect Alzheimer's disease and aggravating factors,and the data of multi factor regression analysis.Results Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that women (Wald x2 =19.96,P < 0.01),aged (Wald x2 =96.01,P < 0.01),widowed (Wald x2 =5.09,P < 0.05),smoking/drinking (Wald x2 =47.77,P < 0.01),living alone (Wald x2 =16.14,P < 0.01),depression (Wald x2 =12.05,P < 0.01) were the risk factors of Alzheimer's disease; Rural (Wald x2 =458.11,P < 0.01) ; Lowculture (Wald x2 =121.39,P <0.01) were protective factors for Alzheimer's disease.According to the clinical dementia rating scale of disease severity assessment and pathogenesis of polytomous Logistic regression,the results showed that the elderly (Wald x2 =50.37,P < 0.01),lowculture (Wald x2 =30.39,P < 0.01),widowed (Wald x2 =5.20,P < 0.05),living alone (Wald x2 =16.50,P < 0.01),somatic diseases (Wald x2 =16.58,P < 0.01) and large maternal age (Wald x2 =10.53,P < 0.01) were risk factors for disease.Conclusion Age,widowed,solitude are common risk factors of Alzheimer's disease and aggravating factors,should be combined with risk factors for chronic disease management actively take measures to prevent and delay the occurrence,the development of Alzheimer's disease.
