1.CHENG Zhiqing’s Experience in Treating Chest Stuffiness and Pains by Soothing-liver Regulating Qi and Activating Stagnated Yang

Objective]To sum up Pro.CHENG Zhiqing’s clinical experience in treating coronary heart disease.[Method] By following and studying Pro. CHENG Zhiqing’s clinical experienced cases in treating coronary heart disease, Pro. CHENG Zhiqing’s academic viewpoints and characterizes were summed up from soothing liver and activating stagnated Yang, with one case for detailed explanation. [Result]Pro. CHENG obtains that liver-qi invasion and thoracic yang obstruction are both main traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome types. In clinical practice, Pro. CHENG emphasizes that the liver qi should be recuperated to treatment of heart diseases,and activating stagnated Yang be paid attention while removing blood stasis and eliminating the phlegm.The good curative effect relies on her ingenious flexible selection of traditional Chinese medicine,as verified by the cited case.[Conclusion] The methods of soothing liver and activating stagnated Yang have good clinical effect in treating coronary heart disease, which worthy of peer reference.
2.Effect of Different Velocity of Inspiratory Flow on the Severe Asthma Patients with Mechanaical Ventilation

Objective To evaluate the effect of velocity of inspiratory flow on the severe asthma patients.Methods Twenty patients were ventilated thirty minutes respectively when the peak velocity of flow was 40L/min,60 L/min,80 L/min,100 L/min and 120 L/min,and then we measured their airway peak pressure(Ppeak),plateau pressure(Pplat)and intrinsic positive end expiratory pressure(PEEPi)and arterial blood gas analysis,accounting shunt fraction(QS/QT)and Dead space value(VD/VT).Results When velocity of flow enhanced from 40L/min to 60L/min,Ppeak increased while Pplat,PEEPi,VD/VT decreased obviously.When velocity of flow enhanced from 60L/min to 80L/min,Ppeak increased also but Pplat,PEEPi,QS/QT and VD/VT changed no significant.When velocity of flow enhanced from 60L/min to 100L/min,Pplat and PEEPi increased indistinctly while Ppeak,QS/QT and VD/VT increased distinctly.Conclusions The velocity of inspiratory flow,60~80L /min,can reduce PEEPi、QS/QT 及VD/VT and improve respiratory status.
3.Determination of Hesperidin in Yangweishu Tablets by RP-HPLC

OBJECTIVE: To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of the content of hesperidin in Yangweishu tablets.METHODS: The samples were separated on octadecyl silane bonded gel silica column(150 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m) with the mobile phase consisted of methanol-7% acetic acid solution(32∶68) under a detection wavelength of 283nm.RESULTS: The linear range of hesperidin was 49.6~892.8 ng(r=0.999 9) with an average recovery rate of 99.02%(RSD=0.45%,n=9).CONCLUSION:The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and applicable for the quality control of Yangweishu tablets.
4.Refining processing of Radix Polygoni Multiflori Granula with ceramic membranes

Objective To observe the effect of the different bore diameter membranes on technological parameters of Radix Polygoni Multiflori Granula and to optimize the process of membrane filtration.Methods Three different membranes were tested under different parameters of operation to observe the changes in membrane flux and the content of effective components by Radix Polygoni Multiflori Granula.Results The membrane(50 nm)had the great flux,the transfering rate of stilbene glucoside was the highest;The optimum conditions:the operation differential pressure was 0.8-1.2 MPa;The operation temperature was 50-60 ℃;the membrane surface flow rate was 3.0 m/s.When the volume of filtration solution was condensed to 1/10 of former,entering the same volume deionized water into it,and when the effective components transfering rate reached 80%,the filtration was finished.Using the strong acid and strong alkali to wash it in turn,the flux could revive above 90%.Conclusion It can be obtained a good result that adopts the technology of ceramic membranes microfiltration to refine Radix Polygoni Multiflori Granula.This can provide the foundation for the application of ceramic membrane microfiltration in the refinement of water extraction of other Chinese materia medica.
5.Ultrafiltration of Jinlida Granule with ceramic membranes

AIM:To observe the influence of the different bore diameter ceramic membranes on the processing parameters of Jinlida Granules(Radix et Rhizoma Salviae miltiorrhizae,Radix Sophorae flavescentis,Rhizoma Polygonati,etc.) and optimize the process of membrane filtration. METHODS: Three different membranes were tested to observe the changes in membrane flux and the content of effective components by Jinlida Granules extract. RESULTS: The 50 nm membrane had the great flux,the transfer rates of matrine and salvianolic acid were the highest;The optimum conditions: the operation differential pressure was 0.08~0.12MPa;the operation temperature was 50~60℃;the membrane surface flow rate was 3.0 m/s.When the volume of filtration solution was condensed to one tenth,adding the same volume aeionized water,and the effective components transfer rate reached 80%.Using the strong acid and strong alkali to wash it in turn,the flux can revivify above 90%. CONCLUSION: Applying the ceramic membrane to ultrafiltrate Jinlida Granule is good and useful to herb purification.
6.Optimization of the Extraction Technology of Zishen Yangyin Granules by Orthogonal Experiment

OBJECTIVE:To optimize the extraction technology of Zishen yangyin granules.METHODS:The yield of the extractum and the content of the extraction using 80% alcohol as solvent were used as indexes to optimize the extraction technology of Zishen yangyin granules by orthogonal experiment with the times of extraction,the extraction time and the amount of water added as factors.RESULTS:The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:the extraction was carried out for 3 times by adding water at an amount of 9 times,6 times and 6 times,respectively that of solid substance with decoction time of 3 h,2 h and 1 h,respectively.CONCLUSION:The optimal extraction process was proved to be time-saving and energy-saving and suitable for large production.
7.Correlation analysis of acute pancreatitis retroperitoneal clearance CT in-flammatory infiltration degree and clinical severity

Objective To study the correlation of patients with acute pancreatitis gap retroperitoneal inflammatory in-filtration CT and clinical severity. Methods 236 cases of acute pancreatitis from June 2010 to June 2012 were collected for treatment, comparatively analyzed and compared clinical severity of inflammatory infiltration of acute pancreatitis and retroperitoneal gap though CT examination. Results A total of 236 cases of patients were selected and 196 cases of patients with varying degrees of post-gap involving the peritoneum, 88 cases of mild acute pancreatitis, mainly involv-ing the next pre-renal clearance, 66 cases of severe acute pancreatitis type 1, while involving the perirenal space next stage renal clearance in front to the main level II infiltration, 82 cases of severe acute type 2 pancreatitis, involved the perirenal space, before clearance and clearance, renal infiltration beside kidney. CT inflammatory infiltration and retroperitoneal gap clinical severity was positively correlated (r=0.7797, P=0.001). Conclusion CT retroperitoneal in-flammatory infiltration gap, especially next to the renal clearance of involvement often reflect the clinical severity of acute pancreatitis.
