The different types of penis thickening hydraulic filling materials have the advantage and disadvantage. The natural biological tissue material for own organization is convenient, avirulent, nonirritant, with good histocompatibility, without rejection, but has the transplant fat absorption, margin scar at donor site, and poor long-term appearance. Synthesized biological material silica gel phantom presented strong plasticity, could not affect by organism metabolism, absorption and degeneration, but had shortcomings, such as the feeling of foreign body, and skin infection. Varicosity polytetrafluoroethylene presented good histocompatibility, soft material, easy to be shaping, but high cost. The polyacrylamide hydrogel and the polymethyl acrylic acid methyl ester presented good histocompatibility, could not cause the immune response, easy to inject, but the shortcoming was easy to form the induration, but if had the complication to be very difficult to take out. Tissue engineered material was presently the key point in penis thickening research, but its research still occupied the start stage. The most reports were only at the laboratory stage. It requires some times for domestic application. This study summarized the penis thickening hydraulic filling materials, and analyzed the application of various filling materials in penis thickening technique.

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of video-assisted thoracoscopic thymectomy. Methods Eighteen patients with thymic diseases or myasthenia gravis (MG) received video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) of either total thymectomy (7 patients) or extended thymectomy (11 patients with MG) from September 2002 to June 2004. Results Thoracoscopic thymectomy was accomplished in 17 patients and a conversion to open mini-incision (7 cm) operation was needed in 1 patient. Postoperative temporary mechanical ventilation (

Objective:To explore the value of symptom-oriented clinical lateral thinking training in gynecology internship teaching. Methods:We enrolled a total of 166 medical students of the five-year program of grades 2017 and 2018 who would participate in internships at the First Department of Gynecology of Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 43 students of grade 2017 and 37 students of grade 2018 in the experimental group and 46 students of grade 2017 and 40 students of grade 2018 in the control group. The experimental group was taught using a symptom-oriented clinical lateral thinking training mode, and the control group was taught using a traditional teaching mode. At the end of the internship, the teaching quality was evaluated by means of an exam and satisfaction survey. The data were analyzed using the t test with the use of SPSS 24.0. Results:For both grades 2017 and 2018, the two groups had similar scores of theoretical knowledge, but the experimental group had significantly higher scores of medical history taking, physical examination, and medical record analysis compared with the control group ( P<0.05); for example, among students of grade 2017, the score of medical record analysis was (37.34±1.08) in the experimental group and (32.18±1.32) in the control group. The experimental group had significantly higher degrees of satisfaction than the control group in terms of doctor-patient communication ability, effective information acquisition ability, clinical case analysis ability, self-learning ability, literature search and review ability, team cooperation ability, and learning interest motivation (all P<0.05). Conclusions:The symptom-oriented clinical lateral thinking training mode can help students master the diagnosis and treatment principles of gynecological diseases, improve their abilities of clinical analysis, doctor-patient communication, effective information acquisition, self-learning, and literature search and review, and motivate their interest in learning.

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of high frequency three-dimensional (3D) ultrasound in breast masses. Methods Seventy-seven cases of breast lesions were selected by 2D ultrasonic scan, and all the cases had been examined by 3D ultrasound and accepted surgical treatment in Shenzhen People's Hospital. With pathological results as the gold standard for diagnosis, the convergence sign in diagnosis of breast masses was used as malignant standard for 3D ultrasound coronal plane. The sensitivity and specificity were analyzed of 3D ultrasound in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors. Results A total of 77 cases of breast lesions included 46 malignant and 31 benign.3D ultrasound convergence sign was used to judge the benign and malignant breast tumors with statistical significance (x2 =26.790,P < 0.01).The diagnostic sensitivity and specificity were 69.7%,and 90.3%,respectively.Conclusions High frequency 3D ultrasonography has certain value in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors, and has important significance for the formulation of treatment plan.

Objective:To explore the differential diagnostic value of ultrasonic elastography for breast nodules with acoustic attenuation. Methods:A total of 105 cases with breast nodules with posterior echo attenuation from June 2017 to October 2019 in Shenzhen People′s Hospital were enrolled. Routine ultrasound examination and elastography were performed and maximum of elastography(Emax), mean of elastography value(Emean), minimum of elastography value(Emin) and strain ratio of fat/strain ratio of nodules(B/A) were recorded. With the pathological results as the diagnosed gold standard, elastic parameters different between benign and malignant breast nodules with posterior echo attenuation were compared. And the Emax value of elastic imaging was analyzed by the ROC curve. Results:There were 65 cases of benign nodules and 40 cases of malignancy. The difference of ultrasound E imaging were statistically significant for judging benign and malignant breast nodules with acoustic attenuation( P<0.05). When Emax 95 kPa was set as the cut-off value for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignat breast nodules, the area under the ROC curve was 0.817, and the sensitivity was 88% and the specificity was 72%. Conclusions:Ultrasonic elastrography is of great value for differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast nodules with acoustic attenuation, and it is important for the decision making of clinical treatment plan.
