Objective To explore the psychological experience and coping styles of breast cancer patients during pregnancy. Method A qualitative research was done by interviewing 10 patients hospitalized during August 2015 to August 2016 for the purpose of investigating their psychological experience and copying styles, with the required data treated and analyzed. Result Five themes were obtained:anxiety and worry about the outcomes, longing for supports from families and society, guilty and sorrow, negative coping style. Conclusions Nurses should focus on psychological experience and coping styles of patients with breast cancer during pregnancy. They should help them with informational and social support to build effective emotion, make active coping style, alleviate their pains and ultimately improve their negative mood for the purpose of their active compliance with medical treatment.

Objective To investigate the effects of USP4 on the proliferation of human hypertrophic scar fibroblasts(HSFB).Methods HSFB were cultured in vitro.The fourth generation of HSFB in logarithmic growth phase was selected in the experiment.HSFB were intervened by Vialinin A which was the inhibitor of USP4 for 0,12,24,48 h,then collected cells and the their expression of USP4 and TβRI and Smad7 protein was detected by Western blot.MTT assay was used to detect the effect of Vialinin A on the proliferation of HS fibroblasts and the cells were divided into experimental group and control group(without intervention).Results After treatment with Vialinin A in HSFB,the expression of USP4 and TβRI protein in HSFB decreased gradually,especially in 12 h(P<0.05),and Smad7 protein expression was increased gradually(P<0.05).The proliferative activity of intervened HSFB reduced gradually,the difference between experimental group and control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion USP4 might inhibit the proliferation of scar cells and down-regulation of USP4 expression in hyperplastic scar fibroblasts,which can slow proliferative activity of intervened HSFB by regulating TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture on elderly depression. Methods A total of 63 patients were designated into a treatment group and a control group by using a random number table. Acupuncture on Ge-shu point and Shu-points of Five-Zangs were administrated for the treatment group, and Fluoxetine was used for the control group at a dosage of 20 mg, once daily. The treatment of both groups lasted for 6 weeks. Results The curative effect of acupuncture was sound on relieving depression and the scores of HAMD in the treatment group exhibited a decreasing trend. There was no statically significant difference between the two groups on the total effective rate and the cure rate. Conclusion It has a good anti-depression result to needle Shu-points of Five-Zangs.

Abstract?AIM:To evaluate the effect of combined glaucoma and cataract surgery on the function of eye surface and tear film.?METHODS:This clinical trial involved 75 patients ( 75 eyes ) with glaucoma complicated with cataract undergoing combined glaucoma and cataract surgery.All the eyes were divided into surgical group ( the eyes undergoing operation ) and control group ( the other eyes).The symptoms and signs of dry eye disease, Schirmer's I test, break -up time ( BUT ) , corneal fluorescein staining were tested and marked 1mo after operation.Comparison of the results was made between two groups.?RESULTS:The average intraocular pressure was 16.25± 0.46mmHg at 1mo after operation, compared with 45.29± 4.39mmHg at 3d before surgery, the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ).Preoperative average visual acuity was 0.08±0.06, corrected visual acuity was<0.05 in 23 eyes,≥0.05 to<0.1 in 16 eyes,≥0.1 to<0.3 in 36 eyes.Postoperatively 1mo, corrected visual acuity:<0. 05 for 7 eyes (9%),≥0.05 to <0.1 for 11 eyes (15%), ≥0.1 to<0.3 for 38 eyes (51%), ≥0.3 to <0.5 for 11 eyes (15%) , ≥0.5 for 8 eyes (11%), postoperative visual acuity was 0.15 ±0.1, which was significantly higher than before surgeries ( P<0.05).The postoperative dry eye symptoms of surgical group was higher, compared with that of control group, and the differences of diagnosis of dry eye test indicators between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).? CONCLUSION: Combined cataract and glaucoma surgery may affect postoperative ocular surface and tear film function, make the tear film stability damaged and lead to dry eye disease.

Objective: To isolate small molecular polypeptides which bind to KDR specifically using C7 and 12 peptide libraries. Methods: KDR/IgGFc was coated directly on plates, C7 and 12 peptide libraries are then applied, followed by vigorous washings in washing buffers to remove most non-specifically bound phage and to select specific phage particals by VEGF suspension and elution in acid buffers. The positive phage clones were detected by ELISA, cell-ELISA and competitive binding ELISA. Results: After three washes, 12 positive phage clones were selected and sequenced. Conclusion: A conserved peptide motif was not found in these sequences. The peptide binding to KDR specifically may be helpful for lead drug to improve selectivity and decrease the side effect of anti cancer drug in clinical treatment.

This paper introduces the perioperative nursing of 47 patients undergoing intraperitoneal parastomal hernia repair.After the surgery,two cases suffered from incision infection and two cases with subcutaneous hydrops.Three patients suffered from chronic pain or foreign bodies sensation,which disappeared at 3-6 months later.No recurrence occurred at 6-24 months after the surgery.It is suggested that the key points of perioperative nursing were careful preoperative symptom care and bowel preparation,as well as postoperative observation and correct discharge instruction.
