Comprehensive treatment can improve the survival of patients with cervical carcinoma.
2.Theory and clinical study on “Three-stage Scheme ” of classification of otitis media
Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1982;0(01):-
Objective To propose a new classification scheme of otitis media (OM). Methods By reviewing current internat ional classification systems of OM, we analyzed their disadvantages and the prog ress made in histopathologic studies of OM, then worked out a new classification scheme to apply it to clinic. Results In current internati onal classification systems of OM, those apparent clinical signs are regarded as main standards of classification. Their main disadvantage is that these signs c annot very well indicate the condition of pathologic and functional changes of i mportant hearing structure areas. We proposed a “Three-stage Scheme” of OM cl assification and applied in 1 160 cases of OM. The accuracy rate of diagnosis w as 82.4% in 348 cases of early-stage OM, 98.4% in 696 cases of chronic OM, and 95.2% in 116 cases of OM sequela. Conclusion The “Three-s tage Scheme” system is scientific, simple and practical. Its accuracy rate of d iagnosis is very high. It plays a guiding role in diagnosis and treatment of OM.
3.INDUCTION OF MYOCARDIUM CELLS FROM P19 CELLS USING DIMETHYL SULFOXIDE IN VITRO
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1954;0(02):-
Objective Observing the process of cell aggregation and differentiating into myocardium after the P19 cells treated with different methods and dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO) inducer. Methods P19 cells were cultivated with DMSO in suspension for 7 days in Petri dishes or dishes containing a thin layer of soft agar to form cell aggregation. Then the aggregates were plated on gelatin-coated culture dishes, and cultured without DMSO to 19 days. The beating of cells was observed.?-sarcomeric actin and cardiac Troponin T(cTnT) immunocytochemical stains were used to identify cell differentiation. Results Cell aggregations were cohering-cultured with growth culture medium after DMSO induced for 7days,spontaneous and rhythmically beating cells were present within the aggregation outgrowths at day 15,which were ?-sarcomeric actin-positive and cTnT-positive.By day 19,positive rates were about 26% and 15% respectively. Conclusion By using DMSO exposure combination prior aggregation can induce P19 cells differentiate into cardiac myocytes which can spontaneously and rhythmically beat.

International Eye Science 2017;17(10):1898-1900
AIM: To study the clinical effects of using sodium hyaluronate in the glaucoma trabeculectomy. ·METHODS: Totally 46 patients were included in our research and they were divided into two groups. In the study group (23 cases 23 eyes), we used slice with MMC of 0. 4mg/mL in trabeculectomy. Before the conjunctiva flap was sewed, a small amount of sodium hyaluronate was injected into the space under scleral flap and the anterior chamber. In control group ( 23 cases 23 eyes ) , we only used MMC. After trabeculetomy, shallow anterior chambe formation, intraocular pressure, corneal endothelial injury and the formation of filter-bubble were observed in long term. ·RESULTS:IOP of study group at 1d after operation was higher than that of control group ( P<0. 05 ), but not significant different at 3d, 1 and 6mo after operation(P>0. 05). At 3d after operation, visual acuity decreased in 2 eyes (9%) of study group, 8 eyes (35%) in control group with significant different ( P = 0. 035 ). At 6mo after operation, visual acuity decreased in 0 of study group, 5 eyes (22%) in control group with significant different (P=0. 025 ). The differences on the occurrence of shallow anterior chamber at 7d after operation, formation of filter-bubble at 6mo after operation and corneal endothelial count were significant (P<0. 05). There were less postoperative complications in study group than in control group. ·CONCLUSION: Using sodium hyaluronate combined with MMC in trabeculectomy can greatly prevent the formation of shallow anterior chamber, filter-bubble scarring, and corneal endothelium dropout, make it possible to a safer surgery and a better outcome.

Journal of International Oncology 2012;39(1):76-79
ObjectiveTo evaluate the effects of selective cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitor nimesulide lone and combined with cisplatin on tumor growth, and Ki67 and Caspase-3 expression in lung cancer xenografts in nude mice. Methods The mice were randomly divided into 4 groups:the control group, the nimesulide group, the cisplatin group and the nimesulide combined with cisplatin group. A549 cells were injected into BALB/c nude mice subcutaneously. On the 21st day after treatment tumor tissues were collected, and the xenografts growth were observed. The expression of Ki67 and Caspase-3 were detected by immunohistochemical method.ResultsNimesulide combined with cisplatin could significantly inhibited the xenografts growth compared with nimesulide or cisplatin. The tumor inhibition rate was 44.33% in the nimesulide group,53.61% in the cisplatin group and 80.41% in the nimesulide combined with cisplatin group (P < 0.05).Immunohistochemical analysis showed that the expression rates of Caspase-3 was significantly increased in the nimesulide combined with cisplatin group (67.43 ± 23.57 ) %,the cisplatin group (48.40 ± 20.37 ) %,and the nimesulide group (38.65 ± 15.37)%,compared with the control group (27.63 ± 13.03)% (P < 0.05).The expression rate of Caspase-3 was significantly increased in the nimesulide combined with cisplatin group compared with the nimesulide group or the cisplatin group (P < 0.05 ).The expression rate of Ki67 was significantly decreased in the nimesulide group combined with cisplatin group (24.34 ± 15.90)%,the cisplatin group (40.85 ± 22.47)% and the nimesulide group (53.33 ± 19.67)% compared with the control group ( 80.43 ± 16.88 ) % ( P < 0.05 ).The expression of Ki67 was significantly decreased in the nimesulide combined with cisplatin group compared with the nimesulide group or the cisplatin group ( P < 0.05 ).Conclusion Nimesulide can inhibit human lung cancer A549 cells xenografts in nude mice growth,Nimesulide enhanced the inhibitory effects of cisplatin. The mechanism may be related to inhibition of tumor cell Ki-67 expression, increased expression of Caspase-3,inhibition of tumor cell proliferation, and inducing tumor cell apoptosis.
7.Mechanisms of COX-2 inhibitors combinated with cisplatin for lung cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2015;(3):200-202
Selective COX-2 inhibitors can promote the apoptosis of tumor cells and block the growth of new blood vessels through the inhibition of ring oxidase, vascular endothelial growth factor, microvessel and so on. Research shows that COX-2 is overexpressed in vascular and endothelial cells of lung cancer, select COX-2 inhibitors to adjuvant chemotherapy, not only can directly inhibit the tumor proliferation, but also can reduce the adverse reaction of chemotherapy drugs, and enhance the curative effect. To investigate the effects of selec-tive COX-2 inhibitors and cisplatin in lung cancer angiogenesis and its mechanism, will be a hope for the clini-cal treatment of tumor.
8.COX-2 and its inhibitors in lung cancer drug resistance
Journal of International Oncology 2015;(3):203-205
COX-2 is the inducible form of cyclooxygenase, which is overexpressed in non-small cell lung cancer, especially in the adenocarcinoma, and is involved in the production of lung cancer drug resistance, reducing the sensitivities of tumor cells to chemotherapy drugs. COX-2 inhibitors have the effects of antitumor and prevention of tumor formation. Therefore,in order to reverse the drug resistance of tumor cells, improve the sur-vival rate and the prognosis of patients with tumor, the application of COX-2 inhibitors as adjuvant chemotherapy and combined with chemotherapy drugs has become a new direction in the treatment of lung cancer.
