4.Etiological analysis of Yersinia pestis in Dulan County, Qinghai Province
China Tropical Medicine 2023;23(6):575-
Abstract: Objective To understand the epidemic characteristics of plague and the phenotypic characteristics of Yersinia pestis strains strains in Dulan County, Qinghai Province, so as to provide theoretical reference for timely adjustment of the local plague surveillance program and prevention of plague recurrence, as well as effective experimental basis for clinical treatment and prevention. Methods The biochemical characteristics, virulence factor identification and plasmid analysis of 23 Yersinia pestis strains isolated from Dulan County, Qinghai Province from 1964 to 1994 were studied by conventional methods and molecular biology techniques. At the same time, the different region (DFR) method was applied to study the genetic typing of 23 Yersinia pestis strains isolated from Dulan County, Qinghai Province according to 23 different regions of plague genome and the designed primers based on PMT1. Results Among the 23 Y. pestis strains isolated from Dulan County, 22 strains of Y. pestis were palaeotypic biotypes, and biochemical types were Qinghai-Tibet Plateau type, and 1 strain was incompatible with both biotypes and biochemical types in this area. And 86.96% (20/23) of Y. pestis strains had four virulence factors (F1+, Pst I+, VW+, Pgm+). All of the tested strains produced F1 and Pst I, while 95.65% (22/23) of tested strains were positive for VW, and 86.96% were Pgm positive. All the 23 strains carried three plasmids, with a relative molecular weight (Mr) of 6×106, 45×106, 52×106, and these plasmids formed a stable plasmid spectrum: 6×106, 45×106, 52 ×106. The DFR typing results showed that Yersinia pestis could be divided into two genotypes, namely G05 and G08. Nineteen Yersinia pestis strains were G08 and four strains were G05. Conclusions The 23 strains of Yersinia pestis isolated from Dulan County were mostly of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau type, and had stable biochemical characteristics. The virulence of Yersinia pestis was strong. The results of plasmid analysis and genotyping showed that the Yersinia pestis had the etiological characteristics of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, which was consistent with the characteristics of Marmota himalayana plague foci in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
5.The clinical observation and immune adjustment of oxymatrine capsule and acitretin in the treatment of psoriasis
Journal of Chinese Physician 2013;(3):331-333
Objective To investigate the clinical efficiency and immune adjustment of oxymatrine capsule and acitretin in the treatment of psoriasis. Methods Eighty patients with psoriasis were randomly divided into treatment (T) and control (C) groups. The T group took orally oxymatrine one capsule (0.2g) three times a day and one acitretin (10 g) two times a day.The C group only took orally one acitretin (10 g) two times a day.The T and C groups were applied the same drug for external use. Moreover, another 40 normal volunteers were set as normal control group. The peripheral blood T cell subset CD3 +,CD4 +,CD8 +,CD4 +/CD8 + were detected in all the three groups (T,C,and normal) before and after treatment. Results The effective rate was 92.5% in the T group, and 72.5% in the C group with statistical significance (x2 =8.66,P < 0.05).The symptom integral decline index of two groups before and after treatment has statistical significance (t =10.02,P < 0.05).For the peripheral T cell subset CD3 +,CD4+,CD8 +,CD4 +/CD8 + in the T group,a significant difference was found between pretreatment and posttreatment [(57.13 ±8.14)%,(37.62 ±7.97)%,(33.01 ±2.97)%,(1.24 ±0.51)% vs (60.09 ±11.53)%,(43.02±7.67)%,(25.63 ±4.24)%,(1.73 ±0.69)%,t =3.08 ~9.02,P <0.01].However,there was not any statistical significance between pretreatment and posttreatment in the C group (P > 0.05).Conclusions The treatment of common psoriasis combined with oxymatrine capsule and acitretin had a good curative effect and it improved the imbalance of peripheral blood T cell subsets.

7.Clinical research of maintenance therapy for patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer
Cancer Research and Clinic 2010;22(9):585-588
The first-line chemotherapy with platinum-based regimens for 4 to 6 cycles is a standard care in advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). However, for patients who got disease stabilization or maximal response after first line chemotherapy, how to choose safe and efficacy anticancer agents to extend first-line treatment and provide a better clinical benefit is deserving of more concerns currently. In this article, the clinical progress of the chemotherapy and molecular targeted agents as maintenance therapy for patients with advanced NSCLC is reviewed.
8.The robe of transcription factors in genetics mechanism of congenital atrioventricular septal defect
International Journal of Pediatrics 2010;37(6):555-557
Atrioventricular septal defect (AVSD)is a frequently diagnosed congenital heart malformation affecting the atrioventricular valves and septa. Heart transcription factors play fundamental roles in atrioventricular valves development and atrioventricular septa formation. Now cardiac transcription factors ( GATA4, NKX2. 5,TBX5 ,ZIC3)have been identified to involve in the pathogenesis of AVSD in humans. Their abnormal expression or function change may cause atrioventricular valve and septa developmental anomalies. Here we review advances in the understanding of the relationship between these transcription factors and AVSD.

10.The effect of mouse uterine decidualization on NK cell distribution and maturation
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2003;0(06):-
Objective:To investigate the distribution and regulation of uterine NK cells in mouse uterus during early pregnancy. Methods:Using a unique uNK cell marker,Dolichos biflorus agglutinin (DBA) lectin,to localize NK cells in uterus of normal pregnancy, delayed implantation and artificially induced decidualization. Results:DBA staining is mainly distributed in some vascular endothelial cells during embryo pre-implantation. In D5 of pregnancy after embryo implantation,NK cells were distributed in the stroma of uterine mesometrial pole, with round, immature and small lymphocyte-like cells. During D7 and D8 of pregnancy, the immunostaining results showed that uNK cells were increasingly accumulated in the mesometrial pole of implantation sites, with their morphology changing from small round cells with scattered cytoplasm to large and mature cells with heavy cytoplasmic granules. In the artificially induced decidualization model, the distribution and maturity of NK cells are similar to those of the normal pregnancy in the mouse uteri. Conclusion:The distribution and maturation of uterine NK cells are dependent of uterine decidualization in mouse early pregnancy.
