Objective To study the changes of the four active substances endothelin(ET),calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP), thromboxane B2 (TXB2) and 6-Keto-prostaglandin F1? (6-Keto-PGF1?) in plasma when they acted on . each other in the formation and development of diabetic retinopathy. Methods Using the method of radio-immunity,the levels of ET,CGRP,TXB2, 6-Keto-PGF,. in plasma were measured in four groups of patients with type 2 diabetes (group 1: 40 cases without retinopathy; group 2: 40 cases with primary retinopathylgroup 3. 40 cases with hyperplasia type of retinopath; group 4: 40 cases normal controls). One hundred and forty-nine patients with moderate and severe organophosphorus poisoning were treated in Fangshan District Hospital, Beijing during July 2005 to July 2007, 77 cases of them with intravenous atropine and intramuscular pyraloxime methylchloride and 72 with intramuscular penehyclidime hydrochloride plus pyraloxime methylchloride. Time of atrepinization, number of medication injection, time of symptom disappearance, recovery time of cholinesterase, length of hospital stay in those with penehyclidime hydrochloride plus pyraloxime methylchloride were all better than those with atropine and pyraloxime methylchloride (P<0.05). Percentage of atropine poisoning, atropine dependence, organophosphorus poisoning rebound and adverse reaction in those with penehyclidime hydrochloride plus pyraloxime methylchloride were lower than those in those with atropine and pyraloxime methylchloride (P< 0.05).

Objective　To study the changes of the four active substances endothelin(ET),calcitonin gene related peptide (CGRP),thromboxane B2(TXB2) and 6-Keto-prostaglandin F1α(6-Keto-PGF1α) in plasma when they acted on each other in the formation and development of diabetic retinopathy.Methods　Using the method of radio-immunity,the levels of ET,CGRP,TXB2,6-Keto-PGF1α in plasma were measured in four groups of patients with type 2 diabetes (group 1∶40 cases without retinopathy;group 2∶40 cases with primary retinopathy;group 3.40 cases with hyperplasia type of retinopath;group 4∶40 cases normal controls).Results　The results showed that ET increased progressively (P＜0.01) with the prolonging of the duration of DM and the worsening of retina damage、CGRP showed a decreasing tendency (P＜0.05,P＜0.01) in the advanced stage of DM retinopathy.Rectilinear regression analysis showed that the association of ET/CGRP with TXB2/6-Keto-PGF1α became closer with the worsening of deabetic retinopathy (r=0.44,P＜0.05;r=0.596,P＜0.01).Conclusion　The four active substances acted on each other in the formation and development of diabetic retinopathy.It had a significent meaning in the initial mechanism of DM,in the development of disease and in the direction of medication usage to understand their relationship.

BACKGROUND:Free vascularized fibular grafting is an effective hip preservation treatment for femoral head osteonecrosis,but its influencing factors are still controversial. OBJECTIVE:To explore the clinical efficacy of free vascularized fibular grafting for femoral head osteonecrosis,and the influence of the etiology and severity of femoral head osteonecrosis on its efficacy. METHODS:Clinical data and clinical efficacy scores of preoperative and postoperative hip joints in 63 patients with femoral head osteonecrosis(73 cases of hip)were enrolled.The subjects were divided into three groups by the etiological classification criteria of femoral head osteonecrosis,including glucocorticoid-associated,alcohol-associated,and idiopathic groups,and also were divided into three groups by the Ficat classification system,including Ficat Ⅱ,Ficat Ⅲ and Ficat Ⅳ groups.The effects of etiological classification and lesion degree on the clinical efficacy of free vascularized fibular grafting for femoral head osteonecrosis were analyzed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:(1)The visual analog scale scores in all periods after free vascularized fibular grafting for femoral head osteonecrosis were significantly decreased compared with preoperative data(P<0.001),and Harris scores were significantly increased compared with preoperative data(P<0.001).(2)In the glucocorticoid-associated,alcohol-associated,and idiopathic groups,except the glucocorticoid-associated group,postoperative Harris scores were significantly increased 2 and 3 years after surgery in other groups compared with preoperative data(P<0.05).(3)In the three groups of Ficat Ⅱ,Ficat Ⅲ,and Ficat Ⅳ,the postoperative Harris scores of Ficat Ⅱ and Ficat Ⅲ groups were significantly increased compared with preoperative data(P<0.05),while the difference was not significant in the Ficat Ⅳ group between the preoperative and postoperative data(P>0.05).(4)These results indicate that the clinical effect of free vascularized fibular grafting for the femoral head osteonecrosis is significant,which can reduce hip pain and improve hip joint function.It may not be affected by the etiology,but by the severity of the femoral head osteonecrosis.
