The main acupoints Huantiao (GB 30) and Juliao (GB 29), combined with the adjunct acupoints according to the pain characteristic, were punctured, after arrival of qi, needle warming therapy was performed, and then Tuina therapy was applied after the removal of needles. Among 72 cases of sciatica treated by these therapies, 53 cases were cured, 13 cases were remarkably improved, 4 cases were effective, and 2 cases got no effect, with the total effective rate being 97.2%.
2.Clinical Efficacy of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine Combined with Alprostadil Injection in the Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy
China Pharmacist 2016;19(2):303-305
Objective:To observe the curative effect and safety of salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine combined with alprostadil injec-tion in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy. Methods: Totally 84 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 42 cases in each. Alpros-tadil injection was applied in the control group, and salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine combined with alprostadil injection was used in the observation group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results:The total effective rate was 95. 2% in the observa-tion group, which was significantly higher than that (83. 3%) in the control group (P<0. 05). BUN, Scr and urine former protein levels after the treatment were significantly lower than those before the treatment (P<0. 05), and the renal function in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion:Salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine combined with al-prostadil injection in the treatment of kidney disease is effective to promote the discovery of renal function, which is worthy of promoted application in clinical practice.

Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2005;3(2):46-47
Seventy-three cases of cervical spondylosis were treated with cervico-occipital traction belt. During the conduction of traction, acupoimts Bailao (Ex-HN), Fengchi (GB 20),Tianzhu (BL 10), Jianjing (GB 21), Tianzong (SI 11) and Shousanli (LI 10) were needled. When needling sensation arrived, moxibustion was at the same time given by igniting moxa around the needles. After two-course treatment, 60 cases got clinical cure, 8 cases got marked effectiveness, 2 cases got effectiveness and 3 cases failed, the total effective rate being 95.9%.

Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(09):-
Objective To observe the effect of tyrosine kinase Src on activating Notch-1 protein in pancreatic cancer cell line-BxPC3. Methods Notch-1 expression and c-Src expression were inhibited by siRNA interference, and the activation of Src was inhibited by its inhibitor PP2. The growth rate of BxPC3 cells was measured by MTT. The change of Notch-1 NICD level and Src protein level was measured by Western blot. Results The growth of BxPC3 cells decreased after inhibiting Notch-1 expression, as well as the cells were treated with PP2. The level of Notch-1 NICD decreased both after inhibiting c-Src expression and after Src activation was inhibited by PP2. Conclusion In BxPC3 cells, tyrosine kinase Src promotes the level of Notch-1 NICD, which directly influences the cell growth.

Objective To elucidates the regulation of Notch1 activity by Rab5 which controls endosome fusion. Methods Rab5 expression of BxPC3 cells were inhibited by siRNA interference, the changes of Notch ICD protein were measured by Western blot.We use Wortmannin and LY294002 which inhibit the acticity of Phosphatidylinositol(PI) 3-kinases to investigate Notch ICD protein level. Results After inhibiting Rab5 expression or the activity of Phosphatidylinositol(PI) 3-kinases,Notch ICD protein level and the growth of BxPC3 cells decreased. Conclusion In BxPC3 cells,Rab5 and Phosphatidylinositol(PI) 3-kinases are important to regulate Notch1 activity and the activation of Notch is dependent on endocytosis.

Objective To estimate the safety, feasibility and generalization of three point single-incision laparoscopic cholecystectomy (SILC).Methods The clinical data of 1 126 patients who underwent three-point SILC at the second department of Hepatobiliary Surgery of Zhu Jiang Hospital,Southern Medical University From January 1,2011 to December 30,2015 was analyzed retrospectively. The patient who were indicated for conventional laparoscopic cholecystectomy were included, but those suspected malignant diseases of gallbladder were excluded. Results Of the 1126 patients, the surgery was performed successfully in 923 patients, and 192 patients need extra ports due to the adhesion and difficulty of exposing the Calots triangle, and 11 were converted to open surgery due to severe adhesion, with the success rate being 81.9%.The operating time was (29.5 ± 12.2) min (from the entrance of laparoscope to the removing of gallbladder),the blood loss was (8.7 ± 7) ml,and the hospital stay time was (1.4 ± 0.7) d (after surgery). There were three cases of bile duct injury:two of them were bile leak of aberrant duct, one of them was bile leak of cystic duct damaged by heat. And there was one case of injury of duodenum,22 cases of umbilicus hematoma,13 cases of hematoma of thorax, and 2 cases of thoracic hemorrhage who required surgery. There were no hernia, aerothorax and so on.Conclusion Three point SILC is a technology that is safe, maneuverable and suitable for being carried out in clinical practice.

Objective To research the combined prognostic utility of NT-proBNP and hs-CTNI in NSTE-ACS risk stratification and early intervention therapy .Methods A total of 245 NSTE-ACS patients were divided to 4 groups(Aa ,Ab ,Ba ,Bb groups) ac-cording to immediate admission NT-proBNP and hs-CTNI .Patients were accepted percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) ,coro-nary artery bypass grafting and conservative treatment were taken 6 months follow-up .Results The heart failure incidence of Aa group was significantly higher than Ba group(P<0 .05) .6 patients happened left main lesion or multivessel lesion in Aa group were obviously higher than other groups .The incidence of Bb group accepted PCI was obviously higher than Aa group (P<0 .05) .Bb group patients were accepted PCI earlier than other groups ,there was no significance(P>0 .05) .In 6 months follow-up ,5 patients died and 10 patients accepted revascularization again because of severe angina and AMI .Conclusion In NSTE-ACS patient ,NT-proBNP and hs-CTNI elevation was closely related with severe coronary lesions and worse prediction ,which could undergo early in-tervention therapy .

Gut and Liver 2024;18(3):370-390
Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is a complex condition resulting from environmental, microbial, immunologic, and genetic factors. With the advancement of Mendelian randomization research in IBD, we have gained new insights into the relationship between these factors and IBD. Many animal models of IBD have been developed using different methods, but few studies have attempted to model IBD by combining environmental factors and microbial factors. In this review, we examine how environmental factors and microbial factors affect the development and progression of IBD, and how they interact with each other and with the intestinal microbiota. We also summarize the current methods for creating animal models of IBD and compare their advantages and disadvantages. Based on the latest findings from Mendelian randomization studies on the role of environmental factors in IBD, we discuss which environmental and microbial factors could be used to construct a more realistic and reliable IBD experimental model. We propose that animal models of IBD should consider both environmental and microbial factors to better mimic human IBD pathogenesis and to reveal the underlying mechanisms of IBD at the immune and genetic levels. We highlight the importance of environmental and microbial factors in IBD pathogenesis and offer new perspectives and suggestions for improving experimental animal modeling. Our goal is to create a model that closely resembles the clinical picture of IBD.
