Objective To investigate the association between early trauma experiences and obsessivecompulsive disorder (OCD). Methods One hundred and eighty-five patients who met with OCD diagnosis of DSM-Ⅳ and one hundred and thirty-two healthy controls were recruited. Early trauma experience of all participants was assessed with Early Trauma Inventory-Short Form (ETI-SF) ,and severity of symptoms of OCD patients was evaluated with Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Severity Scale (Y-BOCS). Results When compared with controls, OCD group showed significantly higher in ETI-SF total score (3.55 ± 3.29 vs 1.51 ± 1.98, P < 0. 01 ) and had greater in general trauma (0.89 ± 1.10 vs 0. 43 ±0.77, P<0.01 ) ,physical abuse (0.98 ± 1.31 vs 0.65 ±1.04, P=0. 016),emotional abuse(1.43 ±1.61 vs 0.38 ±0.89, P<0. 01),and sexual abuse(0.24 ±0.59 vs 0.06 ±0.30, P<0. 01 ). Female OCD patients reported more sexual abuse than male patients(0.33 ±0.69 vs0. 16 ± 0.45, P = 0.049) . There was a negative correlation between onset age of obsessive symptoms and early trauma experiences(P < 0. 01 ), except sexual abuse experiences (P = 0. 10). Conclusion OCD patients have much more childhood traumas, and the more trauma experiences are,the earlier onset of OCD is, which may associated with the development of obsessive-compulsive disorder.

Objective To investigate the effect of oleanolic acid pretreatment on hepatic ischemiareperfusion (I/R) injury in rats. Methods One hundred and twenty-eight male SD rats weighing 230-250 g were randomly divided into 4 groups (n = 32 each): sham operation group (group S), I/R group, 0.5% sodium carboxymethyl cellulose group (group CMC) and oleanolic acid preconditioning (group OA). Partial liver ischemia was produced by clamping hepatic portal vein and hepatic arteries for 60 min with atraumatic mini-clamp, followed by 12 h of reperfusion in group I/R, CMC and OA. Oleanolic acid suspension 100 mg/kg was infused intragastrically in group OA, while the equal volume of 0.5% CMC-Na (in group CMC) and drinking water (in group S and I/R) was infused intragastrically instead once a day for 7 days, and then hepatic I/R was performed at day 8. The left liver was removed and blood sample was taken from inferior vena cava at 0, 3, 6 and 12 h ofreperfusion for determination of serum alanine amino transferase (ALT) activity, superoxide dismutase (SOD)activity, malondialdehyde (MDA) and glutathione (GSH) content, and expression of phospho-phosphatidylinositol3-kinase (p-PI3K), Akt, p-Akt, Bcl-2, Bax, p-Bad and Bad in the liver, and microscopic examination. Results Serum ALT activity and MDA content in the liver were significantly increased, SOD activity and GSH content in the liver were significantly decreased, expression of p-PI3K, p-Akt, Bax, Bad and p-Bad was up-regulated, and Bcl-2 expression was down-regulated during reperfusion in group I/R, CMC and OA as compared with group S (P <0.05). Compared with group I/R, serum ALT activity and MDA content in the liver were significantly decreased, SOD activity and GSH content in the liver were significantly increased, expression of p-PI3K, p-Akt,Bcl-2 and p-Bad was up-regulated, and expression of Bad and Bax was down-regulated during reperfusion in group OA (P < 0.05), but no significant change was found in the indexes mentioned above in group CMC (P > 0.05).Serum ALT activity and MDA content in the liver were significantly lower, SOD activity and GSH content in the liver were significantly higher, expression of p-PI3K, p-Akt, Bcl-2 and p-Bad was significantly higher, and expression of Bad and Bax was significantly lower during reperfusion in group OA than in group CMC (P < 0.05).The pathological changes in the liver were milder in group OA than in group I/R. Conclusion Oleanolic acid pretreatment can alleviate hepatic I/R injury by activating PI3K/Akt signaling pathway and inhibiting apoptosis.

Objective:To explore the feasibility of prenatal ultrasound in predicting delivery mode of full-term primipara. Methods:The study prospectively enrolled primiparas with gestational age ≥37 weeks, singleton, cephalic and no contraindications to vaginal delivery who underwent routine prenatal examination in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University from September 2020 to February 2021.In addition to routine fetal ultrasound examination, the transperineal ultrasound examination was performed to assess the angle of progression (AOP), head perineum distance (HPD), the angle of pubic arch and the anteroposterior diameter, left and right diameter, area and perimeter of levator ani hiatus of pregnant women in different states were measured; Cervical length (CL) was examined by transvaginal ultrasound. The delivery mode was tracked, and the indicators related to natural delivery were screened out. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to evaluate the effectiveness of relevant indicators in predicting natural delivery. Results:A total of 142 cases were included in this study, including 112 cases of natural delivery and 30 cases of manual intervention delivery. There were no significant differences in age, gestational weeks, biparietal diameter, head circumference, body mass index (BMI) and neonatal weight between the natural delivery group and the manual intervention delivery group (all P>0.05). Multivariate regression analysis showed that AOP was associated with natural delivery( OR=1.048, P=0.008). ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve was 0.648 with AOP 96.92° as the node, and the specificity and positive predictive values were 83.33% and 0.909 1 respectively. Conclusions:It is feasible to predict the mode of delivery by prenatal ultrasound in full-term primiparas. AOP is related to the mode of delivery, which can provide more reference information for clinical practice.
