1.Investigation of Hospital Pharmacists in 15 Provinces and Cities in the Background of Healthcare Reform in China
China Pharmacist 2015;18(10):1714-1717
Objective:To explore the future development of pharmacists. Methods:The combination of on-site and mailed ques-tionnaire was adopted to investigate the present work situation of pharmacists in hospitals at different levels in 15 provinces and munici-palities of east China. Based on the statistical analysis of data, some problems in the present work of pharmacists were investigated. Results:The data showed that there was a wide gap of human resource among the hospitals at different levels, and the working condi-tion improvement for pharmacists should be performed. Continuing education and legislation were not standardized and unified yet, and the clinical pharmacy and the rational drug use needed further development. Conclusion:The relevant laws and regulations should be established and improved to guarantee the lawful right and interests of pharmacists. The pharmacist training system should be improved to raise the professional quality of pharmacists and promote the development of hospital pharmacy.

Methamphetamine is a powerful stimulant of amphetamine type in the central nervous system (CNS),and recently it has become the major drugs of abuse.A lot of research results show that MA may induce dopaminergic neurotoxicity in the animal and human striatum. The mechanisms include effects on dopaminergic signaling and dopamine oxidation, glutamate induced excitotoxicity, oxidative stress and inflammatory cytokines, disruption of mitochondfia, apoptosis, activation of glial cells and hyperthermia. However the mechanisms by the MA-induced dopaminergic neurotoxicity are not completely understood. The paper reviewed recent progress of study on them to provide reference materials for related research.

China Medical Equipment 2014;(1):60-61,62
Objective:Developed two kinds of oxygen conversion adapter in order to make the respirator be used rapidly in all of the hospital without changing the oxygen connecting device of respirator. Methods:Designed one double sleeve type structure with a socket and a plug on each side which was named oxygen conversion adapter. Results: The installation of oxygen conversion adapter only cost a few seconds who made the using of respirator have no obstacle. Conclusion:Oxygen conversion adapter not only solve the oxygen plug and socket mismatch problem but also saved money.

AIM:To explore if there is lesion in the auditory path in the brainstem of the Wistar rat with experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis(EAE).METHODS:EAE was induced by guinea pig spinal cord homogenate(GPSCH),then the evoked potential in both EAE and control groups was examined. The HE staining and myelin staining of the auditory nucleus were conducted in order to corroborate the damage of the auditory path in the brainstem.Through studying the pathological changes using light microscopy and behavior changes of rats,we defined that the model was successful.RESULTS:The latency period of auditory evoked potentials of EAE rats was much longer than that in control group. The pathological pictures manifested that auditory nucleus were invaded by a great number of lymphocytes, demyelinations were discovered in it.CONCLUSION:The auditory path in the brainstem of the Wistar rat with EAE is suffered from inflammation and demyelination.

Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(09):-
As an advanced conformal therapy, Intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) can increase the gain ratio of radiotherapy and improve the local control of the tumor. This paper applies genetic algorithm to optimization of IMRT inverse planning. The algorithm model and simulation result are introduced.

Based on previous clinical and basic research on autohemotherapy, its effective mechanism was explored.Autohemotherapy was used as the keyword in the document retrieval of databases such as the Pubmed,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,and etc.from 1990 to 2017.Previous clinical and basic research results of our team were also combined in the analysis of effective mechanism study on autohemotherapy in the treatment of acne. The results showed that autohemotherapy displayed the treatment effect of acne vulgaris through the regulation of Th1/Th2 immune deviation and micro ecological imbalance of local lesions, which may be one of the important ways in the treatment of acne vulgaris by autohemotherapy. It also reflected the regulation of Yin and Yang to reach the balance. It was concluded that in the future research, taking the effect of Th1/Th2 immune deviation and micro ecological imbalance of local lesions as the starting point,it will provide experimental basis for the effect of regulating Yin and Yang to reach the balance. It can provide certain scientific basis for its clinical application.

Objective To observe the effect of Juli Sanjie Pill(JSP) on estrogen receptor(ER)? and ER? expression in the myometrium and hysteromyoma tissue, and to explore the correlation of ER? and ER? expression levels with the incidence of hysteromyoma. Methods Forty hysteromyoma patients were divided into two groups: 20 patients with operative indications after oral use of JSP and asking for operation, were enrolled in the treatment group, and other 20 patiens without mediation of medicine but asking for operation were in the control group. The ER? and ER? expression levels in hysteromyoma tissue and the surrounding normal myometrium of the two groups were detected by radioimmunoassay. Results There presented the expression of ER? and ER? in the hysteromyoma tissue and the surrounding normal myometrium of the two groups, and the levels in the hysteromyoma tissue were higher than that in the myometrium(P0.05).Conclusion The incidence of hysteromyoma is correlated with the local expression of ER? and ER? in the uterus. The therapeutic mechanism of JSP for hysteromyoma is probably related with the decrease of ER? and ER? expression levels in hysteromyoma tissue and with the decrease of ER? level in the surrounding normal myometrium.

ObjectiveTo determine the effect of total mesorectal excision with double anastomosis instruments(DAIs) in lower rectal carcinoma. MethodsFrom 1995 to 1998,57 cases of middle and lower segement rectal carcinoma were treated by total mesorectal excision with DAIs, and were followed for 3 years. Results No operative death and no anastomotic leakage were noted. Two patients suffered from anastomotic stenosis, but no dysuria and sexual dysfunction occurred. Local recurrence rate was 5.3%(3/57)in the follow-up period. ConclusionsTotal mesorectal excision with DAIs is not only an effective method to maintain pelvic organ function in lower rectal cancer, but also able to improve the living quality of patients and reduce local reccurence.

AIM: In order to study the relationship between the ERK and p38 MAPK activation and the protection of 11, 12-epoxyeicosatrienoic acid (11, 12-EET) and ischemia preconditioning (IP), the effects of 11, 12-EET and ischemic preconditioning on phosphorylated ERK and p38 MAPK during ischemia and reperfusion in rat myocardium were examined. METHODS: The rat heart was subjected to ischemia for 5 min by ligating the left anterior descending coronary artery followed by reperfusion for 5 min (two times) to undergo ischemia preconditioning. The rats were divided into 5 groups: (1) control; (2) sham group; (3) ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) group, in which the rat heart suffered from 60 min ischemia followed by 30 min reperfusion; (4) IP plus I/R group; (5) EET plus I/R group, in which 6.28?10 -8 mol/L 11, 12-EET was injected intravenously 20 min before I/R. The heart function was examined, and phosphorylated ERK and p38 MAPK were detected by Western blot. RESULTS: At 30 min reperfusion, +dp/dt max ,-dp/dt max and LVDP decreased significantly in I/R group compared with sham group, IP plus I/R group and EET plus I/R group; Phosphorylated ERK1/2 level was higher in I/R group than sham group, but was lower in I/R group than IP plus I/R group and EET plus I/R group; Phosphorylated p38 MAPK level was lower in control, sham, IP plus I/R and EET plus I/R group than I/R group. CONCLUSION: 11,12-EET protects rat heart against ischemia/reperfusion injury, the mechanism may be related to activation of ERK1/2 and inhibition of p38 MAPK. [
