China Pharmacy 2015;(29):4121-4123
OBJECTIVE:To observe clinical efficacy and safety of Autoserum eye drops in the treatment of filamentary kerati-tis after excimer laser corneal refractive surgery. METHODS:46 patients (90 eyes) with filamentary keratitis after excimer laser corneal refractive surgery were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 23 cases(45 eyes)in each group. The control group was given clearing mesh+wearing soft contact lens+bFGF eye drops;the observation group was giv-en clearing mesh+ wearing soft contact lens + Autoserum eye drops. The clinical efficacy, cure time, recurrence rate and ADR were compared between 2 groups. RESULTS:The total effective rate of observation group was 93.3%,which was higher than that (82.2%)of the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05);the cure time of observation group was(2.7±1.1)d,which was shortened significantly compared with control group [(3.5±1.2)d],with statistical significance(P<0.05). The recurrence rate of filamentous keratitis was 4.4% in observation group and 15.6% in control group;the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). During the treatment, there were 1 case(1 eyes)of corneal epitheli-al edema in observation group and 2 cases (2 eyes) of corneal epithelial edema in control group, there was no statistical signifi-cance(P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:In the treatment of filamentous keratitis after excimer laser corneal refractive surgery, therapy of clearing mesh+wearing soft contact lens+Autoserum eye drops have high total effective rate, low recurrence rate and short cure period with less ADR.

5.Relationship between Sfrp5 and T2DM macroangiopathy and activation of calcium dobesilate
The Journal of Practical Medicine 2016;32(18):3044-3046
Objective To investigate the relationship between Sfrp5 and T2DM macroangiopathy , and to evaluate the activation of calcium dobesilate. Methods T2DM patients were divided into experimental group (IMT≥0.90 mm,n = 65)and control group (IMT < 0.90 mm, n = 30)and patients in experimental group were randomly further divided into group A (n = 30,treated with calcium dobesilate) and group B (n = 35, treated with routine therapy). Another 20 healthy control were involved as normal group. Sfrp5,IL-10,TC,TG,FPG, HbA1c and IMT were observed before and after treatment. Results Sfrp5 and IL-10 in experimental group and control group were lower than those in normal group (P < 0.01)and Sfrp5 and IL-10 in experimental group were lower than those in control group (P < 0.05). Correlation analysis showed that sfrp5 and IL-10 were negatively correlated with these above-mentioned indicators and Sfrp5 was positively correlated with IL-10(P < 0.05). After 16-week treatment, the contents of FBG, lipid, HbA1c and IMT were decreased in group A and B, but Sfrp5 and IL-10 were increased in group A (P < 0.01). Sfrp5 and IL-10 didn't alter significantly in group B (P >0.05). IMT in group A were decreased when compared with group B (P < 0.05). Conclusion Sfrp5 is negatively correlated with macroangiopathy. Calcium dobesilate can elevate Sfrp5 and IL-10,thus delay the progression of macroangiopathy.
6.Clinical characteristics of anti-N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor encephalitis in children and adults
Chinese Journal of Nervous and Mental Diseases 2016;42(11):658-663
Objective To compare and analyze differences in clinical characteristics, auxiliary examination and im?munotherapy between children with anti-N-methyl-D-aspartate(NMDA) receptor encephalitis and adults. Methods Clinical data was retrospectively collected from 34 cases anti-NMDA receptor encephalitis. All people were divided into the child group and the adult according to the age of onset and the inpatient department. Score of Modified Rankin Scale (mRS) before and after treatment and follow-up period (6 months~24 months) were compared to estimate the neurologi?cal outcomes. Results Data from 34 patients including 19 children and 15 adults was analyzed. Hypoventilation, epilep?sy and status epilepticus were more common in the adult group than in the child. The positive rate of EEG delta brush was higher in child group than in adult group. Two women were complicated by suspicious ovarian teratoma. Intravenous immune globulin was used commonly in the child group, while the plasma exchange or immunosuppressant used common?ly in the adult group. Time of onset to hospital admission and final diagnosis were shorter in the child group than in the adult. Patients requiring ICU were fewer in the child group than in the adult. The scores of mRS were significantly lower in the child group than in the adult at hospital discharge (P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical characteristics is more compli?cated in adults with anti-NMDA receptor encephalitis compared with children including a worse disease severity and a poorer short-term outcome.
7.Survey and Analysis of Preventive Antimicrobial Administration in 230 Patients During Perioperative Pe-riod
China Pharmacy 1991;0(04):-
OBJECTIVE:To find out the situation of the use of antimicrobials in perioperative patients and to evaluate the rationality of use.METHODS: To make a survey of the use of antimicrobials in 230 surgical patients during the period Dec. 2002 - Apr. 2004, and to evaluate the kinds, frequency, cost - effectiveness ratios, combined administration, course, effectiveness and drug adverse react ions. RESULTS: 100 percent patients had received antimicrobials involving 32 kinds of drug and 8 595 case - time. The cost of consumption of antimicrobials per case was 1 183.5 yuans. The average therapeutic course was 21.89 days. The operation incisions healed by first intention in 230 cases. The cost ratios of total drugs and antimicrobials was 1 : 0.41 .CONCLUSION:The supervision of using antimicrobials in perioperative period must be reinforced.
8.Effect of insulin on the secretion of VEGF and its receptor in serum-free cultured bovine thoracic aortic endothelial cells
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2000;0(12):-
AIM: This study was designed to investigate the secretion of VEGF and its receptor (flt-1 or flk-1/KDR) protein by cultured bovine thoracic aortic endothelial cells treated with various insulin concentrations. METHODS: Endothelial cells was isolated from bovine thoracic aorta, and cultured in serum-free medium, then incubated with different insulin concentrations (30 mU/L, 300 mU/L, 3 000 mU/L). The level of VEGF and its receptor (flt-1 or flk-1/KDR) protein were detected by immunohistochemical staining. RESULTS: As compared with no insulin group, the expression of VEGF protein in low insulin concentration (30 mU/L and 300 mU/L) groups were significantly increased (P0.05) was observed. CONCLUSION: Low concentration insulin up-regulates the VEGF protein expression, while high concentration insulin down-regulates the VEGF protein expression in bovine thoracic aortic endothelial cells, but insulin had no directly effect on the VEGF receptor (flt-1 or flk-1/KDR) protein expression in bovine thoracic aortic endothelial cells. Chinese Journal of Anesthesiology 1996;0(07):-
Objective: To study the effects of the different doses of midazolam in fibreoptic gastroscopy on sedation, respiratory and circulatory function. Method: One hundred and four outpatients undergoing fibreoptic gastroscopy were randomly divided into four groups. The control group(N)was not given drugs, the other groups were intravenously given midazolam 0.07mg/kg(MS),0.05mg/kg(M),diazepam 10mg(D)respectively. The sedative scores, symptom, amnesia,HR,MAP and blood gases were observed. Result: The sedative scores of MS,M and D groups were much better than that of control group. There were significant differences in sedative scores, amnesia and sedative period between MS group and D group or M group. MAP decreased one minute after administering the drugs in MS,D and M groups significantly. The results of blood gases analysis of all groups were in normal ranges. Conclusion: Midazolam 0.07mg/kg can produce safe and effective sedation for fibreoptic gastroscopy.
10.Research Progress in Prevention and Treatment of Postoperative Abdominal Adhesions by Ligustrazine
World Science and Technology-Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;(6):1290-1294
Ligustrazine is one of the active ingredients of chuanxiong. Modern medical research indicated that ligustrazine had the effect of improving microcirculation, anti-inflammatory, anti-fibrosis, which showed the potential function of ligustrazine in the prevention and treatment of postoperative abdominal adhesions. The basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) also believed that ligustrazine had the unique double effect of regulating both qi and blood. Therefore, ligustrazin had broad research and application prospects in the prevention and treatment of postoperative abdominal adhesions. This article reviewed studies of ligustrazine in the prevention and treatment of postoperative abdominal adhesions in recent years from four aspects, which were theoretical basis, clinical application, mechanism research and pharmaceutical dosage forms. It identified the research status and advantages of ligustrazine in the prevention and treatment of postoperative abdominal adhesions. It also pointed out shortages in the clinical application, such as unstandardized medication, small sample size study and etc. There were insufficient deep and clear studies in the research of mechanism. In the aspect of pharmaceutical dosage forms, the thinking should be expanded with innovation. It will provide basis and direction for research and application in the future, in order to further elucidate mechanisms in the prevention and treatment of postoperative abdominal adhesions as well as provide theory basis, research thinking and methods for the real display of advantages in TCM.
