Peer review anti assessment includes the evaluation of expert and index system in two parts. The current status of anti-assessment study mainly focused on expert, much of the index system anti-assessment study reports. As can be seen from the status, the anti-assessment system not yet formed and the application is rare.In urgent need of further research to improve our peer-reviewed scientific research.

Objective To investigate insulin resistance in type 1 diabetes(T1DM)with euglycemic-hyperinsulinemic clamp. Methods Eight cases of newly diagnosed T1DM and 8 cases of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes(T2DM)were selected.Their insulin sensitivity index(ISI)was evaluated with euglycemic-hyperinsulinemic clamp after 2 week insulin intensive treatment and compared with that of 10 heMthy volunteers(normal control group,NC group). Results Age,BMI,fasting insulin(Fins),fasting C-peptide in the TI DM group were significantly lower than those in the NC group.while waist-to-hip ratio (WHR),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C were not significantly different between the T1DM and NC groups.Age,BMI,WHR,Fins, fasting C-peptide,SBP,TC,TG in the T1DM group were significantly lower than those in the T2DM group. The ISI of the NC,TlDM and T2DM groups were 12.83±1.09,9.95±0.50,3.80±0.20,respectively.There was significant difference among the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The ISI in T1DM Was significantly lower than that in NC group, but higher than that in T2DM.

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of intravenous thrombolysis with recombinant tissue plasminogen activator (rt-PA) in patients with maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) and acute ischemic stroke. Methods:The clinical data of 235 patients with acute ischemic stroke receiving MHD were collected in our hospital from March 2018 to October 2021. According to the treatment methods chosen by themselves, these patients were divided into control group ( n=70, only receiving standardized secondary stroke prevention), rt-PA low-dose group ( n=85, receiving rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis, 0.6 mg/kg) and rt-PA standard-dose group ( n=80, receiving rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis, 0.9 mg/kg). The effective rate 24 h after treatment, good efficacy rate 7 d after treatment, and good prognosis rate and mortality 90 d after treatment were used to evaluate the effectiveness. The incidences of intracranial hemorrhage, symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage, and severe extracranial hemorrhage 90 d after treatment were used to evaluate the safety. Results:There was no statistical difference in the good prognosis rate 90 d after treatment among the rt-PA low-dose group, the rt-PA standard-dose group and the control group (71.8%, 68.8%, and 64.3%; P>0.05), but the effective rate 24 h after treatment and good efficacy rate 7 d after treatment in the rt-PA low-dose group and rt-PA standard-dose group (44.7%, 57.7%; 46.3%, 62.5%) were both significantly higher than those in the control group (27.1%, 38.6%; P<0.05). The mortality 90 d after treatment in the rt-PA low-dose group (7.1%) was significantly lower than that in the rt-PA standard-dose group (22.5%) and control group (21.4%, P<0.05). The incidences of intracranial hemorrhage and symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage in the rt-PA low-dose group (8.2%, 3.5%) were significantly lower than those in the rt-PA standard-dose group (22.5%, 16.3%; P<0.05), and the incidences of extracranial complications and gastrointestinal bleeding (5.9%, 1.2%) were significantly lower than those in the rt-PA standard-dose group (18.8%, 10.0%; P<0.05). Conclusion:Intravenous thrombolytic therapy with 0.6 mg/kg rt-PA is recommended for acute ischemic stroke patients receiving MHD.

ObjectiveTo investigate the epidemic characteristics and influencing factors of acute conjunctivitis caused by human adenovirus(HAdv)in Yantian District of Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province from 2014 to 2022, and to provide evidence for formulating effective prevention and control measures. MethodsDescriptive epidemiology was used to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of acute hemorrhagic conjunctivitis (AHC) cases reported from the Chinese disease prevention and control information system. Etiological characteristics of laboratory-confirmed cases were analyzed, and a case-control study method of test-negative design (TND) was conducted as well. According to the result of HAdv detection, analysis was used to identify the influencing factors of morbidity. ResultsA total of 1 005 AHC cases were reported in Yantian District, Shenzhen City from 2014 to 2022, with an average annual incidence rate of 49.49/105. The incidence rate ranged from 4.67/105 to 117.28/105. The peak incidence occurred from July to October each year, with a male-to-female ratio of 1.42∶1. The median (P25,P75) age of onset was 29(12,40) years. A total of 716 eye swabs were collected for etiological detection from 2014 to 2022. HAdv positive detection rate was 36.45% (263/716), Cox 24v positive detection rate was 0.28% (2/716), while EV70 was not detected. The longest viral shedding time in eye swabs was 10 days, with a median of 2 days. The highest HAdv positive detection rate (47.47%) was observed when the sampling-to-onset interval was 4‒5 days, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), with a trend of first increasing and then decreasing. Multivariate logistic regressing analysis showed that aged 18‒ years, and average temperature higher than 24.90 ℃ 3 days before onset (P<0.05) were the risk factors for acute HAdv conjunctivitis. ConclusionAHC in Yantian District, Shenzhen City showed a low level of prevalence from 2014 to 2022, with HAdv being the predominant pathogen. The peak period of viral shedding occurred on the 4th to 5th day after symptom onset, suggesting the importance of adherence to strict home isolation for infected persons. Aged18‒ years and average temperature increased 3 days before onset are associated with an increased risk of adenoviral conjunctivitis. It is recommended to strengthen personal protection and keep doing a good job of AHC surveillance and early warning, so as to timely prevent the outbreaks of AHC.
