Stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) can treat the lesions in asurgical manner and inhibit tumor cell proliferation.Furthermore,it has a character of non-invasive,which shortens the duration of treatment.Although surgery and radiotherapy are the major means for early stage peripheral non-small cell lung cancer,some studies in recent years show that SBRT has certain advantages in local control ratio and adverse reaction compared with radiotherapy,and acquires the similar curative effect with surgery.

Objective To observe the effect of application in canicular days on the quality of life and immune substances in patients with allergic rhinitis (AR), and its therapeutic efficacy for AR. Method Sixty-four AR patients were divided into a treatment group of 34 cases and a control group of 30 cases by using the random number table. The treatment group was intervened by acupoint application in canicular days, while the control group was by placebo adhered to the same points. The Short-Form (36) Health Survey (SF-36) and Self-rating Rhinitis Scale (RS) were evaluated before and after the intervention; the serum total immunoglobulin E (T-IgE) and eosinophil cationic protein (ECP) were detected before and after each treatment session, and the changes of the parameters were compared. Result The global scores of SF-36 and RS, and the level of serum ECP were significantly changed after intervention (P<0.05); there was no significant change in serum T-IgE after treatment (P>0.05). Conclusion Application in canicular days can promote the quality of life, improve rhinitis symptoms, and down-regulate the level of serum ECP, indicating that application in canicular days can produce a satisfactory efficacy in treating allergic rhinitis.

Objective:To study the moxibustion at Guanyuan(CV 4)and Tianshu(ST 25)on intestinal dvsbacteriosis in rats.Methods:Fifty Wistar rats,clearing grade,were randomly divided into 5 groups,a normal group,a model group,a medical group,and a Guanyuan(CV 4)group and a Tianshu(ST 25)group,with 10 rats in each group.The rats were treated with Lincomycin Hydrochloride via intragastric administration for developing models.The model rats were treated with medicine and moxibustion respectively.0.1 g fresh rat feces in each group were cultured on the selective culture medium of bifidobacterium species(BS),lactobacillus(LBS),enterobactefiaceae(EB)and enterococcus(EC).The growth and quantity of the bacterial colony were tested by biochemical identification tubes and turbidimetry.Results:Moxibustion at Guanyuan(CV 4)increased BS and LBS while moxibustion at Tianshu(ST 25)improved EB and EC.Conclusion:Moxibustion at Front-Mu points Of different body parts selectively regulated advantaged probiotics for treating intestinal dysbactenosis.

Background Retina fixed flat-mount perfused by Evans blue (EB) is a common method for the evaluation of blood-retinal barrier (BRB).However,previous method is inconvenient for some laboratories because the retinal specimen can not be observed by gereral microscope rather than confocal laser scanning microscope after the fixation.Objective This study was to modify the preparing way of flat-mounted retina in order to obtain transparent specimen for the observation of rat retinal vessels and the evaluation of leakage under the ordinary fluorescence microscope.Methods Forty male SD rats were divided into the control group,diabetes mellitus (DM) 1-month group,DM 3-month group and DM 6-month group according to the random number table.Streptozotocinum (STZ) of 2％ dissolved in 0.05 mmol/L sodium citrate-hydrochloric acid buffer was intraperitoneally injected in SD rats to establish DM models,and the equal volume of solvent was injected in the same way in the control rats.One month,three months and six months after injection,EB of 30 g/L was injected via rat femoral vein in the dose of 45 mg/kg.Fifteen minutes after injection of EB,the rats were sacrificed and the retinas were isolated and cut radially to prepare the flat-mounted retinas in PBS immediately and then were dried till the specimens were transparent.The specimens were examined under the fluorescence microscope.The percentage of EB leakage was quantitatively calculated by IPP 6.0 software.All procedures were performed following approval of the institutional animal care and use committee of Tianjin Medical University.Results The retina morphology was normal in the control group,and EB filled the vessels,exhibiting the red fluorescence under the fluorescence microscope.Compared with the control group,retinal background fluorescence was enhanced slightly in the DM 1-month group,and focal leakage of the EB from capillaries and focal dilated vessels were found in the DM 3-month group,further,vascular caliber inequality,retinal hypoperfusion area and a larger number of hyperfluorescence areas were seen in the DM 6-month group.The percentage of leakage area was (0.05 ±0.02) ％,(0.27 ±0.06) ％,(1.17 ±0.18)％ and (4.77 ±0.66)％ in the control group,DM 1-month group,DM 3-month group and DM 6-month group,respectively,showing a significant difference among the four groups (F =795.800,P＜0.001),and the leakage area was obviously larger in the DM 3-month group and DM 6-month group than that in thecontrol group (q'=10.338,q'=43.475,both at P＜0.001).Conclusions Modified EB-perfused retinal wholemount method is easy and helpful for clear visualization of retinal vessel leakage induced by BRB breakdown in the diabetic rats under the common fluorescence microscope.

Objective To investigate the interactional roles corticosterone and stress played during the PTSD-Like memory impairment.Methods First we established the model of PTSD-like memory using three levels of electric shock:0 mA,0.8 mA and 1.4 mA.The freezing time percent of each group were calculated 24 hours later in order to find which group of rats obtained the PTSD-like memory,and generalizing tests was used to verify it.After the model was established,rats received adrenalectomy (ADX) were operated bilaterally in order to investigate the effect of corticosterone and fed with corticosterone in the drinking water 7 days before fear conditioning.These rats were divided into four groups:control group (no corticosterone supplement,0 mA shock),Cort group (corticosterone supplement,0 mA shock),shock group (no corticosterone supplement,1.4 mA shock),Cort-shock group (corticosterone supplement,1.4 mA shock).A two-way factorial analysis of variance was used to determine whether there was a significant interaction between corticosterone and shock.Results The freezing time percent of group 0.8 mA raised compared with the group 0 mA,whereas the freezing time percent of group 1.4 mA showed reversely and the generalizing effects appeared,compared with group 0.8 mA.In two-way factorial analysis design,the freezing time percent of Cort-shock group significantly increased (P＜0.05) compared with other groups,and there was no significant variance among the other groups.Corticosterone (F=6.464,P＜0.05) and stress (F=53.419,P ＜0.01) played parts in the formation of PTSD-like memory impairment,and they interacted with each other (F=11.580,P＜0.05).Conclusion PTSD-like memory impairment can be induced on rats with high (1.4 mA) electrical shock,and they have interactional effect with each other in the process.

Objective To develop a novel stress fracture animal model system based on dynamic cyclic mechanical loading.Methods Ulnae and tibiae of rats were respectively fixed using differently shaped fixtures (including a fixed holder and a movable holder).The axial mechanical loading was applied via a linear actuator based on LabVIEW control program.During the loading process,a load cell and a laser displacement transducer were used to detect the force and displacement changes in the limbs,respectively.The two signals were sampled at real time by PC-based LabVIEW data acquisition program.A compressive loading test (peak force of 50 N) was conducted to examine the consistency and reliability of cyclic loads after completing the loading system.The loading system and an ElectroForce 3220 mechanical testing machine were respectively used to measure and compare the Young's modulus of a standard ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE)cylinder to calibrate the loading system.Results The compressive loading test (peak force of 50 N) demonstrated that the mechanical loading system was able to apply consistent loads with controllable intensity and time.The calibration experiment indicated the accuracy of the loading system.Conclusion The novel mechanical loading device has characteristics of precision,scientificity and reliability,and it is approaching the real development situation of stress fracture,which may provide a reliable experimental base for exploring the precautionary measures of stress fracture.

Objective To investigate the effect of atorvastatin on blood lipid and carotid atherosclerosis in patients with hyperlipidemia and cerebral infarction.Methods 98 patients with hyperlipidemia and cerebral in-farction in our hospital from September 2014 to February 2017 were selected and divided into observation group(49 cases)and control group(49 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,the observation group was treated with atorvastatin on the ba-sis of the control group.The two groups were treated for 4 weeks.The ADL score,NIHSS score,blood lipid index,carotid IM T and carotid plaque area were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results ADL score of the patients in the observation group after treatment higher was than the control group (t=12.7783,P<0.05),NIHSS score was lower than the control group(t=10.941,P<0.05);LDL-C,TC and TG levels after treatment in the observation group were than in the control group(t= 17.239,9.216, 9.800,P<0.05),while the HDL-C level was higher than the control group(t=7.683.P<0.05);the patients in the observation group were treated by carotid artery IM T and carotid plaque area was higher than that of the control group(t=8.919,6.344,P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin can improve hyperlipidemia in pa-tients with cerebral infarction and carotid atherosclerosis,dyslipidemia,has the important research signifi-cance.

Objective To investigate the value of multi-phase contrast enhanced MR in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of thyroid nodules. Methods From September 2015 to January 2018,176 patients with 257 thyroid nodules(109 malignant and 148 benign)preoperatively evaluated by multi-phase contrast enhanced MR were included in the present study.The final diagnoses for all cases were proved by the final pathological reports in our hospital.The diagnostic value of multi-phase contrast enhanced MR in thyroid nodules was analyzed retrospectively. Results The outflow ring sign can be regarded as a specific sign of papillary thyroid carcinoma (χ2＝125.03,P＝0.000)and the diagnostic sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value and negative predictive value were 66.06%,98.65%,97.30%and 79.78%,respectively.The obvious enhancement was more common in benign thyroid nodules (χ2＝33.45,P＝0.000)and it can be regarded as a specific sign of adenoma and adenomatoid nodule(χ2＝74.7 5 ,P＝0.000 ).Conclusion The multi-phase contrast enhanced MR has important clinical application value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of thyroid nodules.The outflow ring sign can be regarded as a specific sign of papillary thyroid carcinoma,and the obvious enhancement was an important feature of benign nodules,especially of adenoma and adenomatoid nodules.

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical features of liver function and coagulation function in patients with Alongshan virus (ALSV) infection. MethodsClinical data were collected from 27 patients with ALSV infection who were admitted to Inner Mongolia General Forestry Hospital from May 2018 to September 2019, among whom there were 18 male patients and 9 female patients. Related data were extracted, and a database of relevant case reports was established. The descriptive epidemiological method was used to analyze the clinical features of liver function and coagulation markers, and the features of liver injury caused by ALSV infection were analyzed. ResultsFor the 27 patients, the abnormal rates of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT), cholinesterase, and total bile acid were 25.9%, 33.3%, 25.9%, 40.7%, 8%, and 8%, respectively; among the 27 patients, 4 (14.8%) had an ALT level of ＞2×upper limit of normal (ULN), 3 (11.1%) had an AST level of ＞2×ULN, 1 (3.7%) had an ALP level of ＞2×ULN, and 5 (18.5%) had a GGT level of ＞2×ULN. Among the 27 patients, 25 (17 male patients and 8 female patients) had the results of bilirubin test, among whom 1 had a reduction in total bilirubin (TBil) (3.30 μmol/L) and 3 had an increase in TBil (23.7 μmol/L, 26.2 μmol/L, and 32 μmol/L, respectively). The abnormal rates of the coagulation markers international normalized ratio, activated partial thromboplastin time, and fibrinogen were 3.7%, 11.1%, and 22.2%, respectively. ConclusionThere is a certain degree of liver injury in patients with ALSV infection, generally with mild symptoms.

Conclusion HPTClesionshavelargervolume,irregularshape,mixedT2WIsignals,mixedDWIsignalsandhigherADCvalues. Significantlyhighsignal,segmentationlinearlowsignal,lacesignandgyrus-likestructurearecommonlyobservedonT2WI.Delayed mass-likeenhancementpatternismorecommon.ThesecharacteristicscouldcontributetothediagnosisofHPTC.
