Objective To discuss the effects of two different fluid resuscitation methods on early resuscitation and clinical prognosis in traumatic shock patients. Methods One hundred and twenty-six patients were treated with two different fluid resuscitation methods in traumatic shock (TS). These patients were randomly divided into 2 groups according to the strategy: the conventional resuscitation group (conventional group, 66 cases), the hypertouic saline solution resuscitation group (hypertonic saline group, 60 cases). The heart rate, blood pressure, breath, blood Na+ ,blood Cl-, the original thrombin time before and after the resuscitation and the syndrome were observed and analyzed. Results The input in the conventional group was (3000±500) mL, in the hypertonic saline group was (2000±200) mL. The difference of the input between the two groups was significant (P < 0. 05). The difference of the heart rate, blood pressure, breath, and the original thrombin time before and after half hour to one hour of the resuscitation in the two groups was not significant (P<0.05). The difference of the blood NA+, blood CL- and the original thrombin time before and after half hour to one hour of the resuscitation in the two groups was not significant (P <0. 05). The difference of the ARDS incidence, MODS incidence, cure rate and death rate from onset of the diseases to hospitalization in the two groups was significant (P <0. 05). Conclusions The fluid resuscitation strategy with hypertonic saline in early period of traumatic shock is efficient, which can work well with low fluid quantity, enhance blood pressure in short time, improve breath quality, save time for the operation of the primary injury, heighten the resuscitation rate, decrease the syndrome incidences and the death rate. The early fluid resuscitation strategy is worthy of clinical application and popularization.

An expression of ras oncogene protein (p21) was assessed with immunohistochemistry in normal, dysplasia, benign hyperplasia, chronic prostatitis and prostatic carcinomatous tissues. The results showed that the positivity rate of p21 was higher in prostatic carcinoma than that in other prostatic lesions and was markedly correlated to histologic tumor grade. The expression level of p21 was more intentive in prostatic dysplasia surrounding carcinoma than that in simple prostatic dysplasia. It is suggested that overexpression of ras oncogene p21 product may play an important role in progressing from dysplasia to cancer and may be used as a new tumor marker for assessment of biological behavior of prostatic carcinoma.

Objective To explore the feasibility of the reconstruction of three dimensional dynamic finite element model of the knee joint based on two-dimensional CT and MRI image data. To analyze the impact of mobile-bearing versus fixed-bearing platform prostheses of the knee joint on patellofemoral stress by the finite element method. Methods A three-dimensional digital model of the knee joint including bone, cartilage, meniscus, ligaments and tendons was reconstructed through the Mimics software. The best clinical bone cutting angle and implant placement position measurement were simulated according to the standard of total knee replacement by computers in a three-dimensionalknee model. A three-dimensional dynamic finite element model of mobile-bearing and fixed-bearing total knee arthroplasties was reconstructed finally. The data was analyzed by the SPSS 19.0 software. The test standard level α was 0.05. Results There was no significant difference in the peak value of patellofemoral stresses between fixed-bearing and mobile-bearing platform posterior cruciate-substituting prostheses at 0° ,30° ,60° ,90° ,or 120° of knee flexion(P>0.05). Conclusion There is no significant difference in the peak value of patellofemoral stresses between fixed-bearing and mobile-bearing platform prostheses.

Objective:To investigate the relationship of papillary thyroid microcarcinoma (PTMC) with serum thyroglobulin. Methods:Data of 539 patients with papillary thyroid nodule (≤1cm) in Department of Thyroid and Breast Surgery of the Second Hospital of Anhui Medical University and the Department of Oncology Surgery of Suzhou Municipal Hospital for thyroidectomy were retrospectively analyzed. All of the nodules were classified as TI-RADS 4b with ultrasound. According to the postoperative pathological results, patients were divided into PTMC group (experiment group) and benign tumor group (control group) . The PTMC patients were also divided into lymph node metastasis group (experiment group) and no lymph node metastasis group (control group) based on the cervical lymph node metastasis. Then we analyzed the relationship between thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) , thyroglobulin antibody (TgAb) , thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb) and thyroglobulin (Tg) with PTMC and lymph node metastasis by SPSS.Results:Age, TSH, Tg and TgAb were independent risk factors for PTMC, B: -0.020, 0.192, 0.026, 0.008, 95% CI: 0.962-0.998, 1.045-1.404, 1.015-1.038, 1.003-1.014, both P<0.05. The relations between PTMC and TSH, Tg and TgAb were positive, while age was in negative correlation with PTMC. Meanwhile, age and thyroglobulin (Tg) were also independent risk factors for lymph node metastasis in PTMC patients, B: -0.025, 0.014, 95% CI: 0.957-0.994, 1.008-1.021, both P<0.05. Age was negatively correlated with lymph node metastasis and Tg was positively correlated with lymph node metastasis. Tg level higher than 26.520 ng/ml indicated that the nodule was PTMC (sensitivity: 0.560, specificity: 0.719) , and Tg level higher than 36.695 ng/ml predicted lymph node metastasis in PTMC patients (sensitivity: 0.532, specificity: 0.788) . Conclusion:Tg is a sensitive serum index for identifying PTMC from benign thyroid nodule, and it is also related to lymph node metastasis in PTMC patients.

This paper aims to construct a Bayesian(BN) fault diagnosis model of traditional Chinese medicine dry granulation based on the failure model and effect analysis(FMEA), effectively control risk factors and ensure the quality of granules.Firstly, the risk ana-lysis of dry granulation process was carried out with FMEA, and the selected medium and high risk factors were taken as node variables to establish corresponding BN network with causality.According to the mathematical reasoning method of probability theory, the model was accurately inferred and verified by Netica, and the granule nonconformance was used as the evidence for reversed reasoning to determine the most likely cause of the failure that affected the granule quality. The BN fault diagnosis model of traditional Chinese medicine dry gra-nulation was established based on the medium and high risk factors of process, prescription and equipment screened out by FMEA, such as roller pressure, raw material viscosity, clearance between rollers in the paper. The fault diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine dry granulation process was then carried out according to the model, and the posterior probability of each node under the premise of nonconforming granule quality was obtained. This method could provide strong support for operators to quickly eliminate faults and make decisions, so as to improve the efficiency and accuracy for fault diagnosis and prediction, with innovation in its application.

Chinese Journal of School Health 2024;45(5):684-688
Objective:
To explore the associations of physical activity and sleep quality with anxiety and depressive symptoms in college students, in order to provide empirical support and theoretical guidance for mental health intervention among college students.
Methods:
From March to April 2023, 2 099 college students from universities in 6 different provinces were selected by a convenient sampling method. Physical activity, sleep quality, anxiety and depressive symptoms were evaluated by the International Physical Activity Questionnaire Short Form (IPAQSF), the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), the Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale (CESD) and the Anxiety SelfRating Scale (SAS), respectively. Descriptive statistics and Logistic regression models were used to analyze the data.
Results:
The reporting rates of lowintensity, moderateintensity, and highintensity physical activity among college students were 30.3%, 45.3%, and 24.4%, respectively. Moreover, among the participants, anxiety was detected in 21.6% and depressive symptoms in 39.9%, while 62.3% experienced poor sleep quality. Compared with males, females exhibited a lower proportion of highintensity physical activity (22.3% vs 42.8%), while reported higher proportions of moderateintensity (48.1% vs 40.8%) and lowintensity physical activity (29.5% vs 16.4%). Additionally, the proportion of females reporting poor sleep quality (65.0%) was higher than that of males (58.0%) (χ2=110.15, 10.70, P<0.05). The proportion of girls (43.8%) with depressive sypmtoms was higher than that of boys (33.9%) (χ2=20.48, P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that high physical activity was negatively correlated with anxiety and depression (OR=0.45, 0.33), poor sleep quality was positively correlated with anxiety and depressive symptoms (OR=3.89, 3.94) (P<0.01).The interaction effect between high physical activity and good sleep quality was associated with the reduction of anxiety and depression among college students (OR=0.14, 0.08, P<0.01).
Conclusions
Physical activity and sleep quality are associated with anxiety and depressive symptoms among college students. The interventions for mental health problems such as depression and anxiety among college students should aim to improve physical activity and sleep quality.

Chinese Journal of Medical Genetics 2010;27(4):428-432
OBJECTIVETo investigate the association of the polymorphisms of cytochrome P450 2C9 (CYP2C9) exon 4 608T/G, 561A/C, 537A/C and 527A/C, and -65G/C with warfarin sensitivity.
METHODSA total of 102 patients under warfarin anticoagulant therapy were selected. During follow-up, warfarin dosage and associated Prothrombin Time-International Normalized Ratio (P-INR) values were recorded. Simultaneous monitoring of incidence of bleeding and thrombosis adverse effect was recommended. Genetic polymorphisms of the above mentioned loci were identified by polymerase chain reaction and DNA sequencing.
RESULTSThe average age of the 102 patients was (62.1+/-10.5) years. The body mass index (BMI) was (24.7+/-3.8) kg/m2. Mean daily warfarin requirement was from 1.250 to 5.077 mg/day when therapeutic PT-INR (1.5-2.5) was maintained. DNA sequencing showed no polymorphisms of 608T/G, 561A/C, 537A/C, 527A/C in CYP2C9 exon 4. Warfarin daily dosage in CYP2C9 exon 4 -65C carriers was 3.106+/-0.619 mg/d, while it was (2.555+/-0.708) mg/d in individuals with wild-type -65G (P=0.020). Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analysis showed that warfarin daily dosage of more than 2.5 mg/d can be used to predict the CYP2C9 exon 4 -65GC genotype (AUC: 0.770, P=0.005, 95%CI:0.626-0.915). Logistic regression indicated that BMI was an independent factor of bleeding during anti-coagulation therapy (OR=0.794, 95%CI: 0.651-0.970, P=0.024).
CONCLUSIONThe Chinese population are, generally, warfarin-sensitive. Exon 4 of the CYP2C9 gene is highly conserved in this population. The warfarin maintenance dosage in CYP2C9 exon 4 -65CG carriers was significantly higher than those with wild-type -65GG. The clinical significance needs further investigation with more large-scale, multi-center trials.
