To investigate the Th1/Th2 profile in peripheral blood of patients suffering from condyloma acuminatum (CA) with or without genital herpes. The levels of the intracellular cytokines (IFN ? and IL 4) of CD4 + T lymphocytes of peripheral blood were assayed by flow cytometry in 35 patients with CA (among them 15 patients were complicated by genital herpes) and 20 healthy volunteers as controls. The study aims to investigate the incidence of bacterial vaginitis(BV) in female patients with condyloma acuminatum. In eighty-seven female patients with condyloma acuminatum, the incidence of BV was 37.93%. The incidence of relapse of condyloma acuminatum was markedly higher in patients with complication of BV compared with those without BV. The results suggested that vaginal infection may contribute to relapse of condyloma acuminatum.

Objective To express the unique gene of herpes simplex virus type 2(HSV-2) gG-2(gG-2T) in E.coli BL21,and study preliminarily the lemologic characteristics of gG-2T protein. Methods We cloned the gene of gG-2T and had gG-2T fusion protein expressed in E.coli BL21,and identified its activity by Western blot and indirect ELISA.Results Glycoprotein G-2T fusion protein could combine with GST polyclonal antibody through gG-2T fusion protein expressed in prokaryotic system and SDS-PAGE had a specific binding strap in 46 ku nearby.The gG-2T fusion protein could react with HSV-2 patients' serum,but not with HSV-1 patients' serum and r-Globulin.Conclusion We obtained gG-2T fusion protein,which can combine with GST polyclonal antibody and react with HSV-2 patients' serum specifically.It will provide an experimental basis for diagnostic kit and vaccine of gG-2 protein target area.

ObjectiveTo explore the clinical efficacy and safety of autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation(APBSCT) in the treatment of pemphigus.MethodsTotally,3 patients with pemphigus vulgaris who responsed poorly to 6-month treatment with glucocorticoids or immunosuppressants or experienced aggrevation of disease and developed treatment-related complications,received APBSCT and were followed up for more than 5 years.There were 1 male and 2 females with an average age of 27.3(21-39) years.The mobilization program included cyclophosphamide (CTX) 4 g/m2,recombinant human granulocyte colonystimulating factors(G-CSF) and Rituximab 375 mg/m2,and the preconditioning regimen included intravenous CTX (50 mg/kg per day on days -6,-5,-4,-3),antithymocyte globulin at 2.5 mg/kg per day(on days -3,-2,-1 and 0) and Rituximab (600 mg/d on days 0 and 7).ResultsAll the 3.patients were successfully engrafted.The mean time for peripheral reconstruction:white blood cells 13.3 days (from day 11 to 16),platelet 16.3 days (from day 16 to 17).Monitoring of immunity indices and related antibodies showed no abnormality and the immune system was well reconstructed.No serious complications occurred during the follow up,and the patients' quality of life was obviously improved.ConclusionAPBSCT may be an effective and safe option for the treatment of pemphigus.

Objective To investigate the application effect of swallowing training and ice stimulation combined with electromyography biofeedback therapy in stroke patients with swallowing and coughing .Methods Seventy-nine stroke swallowing and coughing patients treated were collected and were randomly divided into two groups (39 cases in control group,40 cases in observation group ) according to the digital table .The control group was treated with normal swallowing training,while the observation group was treated with ice stimulation combined with electromyography biofeedback therapy.The clinical intervention effect and the VFSS results before and after the intervention were observed and compared .The complications of the two groups were statistically analyzed .Results The total effective rate of the observation group [90.00％(36/40)] was higher than that of the control group [71.79％(28/39),χ2 =4.255,P=0.039].After eight-week intervention,the VFSS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(t=12.173,P=0.000);and the incidence rate of complications of the observation group [7.50％(3/40)] was lower than that of the control group [25.64％(10/39),χ2 =4.727,P=0.030].Conclusion Swallowing training and ice stimulation combined with electromyography biofeedback therapy can significantly improve the swallowing function of stroke patients with swallowing and coughing ,and it is safe .

Objective To explore the influence of triple anti-tumor therapy which bases on sirolimus combined huaier granule and thymosin α-1 on T lymphocyte of rat model with liver cancer recurrence after transplantation.Methods Seventy-two Sprague-Dawley(SD)rats were randomly divided into triple therapy group,sirolimus group,huaier-granule group,thymosin α-1 group,positive-control group and blank group (n=1 2 in each group).Except the blank group,rats in all the other groups were established the simulation animal model of liver cancer recurrence after liver transplantation by chemical-induced method.After the model was established,rats in the positive control group were executed to appraise whether the model was successful.The proportion of regulatory T cells (Treg)of CD4 + T lymphocytes in peripheral blood (Treg%),the percentage of CD4 + T lymphocyte of total lymphocyte(CD4 +T%)and the percentage of CD8 + T lymphocyte of total lymphocyte (CD8 +T%),were detected by the flow cytometry respectively.The relationship between Treg% and CD4 + T %,CD8 + T %,the ratio of CD4 +/CD8 + T lymphocytes(CD4 +/CD8 +)was analyzed by the method of Spearman rank correlation.Results Pathological section of rat liver tissue suggested that the rat model was established successfully.Treg % of positive control group was higher than that of blank group,the difference had statistical significance(P <0.05).Treg% of triple therapy group was significantly lower than that of the positive control group,huaier-granule group,thymosin α-1 group,and significantly higher than the blank group (all in P <0.05 ).Compared with positive-control group,CD4 +T% and CD8 +T% of triple therapy group,sirolimus group and thymosin α-1 group were significantly higher (all in P <0.05).CD4 +T%and CD8 +T% of triple therapy group were significantly higher than those of thymosin α-1 group,sirolimus group and huaier-granule group(all in P <0.05).The relationship between Treg% and CD4 +T%,CD8 +T%, CD4 +/CD8 + in peripheral blood were negatively correlated for rats in each group.In addition,the triple anti-tumor therapy decreased the negative correlation between Treg% and CD4 +/CD8 +.Conclusions Sirolimus based triple anti-tumor therapy can decrease the peripheral blood Treg level of the liver cancer rat,increase the number of T lymphocyte and CD4 +/CD8 +,and play the role of anti tumor cell growth and proliferation.
