Objective To retrospectively analyze the factors associated with the occurrence of occupation exposure in 75 medical workers, and to explore the effective intervention countermeasures. Methods The occurrence situation of the whole staff occupation exposure from January 2012 to December 2013 was retrospectively analyzed. Results In 75 medical personnel of occupation expo-sure,the nursing staff had the highest occurrence rate of occupation exposure, accounting for 81.33%,followed by doctors,account-ing for 13.33%;The major departments with the occupation exposure occurrence were the oncology, hematology and nephrology, accouting for 17.33%,followed by the general surgery(14.67%)and neurology(13.33%);the main links of occupation exposure were the used items settling after operating, accounting for 37.67%,followed by withdrawal of infusion needle, accounting for 37. 33%;the main instruments of occupation exposure were the injection needle(37.67%),followed by the infusion needdle(37.33%);top three of the occupation exposure source were unidentified source, negative pathogen and hepatitis B(48%,36%,12%);75 cases of occupation exposure did not develop infection after the timely wound treatment, preventive medication and regular follow-up. Conclusion Perfecting the occupation exposure management system, establishing and perfecting the occupation safety protection system, strengthening the training, increasing the overall occupation safety awareness, improving the nursing manpower shortage and standardizing the operation process are the effective measures and means for reducing the medical staff occupation exposure.

Objective To establish a HPLC fingerprint analysis method of salt-prepared Cortex Phellodendri. Methods C18 column was used, with gradient elution by the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1 % phosphoric acid (contained 0.2 % triethylamine). The detection wavelength was at 230 nm, and the flow rate was at 0.8 mL/min. Results Seventeen characteristic peaks were selected and the fingerprints on HPLC was set up. Conclusion HPLC fingerprint method is reproducible, accurate and stable, and can be used for the quality control of salt-prepared Cortex Phellodendri.

Objective To study the effect of different extraction parts from Xiongjiang Decoction(XD) on promoting uterine muscle contraction(UMC).Methods UMC in normal mice was measured in vitro by applying serologic pharmacological test. Results Alcohol extracts of XD had an obvious effect on promoting UMC,but the volatile oil and water-extraction alcohol-precipitation extracts had an inhibitory effect.Chloroform part of alcohol extracts had a stronger effect on UMC than other extraction parts. Conclusion The different parts or components extracted from the same decoction have different effects.
6.Effect of intra-articular ozone injection on degenerative cartilage of the rat's knee
Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(11):-
[Objective] To observe the effect of medical ozone on cartilage in the model of osteoarthritis(OA)to explore its therapeutic mechanism.[Method] Forty healthy adult SD rats were randomly divided into five groups :A(group normal)、B(group model)、C(group air),D(group O2~O3 35 ?g/ml)and E(group O2~O3 70 ?g/ml)(n=8 in each group). The OA model was duplicated by performed anterior eruciate ligament transection(ACLT)and partial meniscectomy of 1/3 inside.Air was injected into joints of group C,according to concentration different, which O2~O3 35 ?g/ml and O2~O3 70 ?g/ml were respectively injected into joints to D and E group every other day, every time 1~1.5 ml,and after a week injected again. After the model was successfully made, the condylar cartilage of femur was excised after 4 weeks for the observation by transmissive microscope of HE staining.Mankin's index was recorded. At the end of the experiment, douche fluid of the diseased joints were obtained for the measurements of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA).[Result]The OA model in B group founded obviously degenerative changes under microscopy, resulting in mostly blue and green color destaining of Masson staining at superficial cartilage. The activity of SOD in the douche fluid of the diseased joints degraded and the quantity of MDA in the serum in the OA model group increased. The Mankin's index in the group D was significantly higher than that in the group B、 C(P

Objective To evaluate the enhancing effect of MRI with Gd DTPA F(ab)′ 2 in nude mice models with LS 174T tumor, and to investigate the influence of Gd labeling on the immunocompetence of the fragments (ab)′2 of CL 3. Methods (1)Antibodies and tumor models preparation: Monoclonal antibodies (McAb) fragment F(ab)′ 2 against LS 174T colonic adenocarcinoma cell were prepared with hybridoma cell CL 3. Twenty BALB/C nude mice were used as tumor models by subcutaneous injection of LS 174T cells. (2)Gd 3+ Labelling: DTPA anhydride and F(ab)′ 2 fragments were conjugated. Two groups were classified: group A, with C/P=2∶1; group B, with C/P=5∶1. Then, Gd was added into DTPA F(ab)′ 2 solution. Gd DTPA F(ab)′ 2 was formed. Free Gd 3+ and DTPA were removed by dialysis. Purified Gd DTPA F(ab)′ 2 was available. (3) MR scanning techniques: MRI was performed with a GE Signa Horizon LX MR scanner. The nude mice were immobilized and divided into three groups: routine plain scan group, enhanced scan group A(C/P=2∶1)and group B(C/P=5∶1). Results When pH=8.0 ,[F(ab)′ 2]=4.6 mg/ml, and C/P=2∶1 or C/P=5∶1, immuno conjugated rates of group A and B were 74% and 62%, respectively. Immunocompetence of fragment F(ab)′ 2 reduced approximately 12% when C/P increased from 2∶1 to 5∶1.The enhancing effects of two groups of nude mice were both poor, and that of group B(C/P=5∶1) was better than that of group A(C/P=2∶1). Conclusion While C/P increasing, immunocompetence of fragment F(ab)′ 2 reduced, and the enhancing effects of group B was better than group A. The enhancing effect of Gd DTPA F(ab)′ 2 was tumor specific.

Chinese Journal of Trauma 1990;0(03):-
30mg partially purified pBMP was implanted into right quardriceps muscle in each rabbit. Whole blood was collected from ear veins before and after the operatin. Lymphocyte proliferation response to nonspecific mitogen PHA and to specific pBMP were measured by lymphocyte transformation test in vitro, using H—labelled thymidine incorporatcon method (~3H—TdR). The skin test and histological investigation of pBMP were also performed. It has been shown that no significant changes of cellular immunity in rabbit were observed after pBMP implantation; the immunogenicity of pBMP was weak. The likelihood of chinical use of pBMP is provided.
