Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2009;16(5):771-772
Objective To investigate the effect of batroxobin on the plasma levels of endothelin (ET) and calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP) in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI). Methods 60 patients with ACI were randomly divided into therapy group(n = 30) and control group(n = 30),500 ml of 5% GS plus 1.0g ramme of Troxerutin was intravenously dripped par day and ticlopidine 250mg/day in the control group. Based on the control group therapy,Batroxobin was intravenously dripped with 10U on the 1st day and 5U on the 3rd and 5th day for seven days. The plasma levels of ET and CGRP were detected pre and post treatment by radioimmunoassay. Results Plasma levels of ET and CGRP in batroxobin therapy group post treatment ( 81.25±27.38 ) ; ( 44. 13±13.30) ng/L were significantly different from those pre treatment(109. 83±38.24) ; (24. 73±13.59) ng/L (all P<0. 01 ) ,and were also significantly different from those post treatment in the control group(98.07±30. 39) ; (37.02±12. 41 )ng/L (all P<0. 01 ). Conclusion Batroxobin can accommodate the equilibration between ET and CGRP, and protect brain cell and blood vessel endothelial cell.
6.Polysaccharidical peptides augmented the functions of tumour infiltrating lymphocytes
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(02):-
The effects of polysaccharidical peptides (PSP) on the functions of tumour infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) in vitro was explored. The results showed that PSP, at the concentration of 37-1200?g/ml, promoted the proliferation of TILs in dose-related manner. Combination of PSP with interleukin-2 (IL-2) enhanced the cytotoxicity of TILs and reduced the dose of IL-2 used for activating TILs. The results suggested that PSP could augment the proliferation and cytotoxicity of TILs in vitro.
7.Everolimus prevents experimental IgA nephropathy in rats
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2016;32(10):1887-1891
[ ABSTRACT] AIM:To investigate the effects of everolimus on the experimental IgA nephropathy in rats and its possible mechanisms .METHODS:The rat model of experimental IgA nephropathy was established .The rats were ran-domly divided into control group , IgA group and everolimus treatment group .After the corresponding treatments were gi-ven, urinary red blood cells , protein and N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase ( NAG) were examined .Immunofluorescence stai-ning was used to analyze the level of IgA precipitation in the renal tissues .Additionally, the protein expression of myeloid differentiation factor 88 (MyD88), TLR4, NF-κB, IL-4 and IL-13 was determined by Western blot. The mRNA levels of IL-4 and IL-13 were detected by qPCR .RESULTS:Everolimus significantly inhibited the increases in the urinary levels of red blood cells, protein and NAG in experimental IgA nephropathy rats .Furthermore, IgA nephropathy-induced increases in the protein expression of MyD88, TLR4, NF-κB, IL-4 and IL-13 were attenuated after everolimus treatment .Similar re-sults were obtained in the mRNA levels of IL-4 and IL-13 by qPCR detection .CONCLUSION: Everolimus improves the impairments of renal function in experimental IgA nephropathy rats as evidenced by decreasing urinary red blood cells , pro-tein and NAG, which may be related to the inhibition of MyD 88, TLR4, NF-κB, IL-4 and IL-13 expression.
8.The study of ~(99m)T_C-sulphur colloidal particles’ properties and internal mammary sentinel nodes lymphoscintigraphy
China Oncology 2006;0(08):-
Background and purpose:Internal mammary sentinel nodes (IMSNs) lymphoscintigraphy could guide in ?-detecting and removing the IMSNs for the purpose of biopsy during the operation, which is helpful to determine the necessity of postoperative radiotherapy. However,IMSNs imaging rate remains low if using axillary lymph nodes (ALNs) lymphoscintigraphy. This study was to investigate the tracer’s properties and try to improve the IMSNs imaging rate through changing the label procedure. Methods:The boiling time of 99mTC-sulphur colloidal particles was shortened from 3~5 minutes to 2 minutes during the label procedure, then the colloidal particles’ diameter, distribution and stability were observed by Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM), then the IMSNs lymphoscintigraphy was performed. Results:This colloidal tracer’s shape and distribution remained stable for 3 hours, and 90% of the particles had a diameter of 10 nm, the particles tended to aggregate afterwards. 4 hours after labeling, the diameter of particles exceeded 100 nm. IMSNs could be clearly imaged if the tracer was freshly used (within 3 hours after labeling). Conclusion:Within 3 hours after the labeling the unfiltered colloidal tracer with modified procedure, the particle could be used and internal mammary lymph nodes could be imaged more clearly.
