1.Research on Objective Method of Traditional Chinese Medicine Color Inspection

This study was aimed to objectify Color Inspection in Traditional Chinese Medicine (CITCM). A quantita-tive system for CITCM was designed and developed. The entire system included two parts, which were the hardware and the software. The hardware was an image acquisition device in a standard lighting condition. The software was used for digital image processing. The chromaticity of facial special region (SR) corresponding to five internal organs were calculated. The system was carried out by taking 100 samples of people. It was concluded that the experiment verified the effectiveness of the system in objective study of CITCM. It can be used as basis for the further study on CITCM.
2.Evaluation of the effect of photodynamic therapy combined with antifungal drugs and comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of kerion

Abstract: Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of photodynamic therapy (PDT) using 5-aminolevulinic acid (ALA) combined with antifungal drugs combined and comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of refractory kerion. Methods From January 2019 to December 2022,6 cases of refractory kerion who were treated at the Fifth People's Hospital of Hainan Province with photodynamic therapy (PDT) using 5-aminolevulinic acid (ALA) combined with antifungal drugs. A solution with 20% concentration of ALA solution was uniformly dropped on the cotton sheet, shielded from light for 3 h, and irradiated with (633±10) nm LED red light for 20-30 min. The treatment was performed once a week, with one treatment course consisting of three sessions. Prior to treatment, debridement and fire needles pre-treatment were performed. Provide timely and targeted psychological care during treatment to alleviate psychological negative disorders and health education. Follow-up examinations were conducted 6 months after the treatment to evaluate clinical efficacy, safety and patient satisfaction. Results Six children received standard ALA-PDT combined with antifungal drugs, supplemented by comprehensive nursing intervention. The cure rate of children reached 100%, and no disease relapse or atrophic scar was found. The satisfaction rate of patients and their families was 100%. Conclusions PDT combined with antifungal drugs has obvious clinical efficacy in the treatment of kerion, especially when combined with comprehensive nursing intervention. This approach can help to relieve patients' anxiety, improve treatment outcomes, enhances patient compliance, and further improve patients' satisfaction.
3.Analysis on bacterial vaginosis and mycoplasma infection status in female patients with infertility

Objective To investigate the bacterial vaginosis(BV) and mycoplasma infection status in female patients with infertility.Methods The vaginal discharge samples were collected from 541 female patients with infertility in the gynecological department of the Hainan Provincial People's Hospital from June to December 2013.The BV detection,mycoplasma culture and drug susceptibility test were simultaneously conducted.Results The mycoplasma culture positive rate was 44.5% (241/541),in which ureaplasma mycoplasma (UU) had the highest detection rate,there were 223 cases ofinfection with the positive rate of 41.2 %,there were 5 cases of mycoplasma hominis(Mh) infection with the positive rate of 0.9 %,13 cases were UU + Mh mixed positive with the positive rate of 2.4%.BV infection was in 325 cases with the positive rate of 60.1% (325/541).Among 241 cases of mycoplasma positive,the BV detection rate was 70.1% (169/241),while among 300 cases of mycoplasma negative,the BV detection rate was 52.0% (156/300),the BV detection rate had statistical difference between the mycoplasma positive group and mycoplasma negative group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Ofloxacin in fluoroquinolones had the highest drug resistance,the sensitivity was only 7.1%.Josamycin had the lowest drug resistance,accounting for 3.7 %.Conclusion The female patients with infertility is closely correlated with BV and mycoplasma infection.Therefore BV and mycoplasma census should be strengthened to achieve early diagnosis and early treatment.Mycoplasma drug susceptibility test shows that doxycycline,minocycline and josamycin have the highest sensitivity,which can be used as the first selection drugs for clinical doctor.
