1.Determination of Related Substances in Lumefantrine by Gradient Elution RP ̄HPLC

Objective To establish a gradient RP ̄HPLC method for determining the related substances in lumefantrine. Methods The HPLC analysis was performed on an Agilent nucleosil 100 ̄5 C18(4.0 mm×125 mm,5 μm) column;the mobile phase was consisted of solution A,B and C,which included phosphate buffer solutions (consisting sodium hexane sulfonate,pH was adjusted to 2. 3 ) ̄water ̄acetonitrile ̄propanol with different proportion, with a gradient elution at the flow rate of 2.0 mL.min-1 , the detection wavelength was 265 nm, and the column temperature was 35 ℃ . Results An excellent separation achieved for lumefantrine from its related substances.Lumefantrine had a good linear relationship with the peak area within the range of 0.173 4-0.693 2 μg.mL-1(r= 0.999 6).The limit of determination was 0.06 μg.mL-1 . Conclusion The method is sensitive,reproducible and specific for the separation and determination of related substances in lumefantrine.
2.Antituberculosis drugs induce mitochondrial oxidative damage of hepatocytes

ObjectiveTo study the influence of anti-tuberculosis drugs on mitochondrial function in mice hepatocytes and to explore the mechanism of the anti-tuberculosis drugs induced liver injury.Methods A total of 150 mice were randomized into five groups:control group (C group),rifampin (RFP) group,isoniazid (INH) group,pyrazinamide (PZA) group and three antituberculosis drug combination group (MIX).The mice were administered intragastrically with 0.9 % NaC1 solution or RFP 135 mg · kg-1 · d-1 or INH 90 mg · kg-1 · d-1 or PZA 315 mg · kg-1 · d-1 or RFP+INH+ PZA (135±90+315) mg · kg-1 · d-1 once a day.Ten mice in each group were sacrificed at day 3,7 and 15 of administration,respectively.The following parameters in each group were monitored.the concentration of malondialdehyde (MDA),the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) in mitochondrion of hepatocytes and the concentration of 8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine (8-OH-dG) in mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA).The data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA or rank sum test.Results Along with the prolonged medication duration,the concentrations of MDA all gradually increased in RFP group (Z=6.020,P=0.049),IN H group (Z=10.220,P=0.006) and MIX group (Z=7.460,P=0.024),whereas the activity of SOD significantly decreased in RFP group (F=6.751,P =0.011 ) and MIX groups (F=4.891,P =0.041 ) compared with control group and PZA group.Meanwhile,the activity of GSH-PX was significantly lower in RFP group compared to the other groups (F=32.445,P<0.01).The changes of other parameters didn't show meaningful trend.The concentrations of 8-OH-dG in mtDNA also increased in all treated groups,and those were all significantly increased in RPF group (F=6.602,P<0.01 ),PZA group (F=5.927,P<0.01) and MIX groups (F=7.974,P<0.01).Conclusions Antituberculosis drugs can induce higher MDA concentration in mitochondrion and higher 8-OH-dG concentration in mtDNA,while result in lower activities of SOD and GSH-PX.The liver damage tends to become more severe along with the prolonged medication duration.The combination of three antituberculosis drugs could aggravate the damage of mitochondrion in mice hepatocytes.
3.Comparation and considerations for general notice between the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the Japanese Pharmacopoeia

Objective: The characteristics and differences of the general notice between the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the Japanese Pharmacopoeia were investigated to provide references and suggestions for the compilation of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
Methods: From the perspective of frame structure and main contents, the general notice between the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the Japanese Pharmacopoeia was compared.
Results: Each volume of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia had its general notice, including 34 to 48 items and 10 to 12 chapters based on different varieties collected in each volume. The Japanese Pharmacopoeia had 49 items not arranged by chapters. There are many differences on the general notice between the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the Japanese Pharmacopoeia, such as the definitions and expressions of names, determination of appearance, revision rules, risk assessment and quality control conception. The framework of the general notice in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia was clear, the content was specific and the operation was friendly. The term description of the general notice in the Japanese Pharmacopoeia was concise, and some terms need to be implemented under the guidance of professional knowledge.
Conclusion: In light of comparative study, every volume’s general notice of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia has its own characteristics. By integrating advanced analytical technique, combining the requirements with laws and regulations, and optimizing content and terms, all volume’s general notice could be explored to be coordinated and unified.
4.Measurement and evaluation of physical fitness of soldiers stationed on an island and influence factors of operational ability

Objective To investigate the physical fitness status of stationed on an island and the influence factors of military operational ability in order to take effective intervention measures to cope with the problems encountered by the garrison force.Methods The outdoor environment heat intensity of the island was monitored and evaluated by thermal environment monitors.The physical fitness of thirty-eight soldiers randomly selected was evaluated by measuring VO 2max. Ninety soldiers stationed on this island were selected by random sampling , for whom questionnaires and interviews were designed, involving the influence factors of military operational ability .Results This island was a typical humid-hot environment, with high temperature , high humidity and high radiation .The physical fitness of soldiers declined obviously because of the typical humid-hot environment.The top five working environmental factors were high temperature , humidity, solar radiation, wind and seasonal drying .The top five personal factors were physical fatigue , overtraining, injury, mental fatigue and lack of sleep .Conclusion Considering the obviously decreased physical fitness of soldiers caused by the typical humid-hot environment , how to assess military combat effectiveness and how to determine whether the level of combat effectiveness can meet the actual needs of tropical combat , requires scientific indicators and criteria of evaluation .
5.Morbidity of soldiers stationed on an island

Objective To investigate the morbidity of soldiers stationed on an island ,analyze the relationship betweendiseases and the environment,and to provide an effective method for disease prevention and treatment .Method Data ofoutpatients from troops stationed on an island between September 2012 and August 2013 were statistically investigatedaccording to the classification of diseases.The cause of disease was analyzed .In addition,90 soldiers stationed on an islandwere randomly selected to investigate their response to heat and humidity and parts susceptible to skin diseases viaquestionnaires and talks.Results A total of 789 cases of disease were identified,including 226 cases of upper respiratorytract infection,118 cases of orthopedic-related diseases,90 cases of traumatic diseases,88 cases of oral diseases,74 casesof digestive system diseases,62 cases of skin diseases,53 cases of ENT diseases,41 cases of urinary tract infection,and37 cases of anorectal diseases.The top five responses to heat and humidity were sweating,thirst,body fatigue,dizzinessand profuse sweating.The most susceptible part to skin diseases was the feet ,followed by the cheek,crotch,back andneck.Conclusion The epidemiological characteristics of diseases on this island are significant,and medical supportshould be focused on improving the overall level of hospital treatment.
6.Relationships between the pathology classification, Masaoka clinical stage and postoperation myasthenic crisis in patients of myasthenia gravis with thymoma

Objective To investigate the relationships between the pathology classification, Masaoka clinical stage and postoperation myasthenic crisis in patients of myasthenia gravis with thymoma undergoing thymectomy. Methods Clinical records of 56 patients of myasthenia gravis with thymoma from January 2006 to December 2015 who had underwent thymectomy were reviewed retrospectively. The following factors were analyzed to find the relation to the occurrence of myasthenic crisis after thymectomy: WHO pathology classification, Masaoka clinical stage and tumor size. Results Sixteen patients experienced postoperative myasthenic crisis after thymectomy. Statistical analysis revealed that the incidence of postoperative myasthenic crisis in patients with Masaoka Ⅲ stage was significantly higher than that in patients with Masaoka Ⅰ and Ⅱ stage: 39.39% (13/33) vs. 13.04% (3/23), the incidence of postoperative myasthenic crisis in patients with WHO pathology classification B3 and C type was significantly higher than patients with WHO pathology classification B2 type: 50.00% (12/24) vs. 14.29% (4/28), the incidence of postoperative myasthenic crisis in patients with tumor size more than 5 cm was significantly lower than patients with tumor size less than 5 cm: 10/17 vs. 15.38% (6/39), and there were statistical differences (P<0.05 or<0.01). Conclusions WHO pathology classification and Masaoka clinical stage are significantly correlated with the occurrence of myasthenia crisis after thymectomy. The patients with MasaokaⅢstage, WHO pathology classification B3 and C type and tumor size more than 5 cm have the risk of postoperative myasthenic crisis after thymectomy. The comprehensive intervention before and after operation can prevent myasthenia crisis.

Intralymphatic immunotherapy (ILIT) is an effective and safe causative treatment for allergic diseases. Compared with conventional specific immunotherapy such as subcutaneous immunotherapy (SCIT) and sublingual immunotherapy (SLIT), ILIT could significantly reduce treatment duration. This article will review the results of previous researches focusing on ILIT.

Objective To understand and evaluate the knowledge, attitude and practice of female human papillomavirus and HPV vaccine in Chinese mainland. Methods We searched the relevant studies about the knowledge, attitude and behavior factors of HPV infection and HPV vaccine published in PubMed, MEDLINE, CNKI and Wanfang databases about Chinese mainland women from January 1, 1995 to January 31, 2021.Two researchers independently screened the literatures, extracted data and the literatures with quality score≥5 points.Chi square test was used to evaluate its heterogeneity.Begg' s test was used to evaluate publication bias. Results A total of 33 literatures were included, with a total number of 46013 people.The results showed that the total awareness rate of HPV in the population was 65.9%, the lowest rates were 16.0%, 41.2% and 14.4% in Northeast, rural areas and middle school students, respectively; while the highest rates of HPV were 77.4%, 56.3% and 71.0% in Central China, cities and towns and college students, respectively.The main source of HPV knowledge was the network/WeChat official account number (38.9%), and the lowest was family/friend (4.5%).The population's awareness rate of HPV vaccine related knowledge was 41.4%, the highest rates were 51.8% and 69.7% in East China and medical staff, respectively, while the lowest were 23.6% and 12.7% in Southwest and middle school students. Conclusion In order to achieve the total elimination of cervical cancer in China by 2030 as soon as possible, people should strengthen their awareness of HPV and HPV vaccine related knowledge.
9.Emergency training need and effect evaluation analysis of novel coronavirus pneumonia in centers of disease control and prevention.

A questionnaire was used to investigate the emergency training needs of novel coronavirus pneumonia of disease prevention and control institutions in provinces, deputy provincial level regions and cities specifically designated in the state plan, and the effect evaluation of emergency training activities conducted by Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention (China CDC). The results showed that 67.4% of 47 disease prevention and control institutions (31/46) believed that the emergency training at the initial stage of the epidemic should be conducted as soon as possible, and the form of network training should be given priority. The training should focus on the urgently needed technologies such as epidemiological investigation, formulation and response of prevention and control strategies, laboratory testing, etc. The teaching materials should highlight pertinence and practicability and be presented in the form of electronic video. The average satisfaction score of the video training conducted by China CDC was (8.81±1.125) and the score of audio-video courseware was (8.97±0.893). The needs analysis and evaluation of novel coronavirus pneumonia prevention and control in disease prevention and control institutions could provide reference for the follow-up training and improve the emergency training management.
