[Objective]To study the degradation of nano-nacre powder and the biocompatibility of the composite artificial bone made from this nano-scale powder in vivo.[Method]The nano-nacre powder made through mechanical grinding and the artificial bones made from this powder and PDLLA(poly-D,L-lactide acid) were implanted into the femoral holes and the femoral muscle sacs of rats respectively.Normal micron-nacre powder and the artificial bones made from this powder and PDLLA were implanted as control group, and blank group was set up without implanting anything.X-ray photography was performed immediately and at 2,4 and 8 weeks after operation. The animals were injected with tetracycline for fluorescent mark before being killed. Then, the gross specimens, histological and SEM(scanning electron microscope) observations were performed.[Result]All the observations showed that nano-nacre powder degraded faster than micron-nacre powder, meanwhile, the bone defect recovery was the fastest in this group. Both of the composite artificial bones made from those two kinds of nacre powder had the good connection with the adjacent tissue.[Conclusion]The degradation of nano-nacre powder is faster than that of micron-nacre powder in vivo, and it can promote the growing of new bone.Nano-nacre composite artificial bone also has good biocompatibility. It is a kind of better bioactive degradable material.

Objective:To study the incidence, clinical features, diagnosis, and treatment of angioimmunoblastic T-cell Lymphoma (AITL). Methods:We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 31 patients with AITL treated in the tumor hospital of Harbin Medical University between January 1995 and January 2008. We also analyzed the incidence, clinical features, diagnosis, and treatment of AITL. Results:The complete response rate and partial response rate of the entire group were 54.8%and 16.1%, respectively. The overall response rate was 70.9%, and the median survival time was 27.3 months. The five-year survival rate of the entire group was 35%. The response rate was 76.5%in the CHOP group and 75%in the COP group. No significant differences were detected between two groups (P>0.05). Con-clusion:The symptoms and signs of ATIL differ in different sites. The COP and CHOP regimens have similar efficacy and tolerable side effects.

Objective To perfect the purification method of recombinant fusion protein of Hespintor (rHespintor) for increasing the protein extraction efficiency, and to investigate its effects on the proliferation, migration and invasion of hepatoblastoma cell line HepG2.Methods In the recombinant protein extraction, the inclusion body washing process was added and the protein purification buffer system was changed.BAPNA was used as the substrate. The inhibitory effect tof purified rHespintor on trypsin hydrolysis was detected. The blank group served as the control group. The MTT test, cell scratch wound healing test and tumor cell invasion test were performed to detect the effect of rHespintor on growth of hepatoblastoma HepG2 cells and its effect. Results The urea gradient washing on the inclusion body protein could effectively remove the vast majority of impure proteins from the targeted protein. After one-step purification, the target protein rHespintor exhibited a high inhibition effect of trypsin hydrolysis, and the inhibitory effect was exhibited a dose-dependent manner. After acting on hepatoblastoma HepG2 cells with rHespintor, the cell proliferation ability was inhibited, the migration ability was reduced and the number of invaded cells were significantly decreased. Conclusion rHespintor can significantly inhibit the proliferation, migration and invasion of hepatoblastoma cell line HepG2 cells in vitro.

Objective To find out more optimal surgical approach for glioblastoma located in sensofimotor cortex and language area. Methods A respective review of 27 cases of glioblastomas located in sensorimotor and language area were operated, via the transsylvian-opercular approach, ineluding outcomes of microneurosurgery between January 2005 to December 2007. Results Among of 27 cases, tumors in 21 cases were covered by opereular cotex and were totally resected, tumors protruded into sylvian and wrapped around middle cerebral artery in 6 cases. 3 of them were totally removed, others were subtotally. Neurofunction of 26 cases were preserved of one were injuried. Conclusion Transsylvian-opercnlar approach for resection of glioblastomas located in subcortex of sensorimotor and language area is more optimal surgical approach, which not only ensure tumor resection with great degree, but preserve neurofunction well.

Objective To optimize extraction process of flavonoids from Toosendan Fructus. Methods Three parameters that significantly affect the extraction rate of flavonoids, ratio of material to water, extraction time and ethanol concentration, were taken into consideration for extraction ratio of flavonoids from Toosendan Fructus. Based on the results of single-factor experiment, the extraction parameters of flavonoids from Toosendan Fructus were optimized by Box-Behnken of response surface methodology (RSM).Results The optimum extraction conditions were as follow: material to water ratio was 1:35; extraction time should be 3 h; ethanol concentration was 70%. The extraction ratio was up to 0.587 3% in the optimum extraction conditions. Conclusion The actual value is highly matching the theoretically value of RSM model. The results indicated that this method can rationally optimize extraction process of flavonoids from Toosendan Fructus.

Objective To explore the effect of Chaihu Shugan Powder (CSP) on the content of 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) in the hippocampus and the expression of tryptophan hydroxylase 2(TPH2) in median raphe nuclei in depression rats. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into normal group(n=12),model group (n=12),fluoxetine group (n=12),low-dose and high-dose CSP group (n =12,respectively).Depression model was made by reserpine intraperitoneal injection.During the experiment, the weight and the open-field scores were calculated;the content of 5-HT was detected by ELISA.The expression of TPH2 in median raphe nuclei was detected by Western blot. Results Compared with the weight ((225.02±5.23) g),the open-field scores ((12.6± 5.1)score) and content of 5-HT ((1.09±0.27) ng/ml) in the model group,high-dose CSP showed significantly improve the depressive rats in weight, open field score and content of 5-HT ((238.78±5.16) g,(15.6±7.8) score and (1.80±0.58) ng/ml,respectively;P<0.05 or P<0.01).The expression of TPH2 (0.66±0.21) in median raphe nuclei in the high-dose CSP group was apparently increased compared with that in the model group(0.16±0.04) (P <0.01).Conclusion CSP have the effects of anti-depression,which could be related with the increase of the 5-HT content in the hippocampus and the expression of TPH2 in median raphe nuclei.

Objective: To investigate the relationship between long-, short-term systolic blood pressure variability (SBPV) and renal damage in elder population. Methods: Our research was conducted in the 3rd physical examination of healthy population from Kailuan group by cohort study. Cluster sampling was used by 25% ratio in subjects≥60 years of age to monitor their 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure and finally, 2464/3064 participants with inclusion criteria were recruited. SBPV indexes as standard deviation of systolic blood pressure (SSD), variability independent of the mean (VIM), maximum-minimum difference (MMD) and average real variability (ARV) were examined; renal damage indexes as estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) and microalbuminuria (ALBU) were detected. Relationships between different long-term, short-term SBPV indexes and eGFR, ALBU were studied by multi-liner regression analysis. Results:①The mean age of 2464 participants was (67.41 ± 6.05) years including 1667 (67.7%) male and 797 (32.3%) female.②Multi-liner regression analysis indicated that different long-term SBPV indexes were not related to eGFR and ALBU; 24h SBPV in all 4 indexes and day-time SSD, MMD, ARV were negatively related to eGFR; 24h ARV and day-time MMD, ARV were positively related to ALBU; night-time SBPV indexes were not related to eGFR and ALBU.Conclusion: Different short-term SBPV indexes were, at certain point related to eGFR and ALBU
