1.Abscopal effect in tumor treatment
Journal of International Oncology 2008;35(11):826-828
Abscopal effect is for tumor therapy and control of tumor metastasis.it will produce consider-able eignifieance in clinical tumor therapy. The exactly mechanisms of this effect have not been recognized com-pletely so far,and researchers find this effect is associatod with immune system response, espeeiaHy the cell-me-diated immunity. The response of abscopal effect can activate antitumor immunologic response in vivo possibly through antigen releasing and presentation, activation of T cell and natural killer cell, the role of cytokine,in-flammatory reaction, apoptosis, and etc.
2.Clinical research of maintenance therapy for patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer
Cancer Research and Clinic 2010;22(9):585-588
The first-line chemotherapy with platinum-based regimens for 4 to 6 cycles is a standard care in advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). However, for patients who got disease stabilization or maximal response after first line chemotherapy, how to choose safe and efficacy anticancer agents to extend first-line treatment and provide a better clinical benefit is deserving of more concerns currently. In this article, the clinical progress of the chemotherapy and molecular targeted agents as maintenance therapy for patients with advanced NSCLC is reviewed.
3.The robe of transcription factors in genetics mechanism of congenital atrioventricular septal defect
International Journal of Pediatrics 2010;37(6):555-557
Atrioventricular septal defect (AVSD)is a frequently diagnosed congenital heart malformation affecting the atrioventricular valves and septa. Heart transcription factors play fundamental roles in atrioventricular valves development and atrioventricular septa formation. Now cardiac transcription factors ( GATA4, NKX2. 5,TBX5 ,ZIC3)have been identified to involve in the pathogenesis of AVSD in humans. Their abnormal expression or function change may cause atrioventricular valve and septa developmental anomalies. Here we review advances in the understanding of the relationship between these transcription factors and AVSD.
5.Analysis to current situation of TCM science popularization based on internet
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2010;32(6):531-532
By analyzing the current situation of TCM science popularization, We found that internet is serving as the most influential and rapid developing media at present. Therefore, a through excavation and utilization of internet as a tool for TCM science popularization will not only expand TCM science popularization platform, enhance mass foundation, promote mass understanding and recognition of TCM, but also meet the need of TCM self-development.
6.On Individual Differences in Second Language Acquisition
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2002;0(01):-
Individual differences are very important factors that may greatly affect the process of second language acquisition. The learners differ with each other in first language aptitude, motivation, character and even age, which will directly or indirectly influence the final result of his second language acquisition. The study of this topic is of instructive value for the teacher's teaching activity and will also promote the individual learning practice.
7.Clinical analysis on compound card force cumin tincture in the treatment of 86 cases of patients with vitiligo
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2014;(7):997-998,999
Objective To investigate the safety and effectiveness of compound card force cumin tincture in the treatment of vitiligo .Methods The 86 cases of vitiligo patients included in the study were randomly divided into two groups, observation group(n=43) and control group(n=43).The observation group was given narrow-band ul-traviolet B irradiation and compound card force cumin tincture ,and the control group was only given narrow-band ul-traviolet B irradiation .The clinical efficacy and the dermatology life quality index ( DLQI) in two groups were observed and compared. Results The total efficiency rate after 1st,2nd,3rd course of treatment in the observation group were higher than those of the control group ,and the total efficiency rate after 3rd course of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (χ2 =4.568,P<0.05);the DLQI scores after 1st,2nd, 3rd course of treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group ( t1 =1.916, t2 =4.298,t3 =4.661,P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions 16.28% in the observation group between the control group 11.63%showed no significant difference (χ2 =0.387,P>0.05).Conclusion Compound card force cumin tincture in the treatment of vitiligo has more clinical superiority .
8.The study of the relationship between pulse wave velocity and hypertension in pretherapy and posttherapy
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(02):-
Objective:To explore the relationship between pulse wave velocity(PWV)and blood pressure classification in patients with hypertension in pretherapy and posttherapy.Methods:Totally,183 patients with essential hypertension were recruited in the study and their brachial-ankle PWVs were recorded by an automatic arterial stiffness measurement device.PWVs were compared between patients with varied blood pressures in pretherapy and posttherapy. Results:There was significant diference in PWV between patients with pretherapy and posttherapy[(2 080?26)cm/s vs(1 604?32)cm/s,P
9.Construction and expression of recombinant bacille calmette-guerin carrying murine interleukin-12
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(03):-
Objective:To construct recombinant bacille calmette-guerin (BCG) carrying murine interleukin-12 (mIL-12) genes, and to identify the ability of recombinant BCG for submitting plasmids to eukaryotic cells. Methods:Co-expression shuttle plasmid of pBM12, including mIL-12 gene and mycobacterial replicon of Orim, was built using molecular biological approach. The pBM12 was transfected to BCG competence by electroporation to construct recombinant BCG. The plasmid of recombinant BCG was extracted for PCR identification. The ability of submitting plasmids to eukaryotic cells was determined by RT-PCR. Results:The plasmid pBM12 may be transduced into BCG with electroporation. The specific bands for mIL-12 of the recombinant BCG were detected by PCR. The specific bands for 1632 bp mIL-12 were amplified from transfected macrophages after 96 hours byRT-PCR. Conclusion:The recombinant BCG carrying pBM12 was constructed successfully. The recombinant BCG can submit the carried genes to mice macrophages.
10.Comparison of allergic rhinitis animal models in guinea pigs and new zealand rabbits
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(03):-
Objective:To compare the characteristics of allergic rhinitis animal models in two different animals(Guinea pigs and New Zealand rabbits) induced with various doses of toluene-2,4-Diisocyanate(TDI).Methods:Low dose and high dose of TDI olive oil solution was used as sensitizer to establish models of Guinea pigs and New Zealand rabbits. The typical symptoms and sings of Guinea pigs and New Zealand rabbits were respectively scored during modeling. After the last challenge, nasal mucosa of Guinea pigs and New Zealand rabbits were histopathologically examined and the level of histamine in nasal mucosa was measured by spectrofluorometer. The mortality rates and model success rates were record.Respiratory tracts of dead animals were dissected and histopathologically examined to find out the causes of their death. Results:Compared with control groups, all the Guinea pigs and New Zealand rabbits in model groups got typical symptoms and sings of allergic rhinitis.Histopathology examination of nasal mucosa showed eosinophile cells infiltrating obviously. The levels of histamine in nasal mucosa were highly increased(P
