Objective To study the assessment and repair methods of battlefield damage for field medical equipment in order to make a valuable reference to the decision-making of medical organization for the further medical support. Methods According to the basic function and basic function item of medical equipment, the general content and process of damage assessment and the operating types of battlefield damage repair were analyzed. Results For field medical equipment, the simple program of battlefield damage assessment and the working process of battlefield damage repair were made. Conclusion As a basic idea and method, battlefield damage assessment and medical equipment repair play an important role in disposing and using the maintenance resources for the further medical support.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2008,29(2):12-14]
3.Mechanisms of vascular vertigo triggered by vertebral artery dominance
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2011;19(11):876-880
Vascular vertigo is a common vertigo.Vertebral artery dominance is a vascular phenomenon, and its mechanism remains unclear. It causes basilar artery changes and hemodynamic changes in posterior circulation.Vertebral artery dominance may trigger vascular vertigo through a variety of mechanisms.
4.Establishment of military medical measurement management system in Nanjing Military Region
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(02):-
A new measurement management thought satisfying actual demands and the requirements of the coming war is put forward in this paper. Combining the reality of military medical measurement, related support modes at peacetime and wartime as well as supervising modes are analyzed in detail. Several kinds of support modules their logical relations are mentioned.
5.Readiness Rate of Military Medical Equipment and Analysis on Affecting Factors
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2003;0(11):-
Objective To study the calculating model of military medical equipment readiness rate and the main affecting factors in order to make a valuable reference to the decision -making of medical organization for the further medical support. Methods Based on analysis of the problems in calculating method of military medical equipment readiness rate at present, a new improved calculating model and the analysis method relating to assigning mission was put forward by combining the technical requirements of GJB5338-2005 and the actual of medical equipment management. The factors affecting readiness rate in process of manufacturing, operation and maintenance support were analyzed. Results A new improved calculating model of military medical equipment readiness rate was established and the evaluating method was made by adjusting those correlated parameters in the calculation formulas. Conclusion The solution of the model is simple and convenient and the analyzing results show that the readiness rate is close to the reality. It is a practical method for achieving quality state information of medical equipment, so it can meet the requirements of military medical equipment organization in peacetime.

Chinese Journal of Perinatal Medicine 2003;0(06):-
ObjectiveTo explore the application of new tec hn iques: pulmonary surfactant(PS), nasal continuous positive airway pressure (NCPA P) and the neonatal transportation on the morbidity and mortality of ventilated very low birth weight infant (VLBWI).MethodsSeventy three VL BWI ventilated because of respiratory failure ,recurrent apnea and cardiopulmo nary resuscitation were enrolled in this study. They were divided into two group s according to the use of new techniques, before and after. There were 32 cases during 1995~1998 in group A and 41cases during1999~2002 in group B. In group B, PS was used in 10 cases (24%); NCPAP in 12 cases (29%) after extubation, and transportation in 11 cases (27%).ResultsThe survival rate in group B were significantly improved (71% vs 39%, P

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2012;(10):778-781
With the development of neuroimaging the detection rate of basilar artery tortuosity is significantly high. The occurrence and development processes of basilar artery tortuosity are affected by age, basilar artery length, vertebral artery dominance, and other factors.Basilar artery tortuosity may influence the blood supply of posterior circulation and cause brainstem and cranial nerve pressure leading to clinical symptoms.

Objective To discuss the newrborn ARDS first time blood gas analysis characteristic.and the clinical significance. Methods Application blood gas analysis and PaO2/PAO2,QS/QT,PaO2/FiO2,A-ac-DO2,RI and so on many indexes of blood gas analysis,to 2001~2005 year period were hospitalized in my courtyard NICU makes clear diagnoses the ARDS parallel breath machine treatment 20 examples trouble carries on monitors. Results First time when blood gas analysis 60% trouble prompt low oxygen blood sickness (PaO2<50 mm Hg).Parameter the and so on RI,QS/QT,A-acDO2,PaCO2/FiCO2,PaCO2/PaO2 values separately were:3.32±4.18,10±9.85,149.06±159.54,94.96±50.47,0.12±0.05. 72 hours ventilation after the breath machine. Conclusion Carries on the clinical appraisal using these targets to ARDS, to early strives for the breath machine treatment, the judgement condition and estimates pre-after has the vital significance.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2015;38(7):469-471
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic resection for large volume of adrenal tumor. Methods Eighty patients with adrenal tumor who were treatment by laparoscopic resection were divided into large volume group (diameter ≥ 6 cm) and small volume group (diameter < 6 cm) according to the size of the tumor. The intraoperative and postoperative complications of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume and postoperative hospitalization time of large volume group were significantly higher than those in small volume group:(187.4 ±39.2) min vs.(153.7 ± 31.6) min,(458.2 ± 87.3) ml vs.(105.9 ± 25.1) ml and (10.9 ± 2.7) d vs.(7.3 ± 1.5) d,and the difference were statistically significant (P < 0.05).The postoperative complications in two groups had no significant difference:10.3% (4/39) vs.7.3% (3/41),P > 0.05.Conclusion The laparoscopic resection for large volume of adrenal tumor have the advantages of less invasion, faster recovery and less complications, and it has become the main mode of treatment.
