Objective To study the assessment and repair methods of battlefield damage for field medical equipment in order to make a valuable reference to the decision-making of medical organization for the further medical support.Methods According to the basic function and basic function item of medical equipment,the general content and process of damage assessment and the operating types of battlefield damage repair were analyzed.Results For field medical equipment,the simple program of battlefield damage assessment and the working process of battlefield damage repair were made.Conclusion As a basic idea and method,battlefield damage assessment and medical equipment repair play an important role in disposing and using the maintenance resources for the further medical support.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2008,29(2):12-14]

Objective To study the combat resilience and battlefield damage probability model for field medical equipment in order to make a valuable reference to the decision-making of medical organization for the further medical support.Methods According to the characteristics of combat resilience of medical equipment in battlefield,the probability of the combat resilience and mean time of recovery repair were analyzed.From making a scientific assumption,the battlefield damage probability model of medical equipment was deduced.Results Based on the systemic analysis,the countermeasures to shorten the time of rush repairs and increase the effect of rush repairs were made.Conclusion Battlefield damage analysis process provides systematic idea and method for medical equipment damage analysis.It is a practical method for achieving assessment damage information and a theoretical basis to dispose the maintenance resources in battlefield.

Objective To study the calculating model of military medical equipment readiness rate and the main affecting factors in order to make a valuable reference to the decision -making of medical organization for the further medical support. Methods Based on analysis of the problems in calculating method of military medical equipment readiness rate at present, a new improved calculating model and the analysis method relating to assigning mission was put forward by combining the technical requirements of GJB5338-2005 and the actual of medical equipment management. The factors affecting readiness rate in process of manufacturing, operation and maintenance support were analyzed. Results A new improved calculating model of military medical equipment readiness rate was established and the evaluating method was made by adjusting those correlated parameters in the calculation formulas. Conclusion The solution of the model is simple and convenient and the analyzing results show that the readiness rate is close to the reality. It is a practical method for achieving quality state information of medical equipment, so it can meet the requirements of military medical equipment organization in peacetime.

With the development of neuroimaging the detection rate of basilar artery tortuosity is significantly high.The occurrence and development processes of basilar artery tortuosity are affected by age,basilar artery length,vertebral artery dominance,and other factors.Basilar artery tortuosity may influence the blood supply of posterior circulation and cause brainstem and cranial nerve pressure leading to clinical symptoms.

ObjectiveTo explore the application of new tec hn iques: pulmonary surfactant(PS), nasal continuous positive airway pressure (NCPA P) and the neonatal transportation on the morbidity and mortality of ventilated very low birth weight infant (VLBWI).MethodsSeventy three VL BWI ventilated because of respiratory failure ,recurrent apnea and cardiopulmo nary resuscitation were enrolled in this study. They were divided into two group s according to the use of new techniques, before and after. There were 32 cases during 1995～1998 in group A and 41cases during1999～2002 in group B. In group B, PS was used in 10 cases (24%); NCPAP in 12 cases (29%) after extubation, and transportation in 11 cases (27%).ResultsThe survival rate in group B were significantly improved (71% vs 39%, P

Basilar artery hypoplasia (BAH) has been paid less attention to in the past.However,the increased detection rate makes the clinical significance of BAH to be gradually recognized.BAH have interaction with vascular risk factors,and this may promote the occurrence of ischemic events in posterior circulation.Brain evoked potential can be used as an important means for early detection of this pathophysiological events.The depth study of pathological significance of BAH helps to deepen the understanding of the mechanisms of posterior circulation ischemic events.

objective To investigate the changes in angiotensin-Ⅱ (AT-Ⅱ), endothelin (ET) andcalcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) during clipping of intracranial aneurysm performed under desfiuraneanesthesia. Methods Forty-five ASAⅠ -Ⅱ patients (20 male, 25 female) aged 14-66yr undergoing electiveclipping of intracranial aneurysm two weeks after acute subarachnoid bleeding. Anesthesia was induced withmidazolam 0 .05 mg?kg~(-1), fentanyl 2?g?kg~(-1), propofol 2 mg?kg~(-1) and vecuronium 0.1 mg?kg~(-1). The patientswere mechanically ventilated after tracheal intubation and P_(ET)CO_2 was maintained at 30-35 mm Hg. Anesthesia wasmaintained with desflurane at 1 .0-1 .5 MAC with low flow (0.3-0.5 L?min~(-1) ) supplemented with intermittentintravenous boluses of vecuronium. Radial artery was cannulated for direct continuous BP monitoring. ECG, HR,SPO_2 and P_(ET) CO_2 were continuous monitored during operation. Blood samples were taken before induction ofanesthesia (T_1, baseline), when dura was opened (T_2 ), while aneurysm was being clipped (T_3 ) and 30 min afterclipping for determination of plasma concentrations of AT-Ⅱ, ET and CGRP.
