0.05) and the cost-effectiveness ratios were 1 898.85 and 1 599.81,respectively.CONCLUSION:Levoflocaxin is superior to cefoperazone sodium/sulbactam sodium for community acquired pneumonia.
5.Metronomic chemotherapy in human cancers
Journal of International Oncology 2016;43(7):523-525
Metronomic chemotherapy involves antiangiogenic processes that help host to fight against cancer by using continuous low dose drugs.Metronomic chemotherapy can be an effective treatment option for patients with head and neck carcinoma, breast cancer, gastrointestinal cancer, ovarian and prostate cancer. Metronomic chemotherapy also involves multiple mechanisms that include antiangiogenesis, immune stimulation and direct tumor cell targeting effects. We need to carefully evaluate the clinical effects of combination chemo-therapies that incorporate the other treatment schedules.
6.Current status of laparoscopic therapy of severe acute pancreatitis
International Journal of Surgery 2012;39(6):412-415
The surgical intervention and criteria of severe acute pancreatitis has significantly changed in the last several years with the advent of enhanced imaging techniques and minimally invasive surgery. Many kinds of minimally invasive technologies which take laparoscopy as a representative are constantly applied to the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis and make its mortality and postoperative complication rate decrease obviously. However, there are many different ways using laparoscopic techniques to treat severe acute pancreatitis. In this review, the author will discuss the current status of the different approaches.
7.The effect and significance of rhEPO to the expression of BCL-2 and Caspase-9 in the new type BPD model’ s lung tissue
Acta Universitatis Medicinalis Anhui 2015;(7):933-936
Objective To explore the role of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B(PI3K/AKT) pathway in recombinant human erythropoietin( rhEPO) protecting new type BPD. Methods Injected LPS or PBS to 40 spra-gue-dawley (SD) rats, gestational sacs on 15th day of gestation, the newborn rats were divided into four groups:control group, hyperoxia group, rhEPO group, rhEPO+LY294002 group. To detect the expression of lung tissue BCL-2 and Caspase - 9 protein and mRNA by Western blot and RT-PCR. Results In the hyperoxia group and rhEPO+LY294002 group, BCL-2 expression was decreased, while Caspase-9 expression was increased apparently;in the rhEPO group, BCL-2 expression was increased, while Caspase-9 expression was decreased. The differences between each group were statistically significant on 1st,7th and 14th day of hyperoxia exposure (P<0. 05). Con-clusion Intrauterine inflammatory exposure combined with hyperoxia after birth can cause lung cell apoptosis in-creases. While rhEPO has certain control effects on BPD, possibly by reducing the pulmonary apoptosis. The mechanism may be associated with PI3K/AKT signaling pathway.
8.Cancer precision therapeutics
Journal of International Oncology 2015;(8):616-618
Cancer precision therapeutics is defined as a therapy strategy based on molecular profiles and classifiers generated from high-throughput molecular assays.Precision therapeutics in oncology is becoming reality thanks to the next-generation sequencing and cancer targeted agents.Selecting optimal targets,identif-ying appropriate combinations of therapies and real-time monitoring of tumor evolution may be critical for practi-cing precision therapeutics.
9.Molecular classification of breast cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2014;41(4):270-272
Breast cancer is a group of heterogeneous diseases.Molecular portraits provide a new insight for personalized cancer management in breast cancer.According to the molecular pathology, molecular biology and system biology, breast cancer goes through different typing methods, including four subclasses, geneexpression signature and integrated genomic classification. These major subtypes of breast cancer may provide guidance for precise therapeutics.
10.Smart tracking and subtraction combined with scan application in the cerebral CT angiography
Chongqing Medicine 2014;(23):3045-3047
Objective To explore CT angiography(CTA) method for the influence of the cerebral angiography ,looking for dif-ferent situations using which kind of scan mode can achieve the best results .Methods 350 CTA patients were selected and tested by 4 kinds of scanning methods which were subtraction scan (236) ,experience value scan (13) ,smart tracking scan (68) ,smart tracking and subtraction combined(33) .To compare and analyze that four kinds of scanning methods ,to explore which kind of method under what circumstances can get the best examination results .Results Smart tracking and subtraction combined with scan method and subtraction scan method for excellent rate of image quality were 93 .93% and 93 .64% respectively ,there were no sig-nificant statistical differences between them .Experience value method and smart tracking method for excellent rate of image quality were only 76 .92% and 66 .18% ,there was significant difference in statistics .Conclusion Subtraction scan can be used as a conventional scan method .In low dose test bolus of time-density curve detection failure cases ,smart tracking and subtraction combined with scan method was used to get the image quality with subtraction scan method ,it is an effective complement of subtraction scan method ,is worth generalization .
