Objective To analyze and compare the values of applying color Doppler ultrasound in the diag -nosis of testicular torsio and acute epididymo -orchitis.Methods 90 males in our hospital were selected and divided into the testicular torsion group and acute epididymo -orchitis group ,color Doppler ultrasound was applied in the two groups.Results After examination by color Doppler ultrasound ,it showed that there were significant differences in blood supply of testicle ,epididymis between the two groups ,the diagnostic result was accurate with statistical signifi-cance(χ2 =11.408,11.944,P<0.05).Conclusion It can highlight the images and blood supply features of testic-ular torsion and acute epididymo -orchitis that applying color Doppler ultrasound ,and as an economic ,practical ,accu-rate and non-invasive examination ,it can diagnose testicular torsion and acute epididymo -orchitis accurately ,so it's the preference for testicular torsio and acute epididymo -orchitis.

[Result] PCOS shown by a series of symptoms and signs are associated with phlegm wet blocking uterus; Insulin resistance, lipid metabolic disorder, leptin, and tumor necrosis factor pathways are closely associated with phlegm wet; Polycystic ovary is visual performance of phlegmy wet block uterus.Arguments from phlegmy wet, and guiding drugs, combined with the spirit, exercise, diet therapy have a significant clinical curative effect .[Conclusion] In this paper, starting from the theory of phlegm wet treatment of the disease,curative effect is distinct and has high practical value. Also it demonstrates the scientific and particularity of Chinese medicine on disease. It will provide a new train of thought for the gynecologic diseases and the other diseases in the future.

More and more studies have found that EBV infection is closely related to the occurrence, development, treatment and prognosis of lymphoma. The treatment of EBV-positive lymphoma bases mainly on combined chemo-radiotherapy together with ganciclovir, acyclovir and other antiviral drugs. Also there are novel ways to treat EBV positive- lymphoma including CD70 monoclonal antibody, butyrate, etc. The only way to prevent EBV infection is to inoculate anti-viral vaccine. The criterion of treating EBV positive-lymphoma remains to be further investigated.

Objective To compare the contents of main compounds and the composition of volatile oil from the new hybrid of Amomum villosum Lour. Spring No.1-F4 with those in its female parent Longfruit No.2. Methods Steam distillation, gas chromatography (GC) and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) methods were used for analyzing the content differences of main compounds and compositions of volatile oil between Spring No.1-F4 and Longfruit No.2. Results The contents of volatile oil and bornyl acetate from Spring No.1-F4 and Longfruit No.2 met the standard required by Chinese Pharmacopoeia. The content of volatile oil from Spring No.1-F4 was higher than that of Longfruit No.2, and there were some differences between the two in the composition of volatile oil and their relative contents. Conclusion The effective constituents in Spring No.1-F4, a new hybrid species of Amomum villosum, has reached the standard required by Chinese Pharmacopoeia, which is expected for solving the problems of difficulty in pollination and for improving the yield and quality of Amomum villosum.

Fushi thought that premature ovarian failure derived from heart, liver, spleen and kidney, treatment should reinforce kidney water;puts forward some new ideas for qi depression, nourishing liver to resolve depression method;pay attention to tonifying spleen, nourishing heart and tranquilizing mind; reminding relieving depression lies in strengthening the body resistance. [Conclusion] Through analyzing the etiology, pathogenesis, treatment of premature ovarian failure, to clarify the etiology, pathogenesis, treatment of premature ovarian failure. The study of classics of traditional Chinese medicine provides a new method for the treatment of premature ovarian failure. Making the past serve the present, the clinical curative effect will be improved.

18F-2-fluro-D-deoxy-glucose (18F-FDG) is used by positron emission tomography/computed tomography (PET/CT) examination as an imaging agent,by observing the uptake of the agent of the lesion to determine its metabolism,and make a diagnosis.It can provide anatomical and functional at the same time,not only qualitative but also position and can significantly improve the accuracy of diagnosis.Currently PET/CT has been widely used in the clinical aspects of the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors,prognostic assessment and so on.The property of pleural effusion is important to the treatment and prognosis of the disease.

Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of mirtazapine and fluoxetine in the treatment of somatoform disorders.Methods 82 patients were randomly divideded into mirtazapine group and fluoxetine group,all the patients were treated for 6 weeks.The efficacy was evaluated with Hamilton depression rating scale and symptom checklist,the side effects were evaluated with treatment emergent symptom scale.Results The total effective rate of the mirtazapine group was 88％.The total effective rate of the fluoxetine group was 80％.There was no difference between the two groups in efficacy (x2 =0.13,P ＞ 0.05).After the first week of treatment,by Symptom checklist,somatization,anxiety and total score of mirtazapine group were significantly lower than the fluoxetine group (t =2.97,3.01,3.73,all P ＜ 0.05).After the sixth week of treatment,somatization,interpersonal,depression,anxiety,fear and total score of mirtazapine group were significantly lower than the fluoxetine group (t =2.01,2.36,3.25,3.62,2.17,3.84,all P ＜ 0.05).Mirtazapine group had no significant adverse drug reactions.Fluoxetine group had four cases of adverse drug reactions.Conclusion Mirtazapine in the treatment of patients with somatoform disorders has more rapid onset and drug side effects is less than fluoxetine.

Objective: To establish the GC fingerprints of essential oil for Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq. to control the quality. Methods:The temperature of the feed inlet and detector was both 250℃, the carrier gas was nitrogen, and the flow rate was 2 ml· min-1 . The essential oil from ten batches of Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq. was analyzed by GC-MS to determine the characteristic peaks and the similarity was studied as well. Results:The GC fingerprints of essential oil from Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq. was established, and totally 13 characteristic peaks were calibrated with high similarity. Conclusion: The method is simple, precise and reliable. The established fingerprints can be used as one of the quality control index for essential oil from Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq. .

ObjectiveTo study the expression of EZH2 gene in cervical squamous carcinoma and its clinicopathologic significance. MethodsThe expression of EZH2 mRNA was detected in 21 samples of normal cervical tissue, 27 samples of CIN tissue and 48 samples of cervical squamous carcinoma tissue by RT-PCR. And the relationship between EZH2 expression and the clinical pathological characteristic was analyzed. ResultsThe level of EZH2 mRNA in cervical squamous carcinoma tissues(1.67±0.01)were significantly higher than that in the normal cervical tissues (0) and CIN tissues (0.36±0.02) (P ＜ 0.01).There was no correlation between EZH2 and ages (P ＞ 0.05), while the expression of EZH2 was highly correlated with histologic stage,clinical stage,muscular invasion depth and lymph node metastasis of cervical squamous carcinoma (P ＜ 0.01).ConclusionThe over-expression of the EZH2mRNA may play an important role in the pathogenesis and progression of cervical squamous carcinoma,suggesting that EZH2 might be a new biomarker for diagnosing cervical squamous carcinoma.

Objective To detect the expression of heparanase (HPA) in cervical cancer cells and investigate the impact of quercetin on the expression of HPA,and the molecular mechanism that quercetin inhibits the growth of cervical cancer cells.Methods The experimental groups included cervical cancer cell lines (HeLa and Caski) exposed to different concentrations of quercetin (20,40 and 80 μmol/L) in the culture medium.The control groups included a negative control group,which was cultured with RPMI 1640 only,and a positive control group,in which cervical cancer cells were transfected with HPA small interference RNA (siRNA) to silence HPA expression.The cellular expression levels of HPA were detected with fluorescence quantitative real-time PCR and western blot analysis at 24,48 and 72 hours after treatment.Results (1) HPA was significantly expressed in both cervical cancer cell lines (HeLa and Caski),and it exists both nucleus and cytoplasm.(2)The real-time PCR shows as follows:as the quercetin concentration increased (20,40 and 80 μmol/L),the mRNA expression level of HPA decreased (P ＜0.01),in which the inhibition of HPA expression was concentration dependent.In addition,the inhibition of HPA expression was also time dependent.As time growth,the expression level of HPA mRNA (24,48 and 72 hours) in HeLa and Caski cells decreased (P ＜ 0.01).Compared with negative control group,the expression level of HPA mRNA decreased in different concentrations of quercetin (40 and 80 μmol/L) in both HeLa and Caski cells (all P ＜ 0.05) ; Compared with positive control group,the expression level of HPA mRNA expressed no obvious difference in quercetin (80 μmol/L) group (P ＞ 0.05) in HeLa cells,while it was opposite in Caski cells(P ＜0.01).(3)The result of western blot shown that,as the quercetin concentration increased(20,40 and 80 μmol/L)and time growth (24,48 and 72 hours),the expression level of HPA protein decreased (P ＜ 0.01),and the inhibition of HPA protein expression was concentration and time dependent.Compared with negative control group,the expression level of HPA protein decreased in different concentrations of quercetin (40 and 80 μmol/L) in both HeLa and Caski cells (all P ＜ 0.05) ;Conpared with positive control group,the expression level of HPA protein expressed no obvious difference in quercetin (80 μmol/L) group (all P ＞ 0.05) in both HeLa cells and Caski cells (all P＞0.05).Conclusion Quercetin could inhibits the expression of HPA in cervical carcinoma cell lines,which inhibition is concentration and time dependent.
