Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2012;19(6):820-821
ObjectiveTo explore the feasibility and safety of the spleen-preserving surgery in the treatment of traumatic rupture.Methods47 patients with traumatic rupture were treated with spleen-preserving surgery:the biological glue which local physical bleeding had 7 cases, suture repair had 13 cases, splenic artery ligation had 10 cases, splenic artery ligation and splenic repair had 9 cases, partial splenectomy had 8 cases.Results47 patients had four cases of infection, and cured after dressing,1 case had postoperative bleeding symptoms and used splenectomy surgery.46 patients with spleen-preserving operation is successful, the average length of stay was 15 days, there is no deaths. After 6 months, all patients used abdominal B-utrasoundor CT scans to confirm the survival of spleen is good and indicator of the examination is normal.Follow-up of these patients had no dangerous infections and complications.ConclusionSpleen-preserving surgery in the treatment of traumatic rupture was safe, feasible, could retain the greatest degree of function, and could be used in clinical practice.
5. Chemical constituents from pericarps of Aquilaria sinensis and their biological activities
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2013;44(10):1248-1252
Objective: To study the chemical constituents from the pericarps of Aquilaria sinensis and their cytotoxic and antibacterial activities. Methods: The compounds were isolated by various chromatographic methods (silica gel, reverse silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, preparative TLC, and so on) and recrystallization. Their structures were identified by extensive analysis of the spectroscopic data. The cytotoxic effects of these compounds on neuroglioma SF-268, breast cancer MCF-7, large cell lung cancer NCI-H460, and hepatoma carcinoma HepG-2 cell lines were observed in vitro by SRB staining, and the antibacterial effects of these compounds on Staphyloccocus aureus and Escherichia coli were observed in vitro by Resazurin staining method. Results: Ten compounds were isolated from the pericarps of A. sinensis and identified as isorhamnetin 3-O-(6″-O-(Z)-p-coumaroyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), buddlenoid A (2), 7-methoxy-4'-hydroxyisoflavone (3), luteolin (4), trans-p-coumaric acid ethyl eater (5), costunolide (6), epifriedelanol (7), stigmasterol (8), p-hydroxybenzoate (9), and pyrocatechol (10). Conclusion: Compounds 1-3, 5, 6, 9, and 10 are first isolated from the plant and compounds 1-3, 5, and 6 are isolated from the plants of genus Aquilaria Lam. for the first time. Compound 6 exhibits the significant cytotoxic activities against the above four cell lines and compounds 1 and 4 show some antibacterial activities against S. aureus and E. coli.
6.Attentional bias towards emotional faces recognition in college students with high and low social anxiety: evidence from behavior and eye-movement
Chinese Journal of Behavioral Medicine and Brain Science 2021;30(5):452-458
Objective:To explore the behavior and eye movement characteristics when processing different emotional faces in college students with different levels of social anxiety. Methods:According to the scores of Liebowitz social anxiety scale, 26 and 27 subjects with high and low social anxiety were selected. The response time and accuracy of the subjects under consistent and inconsistent conditions were measured by the dot probe task.Eye movement data of the subjects were recorded when they viewed angry, disgusting and neutral faces.SPSS 19.0 software was used for repeated measurement analysis of variance. Results:The accuracy rates of the high social anxiety group were (0.97±0.10) and (0.93±0.15) under consistent and inconsistent conditions, and the response time of the high social anxiety group were (660.97±125.38) ms and (687.81±150.90) ms under consistent and inconsistent conditions.High social anxiety subjects showed significant differences in the accuracy and response time under different consistency conditions ( F(1, 51)=15.25, P<0.01 for accuracy, F(1, 51)=7.85, P<0.01 for reaction time), while low social anxiety subjects showed no significant difference(both P>0.05). There were significant differences between the first fixation latency for emotional faces and neutral faces( F(2, 102)=15.01, P<0.01). The total fixation time of emotional face and neutral face was significantly different ( F(2, 102)=4.38, P<0.05). Conclusion:College students with different levels of social anxiety all showed early attentional alertness and attentional disengagement difficulty to emotional faces, but only those with high social anxiety showed attentional bias to emotional faces at the behavioral level.
7.The Mechanisms of Arsenic Trioxide-induced Apoptosis in Human Gastric Adenocarcinoma SGC7901 Cells
China Pharmacy 2001;12(6):333-334
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the possible role of the alteration of mitochondrial transmembrane potentials(Δ Ψ m) in arsenic trioxide(As2O3)-induced apoptosis of human gastric adenocarcinoma cells(SGC7901).METHODS: Cell apoptosis was assessed through morphology, cell viability, the percentage of sub-G1 cells and phosphatidylserine(PS) externalization.the Δ Ψ m was detected on flow cytometry through double staining of Rhodamine 123 (Rh123) and propidium iodide(PI).RESULTS: The As2O3-induced apoptosis was associated closely with the disruption of the Δ Ψ m.CONCLUSION: The disruption of the Δ Ψ m is one of the mechanisms of As2O3-induced apoptosis.

9.Effects of hirudin on cell circle of fibroblasts in hypertrophic scar
Chinese Journal of Medical Aesthetics and Cosmetology 2010;16(4):248-251
Objective To study the biological effects of hirudin on the cell circle of fibroblasts in hypertrophic scar. Methods Fibroblasts were taken from normal skin and hypertrophic scar, and cultured in vitro with various concentrations of hirudin. Then, flow cytometry was used for observing cellcycles, and Western blot for some proteins (p27 and cyclin E) related with cell circle. Results With the increasing of the concentrations of hirudin, fibroblasts on G1 phase increased and on S phase decreased, and the expression of protein p27 increased, but that of protein cyclin E decreased. Conclusion Hirudin can influence the cell circle of fibroblasts derived from normal skin and hypertrophic scar by means of the expression of some proteins related with celI circle.Hirudin causes G1 phase arrest and inhibits the production of fibroblasts. Therefore,it seems that hypertrophic scar could be prevented and treated with hirudin.

Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2008;15(2):257-258
Objective The aim of the study was to determine the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in the assessment of the breast mass. Methods The results of ultrasonograph of the breast mass were retrospectively observed in 79 operation and pathological proven breast mass parients,in which 47 patients had proven malignant breast mass and 32 patients had proven benign malignant breast mass. Results Color Doppler ultrasound had a sensitivity of 100%for diagnosing breast mass, accuracy of 93.7%(30/32)and 91.4%(43/47)for diagnosing malignant and benign mass. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has high diagnostie value in distinguishing malignant from benign mass.
